TD Bank Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have never been so outraged by the practices of a bank before this last refi with TD Bank. We had to deal for months with a mortgage person in Maine, never saw the appraisal, and frequently lost paperwork that had been sent to her. I can't begin to enumerate the ways she was incompetent and unfair to us. I cannot wait to be done with this bank.

I recently applied for a refinance on a home in Burlington. After a month of repetitious paperwork, I received an abrupt phone call saying the application was denied because of the appraisal. When I met with my rep, she said the appraiser couldn't find comparables for my condo. Yesterday I noticed a debit from my TD Bank account of $510.96 for "mortgage." After speaking with three bankers, I was told the amount is for the appraisal. I wasn't shown the appraisal nor was I informed that any moneys would be deducted from my account. I'm now waiting a callback from my lawyer about this unethical and unfair treatment of this honest client.

TD Bank is FAR from "America's Most Convenient Bank", as they advertise themselves. Their customer service is terrible, failing to consider the importance of keeping long-standing customers happy. If you have a complaint, they simply pull out their book of prepared responses and read you the company policy. Beyond that, it's your tough luck. I have therefore dramatically reduced my deposits with this awful institution and will continue to do so and recommend that friends and family do the same. The bank is very short-sighted.

this bank isnt helpful . while traveling i have some of the worst experiences with them. i had fraud on my account and they treated me like i was a criminal. they told me if i wasnt on the east of the U.S. i should get a different bank and they said his after saying they couldnt help me . TD Bank is the worst bank by far on the East coast

just closed my acct in wall branch after being denied a secured loan.why would you deny a loan when you have 5 times the loan in your acct.they dont understand the word secured,after 3 trips i gave up.they are not HUMAN!!!!!!

TD Bank is by far the worse bank ever. I have moved banks and will no longer bank with them. They have no manager experience in the South Carolina area and they hold your money so you incur a negative balance and that way they can make money. Happens every time I get paid.

The Td bank in Cutler Bay Fl. is by far the worst. Not one person in the bank has a brain and they each tell you a different lie .DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Having retired from the US Government with more than 38 years of experience in finance and accounting and human resources I applied for a part-time teller position at my local TD Bank. I received a confirmation of my application, and introduced myself to the Branch Manager as an applicant. SHe said she had not filled the position, and had not received the applications from HR. Weeks went by and last week I inquired as to the status of the position. I was told it was filled a long time ago, and in fact before I had even spoken to the Branch Manager. It was obvious the Branch Manager deliberately lied. And, this is an institution that I have entrusted my money.

By far the is the worst place to do business! Everyone seems to be incompetent and their managers have no leadership qualities to place this bank in the right direction. All I seem to get are horrible overdraft fee that they seem to manipulate, horrible customer service and attitudes because they have to do their jobs! Most times I can't get and answer or I simply get a brush off to someone else who just so happens to have....no clue! This place robs, abuse and neglects their customers! TD surely is America's Most Inconvienent Bank

The branch on Hollywood, Fl and Sheridan has the worst customer service. The staff is untrained in the lobby and the wait is long. On top of that when it comes to the business account you better be careful you small business owners of the fees. Someway they hold your transactions and they pay the largest item first then pay the smallest to have the consumer hit with fees. Don't believe the commercials with Katie Lee of course she will receive excellent service because she's a celebrity.

i was with the bank less then a week one thing goes wrong 200$ worth of fees for a total overdrawn amount of only 32 dollars ,,,,,, i will pay and then cut this horrible bank from my money and life ... DONT TRUST THIS BANK!

Today I went to the TD bank Located in Hopedale mall and waited for 15 minutes...several of the bank tellers made eye contact with me and no one came of to assist me. It was rude so I took my business to CIBC. I did call and place my concern with the bank manager who informed me maybe they thought I was waiting for someone in the mall.....I implied to her I was waiting at the information desk.....and even Wall Mart threat their customers better!

The online customer service is inept and always refers me to the local branch office instead of helping. The local branch office is also inept and not interested in helping, saying that they cannot be sure who I am, as I live abroad - I have been a customer for about a decade. Currently, my money is being held hostage, as no-one is willing to help me. We will see tomorrow, whether they will react to my message not to renew a CD that matures.

I so enjoy going to your branch on college drive in Blackwood. Your staff is wonderful. They are pleasant, helpful, and courteous.they always conduct business with a smile.it is a pleasure to visit. Thank you.

today when i called t d bank they said wait time over 6 minutes 17 min and 48 seconds later i got customer service what customer service?total bull i will close my account on monday the only company i waited longer for was united airlines

I was making a deposit in Secaucus New Jersey, I saw Ice scrappers behind the counter, when I was asked if there was anything else they could help me with, I said yes a scrapper, she said " I think we are out of them" guess I just don't rate one, so I asked a sales rep and after he smirk he said No. Thanks T D

I am the President of a small business that has been a customer of TDBank for over 20 years. I had a line of credit with them for years, as soon as I took my commercial real estate loans to another bank that gave me better interest rates they termed out my line of credit and closed it telling me it was just coincidence. I still had several accounts with them that I am in the process of closing. Do yourself a favor and look for a bank who cares about your business. TDBank is not that business!!

I am a customer of TD Bank, I lost my job and unemployment has run out, my husband is in a wheelchair and we live on Social Security. TD sucks they take advantage of everyone from rich to poor. They take every waking opportunity they can to charge you a fee, no matter what it is.I had a check presented for payment on 1/3 and I also had my husbands social security check (That was much larger than the check being cashed) well rather then post the deposit first and then cash the check they did the opposite, and of course when I called they said oh no that check was presented on 1/2 then why is it dated 1/3??? I hate this bank they take food off our table and money from our pockets. They make me sick,
