Suntrust Banks, Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

Most INCOMPETENT bank with which I have ever had dealings. Paid off a commercial loan on 8/10/10. I have made at least six calls about the final paperwork and have not received it as of 10/04/10. Every time I call customer service, I get a different story. Eight days ago I received a call telling me the deed of trust was mailed. Today I called and was told it was still in processing and it would be another week before I received it. Apparently the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this bank. Will not be doing business with this bank again. Probably will have to hire and attorney to get them moving. They sure cashed my check the day I paid it but they can't get the final paper work to me. BEWARE!!!!!

This has to be one of the world's dumbest banks. With each acquisition a reasonably good regional bank has become an insanely dumb atlatna bank. the latest dumbness is to replace our atm card with a mandatory charge card we do not want nor need. it is pure marketing hucksterism suntrust will lose about 7 accounts and some reasonably substantial deposits. how do you get so ignorant?

Direct T.V. unauthorized, charged someone else's payment to my account and your branch s saying that I have to wait until the charge go through before you can do anything about it. Years ago you could put a stop payment on unauthorized charges, and so now your saying it can't be done. Well I want my money back because my next step is to sue Suntrust and Direct T.V. if they let this charge go through my account. I have already filed a fraud report with the FTC for Direct T.V., and Suntrust is next, if someone does not contact me from the Corporate office and stop that payment from my account. YES!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SUNBANK FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS CONCERNING..MY GRAND PARENTS LAST WILL,THAT MAKES SUNTRUST THE TRUSTEE...IVE HAD IT! THIS BANK ALLOWS ONLY MY GREEDY BROTHER,MICHAEL GILL TO WITH DRAWL ANY AND ALL INTEREST EVEN THOUGH I ,TOO AM BENIFICIARY..I MUST BE THE FLY IN THE OINTMENT BECAUSE IF MY BROTHER COULD HAVE CASHED OUT HE WOULD HAVE.SUNBANK,AFTER MANY,MANY REQUESTS WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SEE WHAT THE WILL SAYS THAT MAKES IT THAT I AM INDEED A BENIFICIARY,BUT HAVE NONE OF THE RIGHTS THAT GO WITH IT!! Pooler, Georgia offices.......landscaping is horrible, Tidewater Lawn and Services was working there today...did not pick up trash, dead bushes, the appearance is terrible...for a bank in such a prominent location...This is my bank...I would hope that someone would do a better job on the grounds....

I have realized, after 16 months of investigating, That your Office, needs to [privately] investigate Hugh Dourr, Vice President of Trust Dept.501 Las Olas Blvd, Fort Laud. Fl. My Father not only had maney Morgages in your Companey, Revocable Trusts as well. Broward County, is very Corrupt, as you might know. I have come to find out,as a Benefic- iceary, the extent of it all. I can promise you this, Hugh Dourr has been a part of this.With my 16 months of research, can not only prove this. I intend to continue to show, the very sad part, how my Father, had depended on your bank. Not only, to be Succ/Trus, he was fully aware of my ststers GREED. That is the reasson Sun Bank was entrusted.This is not the Corparates fault. It is though, Broward SunTrusts falt. (HUGH DOURR'S] falt. I have all the evidents to prove my Case.Broward County FL. in a vey corrupt town. I have all documents, Letters,as discovery, , and I am so discusted, in what, my sister, her Attorney, and Hugh Doerr (Succ/Truss) has done .
