Sorry about all the complaints I read. This is a best customer story. My cousin who lives in Chicago is in love with your clothes and everything that Ralph Lauren has to offer and stands for. Because he is visiting me in Florida October 9th for his 59th birthday, I am giving him a Ralph Lauren birthday party. Your manager Judy, in the Boca Raton Mall was nice enough to give me some old catalogs. I will be making place mats out of some of the photographs, Stand-up images of Ralph, place cards, and who knows what else I will come up with by that time. When "The Lauren family" were interviewed by Oprah, my cousin Barry placed many of his beautiful clothes in front of the T.V. He is not nuts just passionate. My wish is if someone could get and autographed photo or ad signed by Mr. Lauren, it would make the most perfect gift. I know a phone call would be expecting too much, however, 7:00 P.M.Florida time would be perfect,here is my number 561-391-3637 just in case he wants to thrill one of his best customers. I just love ralph Lauren clothing I like best the dark black blue slacks Looks smart and rich. I like a lot of shiney buttons In fact I like any of Ralph Lauren clothing for women that slenderizes and looks femmine and classy. That is what most older classey women look for , when purchasing clothing. I do not like the clothing from Ralph Lauren --that makes women look like men!~!! Man style clothing --I will not purchase in your line. In fact if a women wants to look manish!!!!She should go to the Ralph Lauren Mens secion of clothing and buy mens clothing--if she wants to dress like a man.

Which genius decided to drop the Blake line for men's shirts? This shirt has been like a uniform for me in the office. it is the best long sleeve sport shirt out there and I just don't understand the reasoning behind this decision. The reason for their popularity is comfort due to them being cut a little fuller. As far as I can tell, there is no substitute or plan to cover this market by Ralph Lauren. Bring back the Blake or recut the Custom style to the dimensions of the Blake. Until you do, you'll be losing money.

And regardless of the physical characteristics you might like for your "typical" customer, reality is.... well, reality. Bring back the Blake or recut the Custom style to the dimensions of the Blake. My last shopping trip to Polo, which resulted in three uncomfortable shirts, will probably be my last. Sad and an incredibly stupid marketing decision, IMO.

This goes out to the poor class nasty woman in communications who I asked for some info regarding a school project, she dissmised me before even hearing me out. I was shopping at Polo Factory Store #13 located at The 4250 Anthem Way #790 – Anthem/AZ 85086. Trn #177608 Reg#4. I Spent $595.00 and whiling doing my check out, I asked the cashier register lady if she could split the clothes in other bags and her answer to me was: That she could not do that, she could “charge me” for extra bags if I would like too. Nice huh? That really up set me because I had just spent ALL that money shopping there and she couldn’t even “please” me in putting the clothe in different bags instead of ONLY 2 bags. That was VERY unprofessional and upsetting. I hope this can be forward to someone “higher” that can solve this problem and now caused Ralph Lauren in loose a VERY good customer just because the way I was treated at that store.

I have been RL Polo Patron for almost 6 years now. I have been looking for a specific color Chambray blue which none of their stores carry. Finally I had to settle with a Donald Trump French Cuff shirt. They do have a navy and Burgundy but they are more suited for Casual wear. It will be great if RL Polo starts coming out with this color.

Hi I was employed at Polo Ralph Lauren Factory outlet at woodbury commons the #1 store. For 6 yrs. And still wasn't treated as if I was a part of the team. What made me quit was the ignorant managers especially Tracey Gessner. The way she approach employees is total disrespectful.I feel like they think we r not capable of recognizing certain aspects of the business,so they talk down to employees. All I am trying to say is have more compassion, because employees are quitting every day. They took away my full time and benefits that I worked hard for. If there was any visits walk through I would b there or stay late, even do over nights. Trust me this is jus the 1 st letter.

I agree with all of you that state RL has the worst customer service ever! Macy's carries a line of RL that is made especially for Macy's sales and it is extremely poor quality, though it does not show until you wash the tees. A couple of years ago I reported this to customer service and when they told me to send them to them at my expense and they would look them over but did not guarantee any money back for me I cut my losses and let it go, though when it happened again, they still had my original problem in their records, but that did not help to get positive results the second time. They owe me $150 for five returned tees. They said they had to inspect and quality control etc, and it would take awhile.......in the meantime they sent me a gift card for $150 only good in their stores, of which were two hours from my home. I did make the trip but was sorely disappointed in the quality of merchandise: the sheets make a lot of noise! the tee shirts were seconds and it showed after washing. They think this is over, that was my refund??!!! thought gift card was a gift for all the rotten quality and expense I have been through with this company.

I have been a regular customer for some time, buying Blake shirts mainly. Now due to someone's decision to quit making this shirt I can no longer purchase it. I have learned from different stores where I have tried to purchase this style, the Blake, that there are a lot of men who feel the same as me. This was a very poor decision in our opinion. It was the best fitting shirt I have ever worn and I am very sad and angry with whoever made this decision. You just lost me as a customer and probably the man on the elevator who shared my opinion. Bring back the Blake and I will also come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing to informed future employees be aware of the this store located in Tangler Outlet Mall in Locust Grove, Georgia. Unfair Labor practices by the store managers. We are organizing information to present to the corporate office.

I am writing in regards to bad business practices (bait & switch) and the extremely rude behavior of the "owner" (manager?) in the Albuquerque New Mexico store. We were very excited that a new furniture store was opening in Albuquerque. They were running a 40% off grand opening sale through the weekend. We saw some chairs we wanted on Thursday for $999, with 40% off, and were told that the sale ran through Sunday. We came back on Saturday to buy the chairs and the price had been changed to over $1200. In fact, many of the items we had looked at had been repriced. The salesperson backed us up in that the sale price was supposed to run through the weekend, and offered to forego his commission in order to honor the price. John Jones (claimed he was the "owner" - is that franchise owner?) refused to honor the original price. We also told him that we would be furnishing an entire house, so perhaps he would want to keep our business. We were not confrontational, but he became extremely abusive. He called us "dickheads" and told us to get our "asses" out of his store. He told us if we told any one how we had been treated that he would sue us for libel. Based on the previous post by Hoang nguyen, sure looks like this is how these stores are managed! I'll be figuring out how to contact the corporate office to further report this.

I would like to make a suggestion regarding the Polo sandals that slip on, with velcro closure and a foam sole......i have a spinal injury and i live in your sandals, they are the only sandal that doesn't make my back or legs hurt when i have to stand for prolonged periods of time and/or walking.......I went to the local Polo outlet store and they did not receive sandals like these for women this year 2010, to my dissapointment......I would like to see them again and purchase them......I would appreciate if you could design them in 'light blue with white insignia'.....'white with light blue insignia'......'silver'......'gold' (for dressing up).......PLEASE DON'T CHANGE A THING REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OR DESIGN OF THIS SANDAL!.......is there any hope this can happen? I am writing in regards to the poor customer service that i've received during one of my visits to Ralph Lauren store in Ontario Mills Mall. I was rudely approached by the store manager "Marian", whom insinuated that i have taken shots of the store with my camera. If you would review the security tape you would find that the lens cap was not open, the camera was not on and I in fact did not have any intention to take any pictures of the store! I can understand that taking pictures are not allowed in some stores, however, the camera is used to take pictures of my family and it was not once used in the Ralph Lauren store nor in any other store without me asking for permission first! I think this kind of behavior is absolutely un-acceptable and better employee training is required. This has upset me greatly because it is like accusing me of stealing when i have not even committed the act! I do not even understand how this person had even become a store manager with that kind of ignorance in customer service. I hope this incident never happens again, because as you and i know, my family and friend's and the other 50 people of my friends friends' visit to the store will not be any time soon until the employees are managed properly. Marian at the Ontario Mills Mall should be fired or demoted, she does not deserve to manage when she can not manage her own personality to deal with customers. Absolutely horrid experience.
