I have purchased a set of RL sheets from the Bay. Twice now I've had to return them. The fitted sheet, after washing it, had holes and "runs" and "imperfections" in the sheet that I took them back. I didn't want the holes to get worse. The Bay gave me a hard time the second time I returned them. I don't know why this is happening. It only happens to the fitted sheet and not the flat sheet. This has never happened to any other sheets and I usually by St. Geneve but thought I would try these as they matched perfectly and there were silky soft and smooth. I would like to why the quality for such an expensive set is sheets is so poor.

I work at an Alabama store where myself & another employee made a verbal complaint about two other employees .We have been continuously harassed to the point of tears. Two of the supervisors are also guilty of retaliating. Store 261

I don't understand how you come up with the 5 star ratings when the people are so disgusted with you and your manufacturing choices. You embarrased the entire nation with your Olympic Outfits with your logo way oversized on tacky outfits that cost a fortune and then were made in China. I have worn your clothes, given them as gifts if I wanted to give something very nice, worked with a man, Mac Mcardle who worked for you in the 80's. I will never buy your product again, donate to PBS to salve your concience, but you are a greedy, Corporation that puts profits in front of integrity. too many people out of work here for you to ship our jobs overseas. Put up a damned manufacturing plant in an area that really needs the work.

Bought a Ralph Lauren dress while on vacation in MAY 2012 in the USA cost $116.00 now dropping in holes very poor

My boyfriend is obsessed with Polo Ralph Lauren and since that is the case i want to buy him a letter man jacket with a musician symbol on it and want to send it to one of the workshops to get the logo on it just for him by Christmas time. There i need an address and a price in order to get this done.

Ralph Lauren should get its act together or find only one manufacturer. Their shirt sizes are all over the map. I just ordered 7 shirts (same size, classic fit) only two of them were true to size. The other five didn't fit at all they were too small. The funny thing is that I have the same exact shirts sitting in my closet in different colors and they fit. Costumer service reads from a script and if the questioning makes too much sense they just go quiet. Put a disclaimer if different manufacturers make the same product. This is not the first time I have ordered multiple shirts only end with just one or two shirts the rest I have to return. This is one unhappy costumer who will not return!

I am a Fashion Stylist and I dress over 75% of my clients in your clothes. I wear them myself and so do my pups. I think you are one of the best designers there is and for those that want to say something about things being made in other countries then I recommend them to go into one room in their home and pick up every item and see where they were made, I guarantee you that the underwear they are wearing wasnt made in the USA nor is the pillow they rest their head on at night. I could walk in a home and find at least 3 things in somebodies home that swears they only buy things made in the USA.

I have always held anything "Ralph Lauren " in the highest esteem!!!! IF it said Ralph Lauren...I thought ..it's the best!!!! I think he is a brilliant man!!!! I have changed my mind about his clothing !!! They are still beautiful, classy and sophicticated!!! But......to think that they are made in China!!!! I am so saddened by this. I knew that most all our clothing was made in China and other countries that you can't pronounce their names...but not Ralph Lauren!!! I wonder if anyone in China can afford his line of clothing???? IF left to me...they will be the only ones buying from him!!!! I just don't think the American people should buy his "over priced " clothing anymore. .....now that we know they are just assembly line clothing, made in a Communist country with child labor for $.30 an hour. His clothing is no different than Wal Mart, K Mart or any other company that uses cheap, child labor!!!!

These are the most ridiculous looking outfits I have ever seen at the closing ceremonies. It is an embarrassment to the United States of America. We have soo many designers that would have been honored to design and make the outfits here in the United States for our Olympians. RL, you should be embarrassed! Never will I purchase anything that has RL on it! Never!

Shame on you for what you did with the OLYMPICS not only were the uniforms awful looking but to make them in China when China is a sore point with us right now but to charge us for that awful Faux Pas an apology will not due please give back the money and sponsor some olympians and please make some lovley uniforms here in our USA where you made your billions and success as did your children- Please! a nice woman born in the Bronx like you and even dated a man named Danny Lipschitz but i would nto marry any one with a nae like that for sure!!

Worst Olympic Team uniforms ever! They showed no USA spirit and looked like school uniforms. Pass this on to Ralph!! Oh and MADE IN CHINA...FOR TEAM USA. Stupid.

I went into the Ralph Lauren outlet store in flemington and was degraded. I was with my 3 year old son and had clothes in my hand waiting for the fitting room. The girl walks me to a room and says to me about the shirt that I had was it there's. She assumed that I must have stolen my own shirt. I must have walked in the store with just a bra..My shirt was a last year item and how insulting was that statement . Might I mention I am African American, so a comment like that was uncalled for. I will be reaching out to the highest person to make a suggestion about the people they hire. I and everyone I know am no longer Ralph Lauren fans as I have given Ralph Lauren stores thousands of dollars...Thanks for the racist comment.

Shame on you RL, making your polo logo bigger than the Olympic Games patch. Shame on you RL for making your clothes in China. Shame on you RL, I will NEVER BUY from you again.

I recently dieted successfully and needed a new summer wardrobe. In the past few months I have purchased about 10 pairs of jeans and chinos, 15 or so tees, shorts and even shoes. Clearly I love the look of everything. My issue is with the workmanship. Should a 50 dollar tee be covered in unsnipped threads? My biggest complaint relates to the tags. The dark green tags in the knit shirts are absolutely PAINFUL and cannot be removed. Some are actually sewn into white tees with dark green thread. REALLY? These seem to be easy enough fixes. LOVE the look of almost everything...HATE the feel!

Thank you Ralph Lauren for sending our athlets to the games in a made in China tag. Way to go.Nothing says we support them more than the fact that we can't even make your clothes. You have lost my bussiness forever.

Hey, Ralph Lauren if you're going to charge over a $1000 for these outfits and the high prices you charge for other items, IT SHOULD BE MADE IN AMERICA!!!! You are one of the problems that is contributing to America's downfall.. I will never buy another item from you!

I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RALPH LAUREN. THEY ARE TRAITORS BY PURCHASING THE OLYMPIC UNIFORMS FROM THE CHINESE. I WONDER IF THE CHINESE BOUGHT THEM OFF OR WHAT.
