Horrible customer service
I ordered a bedroom set for my daughter. On the first delivery, the chest of drawers was cracked and paint was chipped. The delivery men just came to exchange the dresser and brought the wrong one. This dresser isn't remotely close to the disney set we purchased. Of course customer service was no help. Now we must another 10 days and pray the correct piece of furniture is delivered.
living rooms
I purchase a living room set about 4 to 5 years ago. on the second year the big sofa started to peel of. Now is a mess. it is horrible. It happened the to my nice living room set purchase at rooms to go. Horrible experience. I have to put up with it. I don't have money to buy another set. My rate will be minus 10 but I don't have an option
Leather Sectional
I bough my leather sectional from RTG 4 years ago and last year the leather started peeling and now every section has hug sections that the leather is coming off.. The sectional looks like it belongs in the dump.. Rooms to go said sorry and they couldn't do anything about it.. I was very happy with my purchased at first but now it looks terrible..
What a joke how can you gave me a time for delivery of my furniture between 2or4pm,and it is now 7:10pm and counting your moving guys have not call and said we will be late. I have spend thousands of dollars with you guy,and your company hasn't delivered my furniture ,but you have delivered piss poor service.
Obscene Event
A Rooms to Go Truck took up the entire road outside my home, taunting me with the large truck to go around him, into a ditch. when I hesitate to enter the ditch, he taunted me with the truck, driving up, almost to my car to threaten me. He laughed and gave me the middle finger as he sped by. This occurred in Chapel Hill NC Wednesday 11/27/13 aprox 10:30AM
Horrible Service
I feel the service with rooms to go was a horrible experiance. I bought a bedroom set. Upon first delivery, I reseved two different items that where broken. I made another appointment for a second delivery and they sent the same broken items back to my home. So the third delivery they showed up to my home and only gave me 15 minutes to be in my home. I spoke to the delivery manager, Joe Michael who was very aggressive to me and raised his voice at me. He said the diver was supposed to go to another delivery but the driver informed me that he had no other deliveries to make and was ready to go home but they are supposed to work until 10 pm per policy. I am very upset with the service i recieved and I will not give them a rating. I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else.

purchased an outdoor furniture set. came with broken glass, cocktail table damaged, missing cushions. promised for the following week and unavailable, sat with it for 3 weeks when boca raton manager calls and says they can not get it within a reasonable amount of time and offers refund which I accepted....So they pick it up, send the refund and deduct the delivery charge.........are you kidding? now you know that no one is considerate enough to call me back, especially huron the manager who seems to always be too busy to pick up the phone.
Piss Poor Service (PPP)
The operations and logistics of this organization is horrific. I spent approximately $3k in the Richmond, Virginia store. I ordered a bedroom set, living room set, and kitchen table/chairs. The headboard was broken when I took it out of the box. RTG made us wait nearly a week for the new delivery and gave us a four hour window. After sitting at home for half of day, losing pay, RTG was over an hour late and showed up with more broken furniture! At this point, we want to return the bedroom components and get a refund. This is a taking an act of Congress. I will not ever shop there again. Very well may go to a law suit.
Worst company ever
Bought some lamps that took 4 days to arrive. After going to the store to pick them up I saw another set that I preferred and wanted to be exchanged they gave me such a hard time I called customer service the customer service rep was rude he was jeering me and when I ask for supervisor he told me that there was no supervisor available to speak for me.bottom line is they wanted me to pay $50 to return them so now I'm stuck with some lamps I no longer like. Just lost a customer RTG sucks especially Maritta Ramos
Poor Customer Service
Had a bad customer service experience in the Destin showroom. I spent over $2300 and will never shop here again.
Poor customer service worse experience ever
Brand new furniture received damage!! This has been a horrible experience!! Back and forth from the store to customer service!!! A manager that has no customer service!! A store manager that see an issue going on in his lobby but instead sits at his desk until asked for. A real store manager would see there is an issue and approach the situation to fix it!! 7th exchange on furniture is unexceptable!! This problem should have been solved after the 1st exchange!! Not 7 later!! The absolute worst experience ever experienced and still continuing!! Do not shop at rooms to go! Unless you want to experience like mine or possible worse!! Rooms to go does not care about their customers all they are worried about is making a sale!!
The store in Clearlake had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't know what genius thought delivery service on Mondays from 7am to 10pm (what they call express delivery) was a great idea, people have to work and no 4 hr window is offered. My salesman failed to explain that. So now I have lost money on top of the bad service. I will never buy anything for this store ever again. They have lost me as a customer for sure!!!!
Customer Service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Sales Rep do not explain the Store Policy throughly. When you try to resolve issues they give you the run around and will not return your calls either.I will no longer do business with them anymore. Beware!

We have been customers for 17 years. How unfortunate that we find ourselves amongst the customers who purchased "leather" furniture from RTG. We bought it 18onths ago and it is peeling. I will NEVER shop RTG again. How fortunate for RTG that they found a way to skate out of any responsibility for the customers who purchased "leather" from Cindy Crawford designs!
leather couches
We purchased a 3 piece leather living room set about 2 1/2 years ago. I called the store about 8 months ago to let the store manager know that the leather was peeling off and he told me that the warranty I bought was only for stains. He said that they could not do anything about the peeling. Well now my $2000 plus couches look like they were picked up out of the dumpster.
EXTREMELY POOR FURNITURE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a so called leather furniture set. In a year it began to split and disintegrate. Their response was that they only cover food and beverage stains. The living room furniture set is not leather. It peeled and fell apart like someone threw acid on it. It looks like a mess. TRG is so irresponsible. I am going to do what I can to get the word out. Post on u-tube, contact my local news etc. I am not rich. I saved my money to buy this furniture set and it only lasted a year.
Rooms To Go, warranty useless
Don't bother to pay for the furniture protection warranty from Rooms To Go. Their wording says, "at Rooms To Go discretion". Well my daughter paid $140.00 for it and they came and spot cleaned it and we were told to get it professionally cleaned and she would be reimbursed. Well that was not the case. They are doing nothing. No reupholstering or replacement as stated in the warranty. Spot cleaning that didn't work, that is all. Don't buy there.
Poor service
Good deals with minor imperfections with furniture at our outlet center in Charlotte nc however I hate to go there to purchase anything due to he fact you guys have a fast process to take my money however the process where I get my merchandise is horrible the wait time is ridiculous. And it's never due to the fact it's busy I rather just go ahead and spend the extra dollars at other furniture stores where I can get in and find what I want and get out why thee hold up rooms to go? You guys need to fix this asap

I had a bed delivered today that was broken. I refused delivery and called customer service. The lady on the phone was rude and didn't care. She told me i could order again and wait for the original charges to be taken off my card and my visa. Then she told me it would be over a week for another delivery. I cancelled and will not spend one more dime at their store after spending thousands. Bye, Bye losers.
