I was at shop and stop in Ossining Ny and watched a store worker drop a pack of berries on the floor they went all over the place and picked them back up and put them back on the counter wow disgusting.

The prices at winsted stop and shop are too high for me. I will not shop there, price rite in torrington, here I come. Also get rid of those scan it, they took take too much room and few customers use them.

i went into the grove hall stop n shop about 2 months ago with my 11 yr old we have been goin in there for years it is our community stop n shop and i paid for my things and as i was walkin out one of the security guys stopped me at the door we went upstairs needless to say my daughter and i were belittled and treated very very unkindly i didnt know my daughter had tried to steal some things in the little cart we had while we were upstairs my daughter who has asthma was asked why she did what she did n she didnt answer then she was told repeatedly her mom was goin to jail and she was goin to go to dss i fell off the broken chair when i went to sit and no one helped me they just laughed the police got there they looked at the video and saw that i didnt attempt to steal anything and also i wasnt aware of what my daughter was doing i was told that i could never go back into this store its a big inconvenience and i dont think its fair that i was barred i understand if they dont want my 11 yr old up in there for a while but since im disabled and this stop n shop is close to home i would really appreciate it if someone could look into the situation for me and get back to me and i would appreciate it when my older daughter goes in there that she is treated with respect and the ppl there dont start talking bout how im teaching her how to steal out of there if im not even allowed in that store for something i had no control over im very upset that my daughter and i were so mistreated after all these years and we know all the managers n employees i think its soo sad that we were mistreated all i would like is to be able to go back up into my store and also it upaets me that after all these years that we went through such a bad experience so please if someone could get back to me i would greatly appreciate it thank you for all your help

September 27,2012 How can the Stop and Shop store be so ill minded when it comes to the condition of their bathrooms in the Maspeth store. I went to use the bathroom about one week ago and the entire ceiling was falling down . The unhealthy insulation and filth was falling all over the floor and on myself. Does the Department of Health know about these conditions? If not maybe they should. I enjoy shopping at the store but you seem to have no respect for employees or the public useing the bathrooms. If this is acceptable then what else is acceptable with instore standards. PS Do you want a picture ? Yes I did take that too. It is beyond me how a meat departrment does not have fresh ground chop meat on a consistant basis. I know that the store offers 80 % lean fresh ground but not all the time. It depends on how much trimmimngs is available. This is a insane especialy on the weekend. I have to drive 14 miles round trip to Shop=Rite at 4 bucks a gallon to get something that should be available less than one mile from my home. And by the way, while I was there, I spent an additional 30 dollars. I am referring to the Stop and Shop in Ringwood NJ.

I shop at the Stop and Shop in Hicksville, New York. They are always moving product around the store and you can never,, never find anything. Now they are remodeling the store and it is HORRIBLE TO SHOP. They have been moving everything since the day they opened. Nothing is replaced in the way of stock. NEVER ANYTHING ON SHELVES. It looks like the MANAGEMENT does not know how to keep customers. I spoke with a few customers today and they probably will not ever shop here again. I know I will not ever be going back.

MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN COLLECTING MONEY FOR BREAST CANCER THIS STOP AND SHOP IS LOCATED ON CHARLES STREET MALDEN MASS MY WIFE WAS INSULTED BY THE MANAGER THERE BECAUSE HE THOUGHT SHE WAS A HOMELESS PERSON. The East Meriden store is a very dirty and stinky store. The fish (and/or whatever else) smells all the way from the back to the front entrance, especially the Parker Ave side. I complained 3 times now and no change. The workers are strange lookin and unkept even the Cust. Serv. Rep. The woman's bathrooms are like the vandals went through all the time. Last year I found it in such mess and disarray, it was disgusting. Feces on the floor, dirty and just papers all around, the paper roll holders were all broken off, rolls on the floor flat and the smell....phooey. I called Mngmt. and they apologized but they were only worried how they personally looked and made me feel like I was the bad one for pointing this out. I have gone back, just out of pure necessity 2 times, but nothing was changed/repaired and after then never used their facilities anymore; I make sure I don't have to... The store mngr. Seems to me very not qualified and not into his job. This Jan. he was yelling at one of his workers to or5ganize a shelf that was bare and did not give him any ideas or coaching. His interpersonal skills are at an F. I wanted to yell at him, as this time I was not the employee and I would have taken great pleasure in this, since this is not the only problem there or w/him. I was in too much pain at the time, the only thing stopped me. When it was warm enough this spring, he was outside next to the recycle room with another mngr?...smoking and just when I was to walk by he or both spit on the ground. I did tell him this time how nasty that was and they said sorry, but not with a meaning. @ month later he was walking with a cane and limp. I guess he got punished before I even had time to write this letter...lol... The store design and cleanliness is bad/poor. Needs new mgmnt., someone young and energetic. This store is in a poor area, where not high society shops, but that is no excuse for this kind of situation and behavior. TY! Look into this urgent matter, as it is not getting any better all around.

Stop and Shop prices are way too high and I am not shopping there anymore. Also the scan it things aren't the best, I've used them and these cause more trouble. They should be removed from the store.

I've shopped at the Winsted Stop and Shop. Lately I've seen less workers there. If they are cutting their hours, terrible! That's a shame. If Stop and Shop is doing that, I will not shop there any more. If you cut the workers hours, the company is selling themselves short! Also the Winsted store has too high prices, cut their prices in the Winsted store and I will shop there again. But if their prices are too high, I'm sure Price Chopper or Price Rite will get my business from now on.

The manager at the stop and shop in Exeter NH is rude to costumers and has been harassing me for the last month. I demand that the manager Todd Larson be fired right now or I will file a law suite.

yOU have reassigned the managers at this store who were all great and replaced them with extremely rude managers - Stacy and Jill i do believe their names are. First how Stacy became a manager is beyond me - yelling at the produce department while people are shopping in the store - BAD - i think Management 101 would say that you NEVER speak to employees infront of customers - pull them aside. But from what i am reading your company is really lacking in this area - you have good stores with good employees, but unfortunately your management sucks!! they are just plain RUDE!! your employees make a company and these 2 in West Springfield are bringing you down - nobody wants to shop there because of store appearance which reflects the store management they do nothing for this store. I see the cashiers cleaning all the time but walk down the ailse and nothing but dust on cans - and always find trash on shelves - and mangers look at you like so that is not my job - and yes it is your job is every job in the store and i think you need to look at your managers and maybe say time to overhaule it - they not helping your business - only hurting it. Honestly i don't like Big Y but at least it is clean.

I have been buying Stoneyfield frozen yogurt at S&S for years. Now they have discontinued it. You do carry all the other Stoneyfield products. I find myself going to Shaws because they do carry it, and end up doing all my shopping there. I would like an anser to my email.

I have had my last shopping at Shop & Stop in teaneck nj, the lack of help and the people that keep the store going should all be exchanged for their laziness, there are 12 check outs, never and express open, self check out, impossible for older seniors. 3 people left their carts, filled with groceries and lest because there was no one to check them out. what happened to customer service, as far as i am concerned I will go to Shop Rite out of the way but all registers open. Even the employees hate their jobs and who can blame, every week new people, they can't keep their help. I have grown to hate this store, yes a strong word, but when i go in to get 5 items and spend an hour, i am out of their for good. WAKE UP S&S YOU ARE GOING TO GO UNDER AND U DESERVE IT.

i'm wrighting because i shop at stop and shop and the past four times i have bought strawberries the next day i find mold on them. today i used wic checks to get fruit and bought strawberries but was not given a reciept because the need it because it was wic. I get home and a few hours later my daughter takes out a strawberry and finds 3 with mold the economey is bad and don't have money to waste i think i should be given something for the trouble. the other thing is the cashier was rude when a bag of frozen corn could not be rang up she said wic doesn't allow that when the manager was called he said wic does allow that and it was a computer error he said sorry but she did not.

I went into the Stop & Shop in West Haven, Ct. to buy some cottage cheese. When it comes to dairy products, I am very careful, especially in Stop & Shop, because they are not very alert to the expiration dates. There were several cottage cheese brands that I looked at and out of the 3 brands that I use, the expiration date was August 22, 2012 and here it was September 1, 2012. Wow, the Produce Manager needs to do his job.

Store 53 is terrible! Horrible prices, more pricier than any other stop and shop!! I refuse to shop there! I over heard the lady in the purple shirt talking about her workers in a terrible way! The store manager is nice to her costumers but needs to watch who she puts in those positions. Cashiers are always talking across customers in Spanish. There's a problem and something needs to be done its not a good enviornment!
