Metro Court Mequon.....Poor Management. Went there approximately a month ago. Cashier rang up toilet paper, since it was on sale I told her I was going back for another one. Went and got it and left the store. 20 minutes after getting home the Mequon Police showed up. I didn't have my receipt on me, however I did tell them I threw it in a cart and told them where the cart was located in parking structure. Mequon Police did find receipt, and they also saw me on camera going from check out to get more TP. Apparently the cashier didn't ring up the 2nd and I never noticed. Received a $212 ticket from Mequon for shoplifting! Pleaded NOT guilty and I hired an attorney. Why wouldn't they stop me at the store?? Seriously, this type of behavior is going to cost the store, as I have brought on an attorney. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
On Thursday July 7 at8:30pm I went shopping with my wife at Pick n Save on 5700 west Capitol drive in Milwaukee. Upon getting ready to check out we found only two checkouts open. I decided to count how many people were in line and counted forty five. When this was brought to the attention of the on duty manager his responce was you should not wait till the last minute to do your shopping. I was so shocked by his responce that we walked out of the store leaving approx. 300.00 dollars worth of food sitting, and I was not the only customer to walk out. Is the how Roundys corp. trains there management. The level of customer service was horrible........... The on duty manager should be fired!!!!!!!!!
I must say Sunday, Mothers day was the worst experience that I have ever had at Rainbow in Lakeville, I could not believe that your company has cut back so much that it only had scheduled 1 person to be on the registers before noon, and no one to watch the fast lanes in case one of the machines had an issue, I was so mad I waited for anyone working there to pay attention that people needed help, finally they open 2 registers when the one person was over 15 people deep waiting to check out and no one noticed that others needed help with the fast lanes machines finally after 5 minutes I had to scream to see if anyone would be able to help, i apoligized to the employee and told her I knew that this was not her fault for being short staffed and the way it was being staffed however this is crazy, she helped me to get the machine to work, ( by the way it was not working correctly when the man in front of me was trying to get checked out also!! I only had two items to check out man, I can tell you I as not happy for a process that should of only taken me 5 minutes took me over 15 minutes to get out when I really did not have to wait, I can tell you CUB did not cut back like Rainbow did in Lakeville. Stop cutting your staff so short! You are suppose to pride yourself in great customer service then start doing it, stop thinking of your dollars and start staffing properly to serve your customers!!
I run my own business and give very good customer service. I have sent 3 e mails in the past two weeks and made one phone call to Milwaukee about your Roundy's cranberry water, 1 liter, non carbonated, no sugar caffine or carbs or sodium. This is a VERY healthy drink. I have also checked with Stevens point, Antigo , Eagle River, Wausau and Green bay. I was told by one person it might be discontinued. My wife and I drink 2 cases a week of this product. I even begged in an e mail if roundys bottled it under another name and would have it in your minnesota stores.. But NO ONE ANSWERS ME. I might be only one person, but I should definately get some help with this. Its dam sad that u may be discontinueing this and its a dam shame that you have piss poor customer service. I guess it doesnt matter if I but # 104 cases a year
While the Copps stores are usually clean, many times the aisles are not clear for shoppers with carts. If you need help with something in one of the aisles, good luck finding someone to talk to. The clerks are very friendly, however there are not enough of them. Pricing has been better since the competition has heated up here in Madison. I would like to shop more at the Shopko Way store, but it cannot compete with the new HyVee in customer service. You never have to go more than an aisle or two to find someone to help and very often it is one of the managers that can answer any question or make a decision on the floor. Maybe if the Copps managers were on the floor more to monitor the problems occurring with customers and interact a bit the customers about what they are expecting, there might be better sales.
Terrible experience at the MetroMarket in Mequon Tried to resolve it with Corporate..still waiting on call back. Too many other Super Markets in the area who wants me business...won' go back to this location. Horrible Management!
