I will never buy Ralph Lauren products again. This is the second time that they have outsourced the manufacturing of the USA Olympic Team Uniforms to China. AND, those berets - what is with those berets?

No Chinese uniforms on USA Teams. Burn them. Put all Teams in USA made Sweats. Send the person responsible to China. You can not make new uniforms in two weeks. No, four years from now is not good enough. Tell Ralph to go pound sand.

We just read the news regarding our Olympic Atheletes Uniforms. We knew the quality of your merchandise had dropped drastically over the past years but to find out that the Olympic Uniforms are made in China, was a shocker. The Chinese must have designed the uniforms also. The Berets look terrible and outfits look European. Ralph Lauren in my opinion is a an Embarassment to America. I have purchased on holiday occasions your products and have always been satisfied with the quality of your products, HOWEVER, since hearing that you are outfitting our Olympic sportsmen and women I will now be telling my friend that we need to boycott your products since you have outsourced the manufacturing to China. There is no way your are showing your loyalty to our nation. MADE IN THE USA should be your Number one priority and until I see that label and know you are using our people you have lost a valued buyer and I will be telling everyone I can that your bottom line is more important than the people of the USA!!!!!!!!

I've studied Engineering in the US back in the eightees and that is where i've met Ralph Lauren products, it was love from first sight, and it is still burnning. i use to spent most of the money my parents use to send me on buying Polo Clothes. It use to make me feel special. when i was about to leave the US back to to my country IRAQ i've bought alot of Ralph Lauren clothes, that was what? back in 1990, it is over 22 years now, and i still have some shirts that i have not wear yet. I challange anyone who would have any POLO piece of clothes that is over 20 years old and haven't been woren yet. I keep them as a collection items. It is a good AD camp for Ralph Lauren Prducts. GOT MY "SLIM" HUSBAND A PAIR OF CHAPS PANTS & THEY LASTED 5 MONTHS. THE FABRIC IS OLD OR NOT STRONG TO BEGIN WITH. I'M A SEAMSTRESS. I KNOW GOOD QUALITY. THESE PANTS DID NOT START WITH GOOD QUALITY FABRIC. NOW TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY IS A BIG MYSTERY. ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS ON THE WEB SITES ARE NOT WORKING NUMBERS. I just wanted to thank everyone for creating a great product that i have had the pleasure of enjoying since the early 80's and am greatful that quality still exists in your company. I have lived in west Palm beach, Miami, Boca Raton, and John's Creek and the quality is always supreme. ..... to much more future success!!!

i bought a pair of loung pants and before the year was out they ript i dont by polo and i dont think i will agian. poor quality

I cant believe polo corporate headquarters wouldnt hire me. I have a degree in design marketing from Parsons school of design and have done work for several top designers and my resume is impeccable. But Ralph Lauren wants to hire felons like Ervin Boston who is a thug and drug dealer. Shame on Ralph Lauren for his biased hiring policies. Maybe he owes someone a favor or maybe I should just go into the streets and get a street degree like Ervin Boston who is a 3 time felon. Sure I believe in second chances but a 3 time felon a drug dealer and a dangerous criminal is just ridiculous. Shame on you RALPHIE Boy. I admired you and your company but now I feel like you would have been better off selling ties as Ralph Lipschitz.

I love your clothes. I would bet that 98% of my clothes are from your company. I have one complaint: why do you have such horrible tags on the inside of your clothes? They scratch my neck and make me crazy. I have to cut them out, and, 9 times out of 10, I cut the fabric. With the prices you charge, couldn't you find a soft fabric, or use a stamp?

I bought a Polo Black fragrance from London and it of unacceptable quality. Now those idiots answering my email want me to go all the way from Germany to London just to change my perfume. What kind of stupid International brand it is. No one is even bothered to take the onus of the poor quality. This is worse than buying any cheap chinese crap. I will never buy again from RL and will never recommend it to anyone. Can anyone provide me the email of any director of Ralph Lauren? Regards

John the district manager at woodbury commons is a very unfriendly pretentious man, he is the furthest thing from a smile in the whole new York , these type of people should. Not be in retail I wish Ralph Lauren would have friendlier managers

This is a suggestion for Mr. Laurent.I like your brand, and, therefore, making a suggestion.I'm A professional woman and like to wear pant suits to work. You must have noticed , how very powerful women like, Mrs. Clinton and Chancellor Angela Merker and so many other professional ladies are wearing pant suites.However there is such a paucity of well made suites. It is,at times, so emberassing to watch these ladies dressed in such poorly taillored suites. It would be so nice to have pant suits taillored for mature professional ladies so that they can look very neat, crisp, feminine and,yes beautiful. Just a thought.There are a whole lot of professinal woman like me - a General Surgeon,who would be so happy to find really well taillord pant suites for mature ladies. I love to watch Catherine Denuve's way of dressing. So elegent and feminine!

The Silverthorne Colorado factory outlet has great deals and of course affordable luxury from Ralph Lauren; however, that is where it ends unfortunately for me. The employees are atrocious and are not first class in service as Ralph himself would prefer, I'm quite sure. I receive better service at *-mart! seemingly corporate isn't ready to do anything either as phone calls and e-mails get you nowhere. If the deals were as fabulous as actually going to the store I would only shop online also, the non-customer service at the store almost makes me not want to purchase the clothing. This is not a top notch outlet.
