Had a coupon- visited the location in Temecula for holiday pictures. They refused to honor the coupon, but proceeded to offer us a $175 package. What a bunch of scum bags.

I had my son 6 month pictures taken the man that took them was great the other to lady's were rude. The man told me to come back in 20 mins to review I did and the two lady's forgot I was there and I waited two hours to review my son pictures while reviewing his pictures some other kids pictures come up on my review and every time I spoke to the two lady's the had an attitude I would pursued move phones but I had some where else to be and I was very angry. This place is a joke. Do not have you portraits done here. Photographers are terrible, she gave no direction. I had to take charge of poses and props. The customer service is awful, all I heard about was how annoying it was to hear the phone ring. I had my pictures done three days ago and still cannot access them on the website due to maintenance updates. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Had pictures of my 9-month old taken at picture people modesto, ca (vintage faire mall) while we waited we had to go outside to have a clean place to sit....all the tables , chairs and counters were disgusting!!! And the floor was even worse, appeared it had been weeks or months since the last time anyone vacuumed!!! Sad part was we were the only people there!!!! I guess that shows what the employees are doing with their down time.....nothing!!!!

Today was our 4th visit to the Picture People- On our 2nd visit we purchased the Portrait Club Card for $30, the card was to entitle us to free touch ups and a free sheet.. Never told we had to have the card and even though they could look up in the system that we had in fact purchased it, it wasn't honored.. The photographer we had prior was great, the new staff is highly incompetent and its a shame the management has obviously taken a much cheaper approach to photography. We spent a 3rd of what we would have today just because they did not honor our card- we will not be back nor recommend as we had before!! Pathetic

I love been to the picture people in Westfield Topanga in Canoga Park Ca twice and both times I was stuck with the rudest person ever!! Her name is PAM and I hope to never deal with her again, I don't even know how she has a job working with children as much of a hateful mean person as she is. My baby always fussy during photos and after she was happy and smiling and that Disgusting person snapped at my daughter "Dont you smile at me now" in such an evil way!!! Where is management at and why is she still working!?!?! We also brought bubbles along to make her happy and smiling and she snapped at myself and my older daughter who's 4," You need to stop with the bubbles, great idea bit I'm getting horrible pictures because of you" She seriously needs to be out of a job and I won't stop complaining about her until she is!!!

This was my 3rd time at the Picture People in the Clackamas Town Center. We made an appt all 3 times and only received a confirmation call this last time. We showed for our appointment at least 20 minutes early checked in and were told that they would be right with us. The first time they were 55 minutes past our appt the second was the same 45-50 minutes late I did give a little credit that it was the holidays and very busy but we did however have an appt. This last time was just the last straw, our appt was at 11am we checked in at 10:30 we were finally called to the studio at 11:25 and once finished we were asked to wait. We then watched another photographer shoot an infant and as we waited 45 minutes had past the children were hungry and not feeling the wait any longer we notice the infants mother paying for her pictures. I asked for a manager none came another associate said that a family before us made the delay and so on. Needless to say I am done! I am the grandparent with disposable income unlike my children. It is people like me that makes your business. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

The managers at chicago ridge picture people are rude and they all need a class in customer service. Some lady named Candace was very rude to me you can tell by her face expression that she didn't care when I said I would notify corporate but here I am emailing and thank goodness I found the email. There has to be something done about the managers there, they just laugh and hide in the back room probably just talking about their customers. I for one will never ever take pictures there until something is done about this!

I wish I had read these reviews before going to this place! We tookd our daughter for her 2nd birthday pictures and although she really wasnt in the mood for photos they managed to get some good shots. Our complaint is not with the staff or how things were handled but rather in the product we received. We paid $135 for 10 sheets and 1 low resolution CD. We are happy with the photographs but when we uploaded the pictures on the CD they are all turned side ways except for 1 and the 1 that is facing normally is so small that it almost looks blurry. I figured ok I'll try and email it to my family and see if it comes out that way. unfortunately it did! You need a magnifying glass to see the photo and if you want to see the others you have to turn your head sideways because. I am unable to turn them becuase the CD is "read only"!!! I have tried calling them all week and no answer, the phone just rings off the hook! I plan on writing a letter to their corporate office and see if I can get a response. Im not asking for my $ back I just want what I paid for!

Don't waste your time or money The phone is always busy to make a apt & if u do get thru They tell u their system is down please go online & make a apt Because they r too lazy to make the apt. Always the same story Your apt is rushed & they r very rude & unprofessional Hate picture people!!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the photos that our photographer took of our little baby girl "Amanda". The pictures came out very nice and sharp.

Yesterday I had the misfortune of spending four hours with my entire family of 11 people at this business called the Picture People. I had a 5:20 appointment and left there yelling with tired hungry children at 9PM. When we first came in, everything seemed fine. We took our pictures but my husband noticed that the women who were taking our pictures were rushing. Well when it was time to look at our pictures not one picture came out good. The man helping us told us that we had to all pay together. I explained to him that he has the technology to ring us all up separately since we are all buying different packages. However, we decided not to buy any pictures. At that point we should have left the store but the manager said we could take the pictures over. We then had to take our pictures all over again but this time we had another set of women who took our pictures. They took their time and checked the camera to make sure the images were good. Then we sat down to view our pictues and selected them. By this time it was 8:30. The woman who helped us select the pictures told us it will be about 15-20 minutes for the pictures to come out. Tell me why another woman comes out about 20 minutes later and tells us that it would be another 45 minutes because they made a mistake and processed someone else's 92 picture order before. This person was not even in the store waiting for their pictures. Needless to say I lost it. I will never, never ever use this place again.

The only store w/in 3 hrs closed up...I would like a refund of my annual membership. I called for days and days only to get a recording.

I went to picture people for my 5 month old. The photographer went out 2 times to fix the camera or change not sure but camera was not working mean while I try to keep my baby tempo which is very difficult. He wasn't read with any stuff when I ask him he go out again and again to get stuffs like teddy or basket mean while I had to keep her laughing. Finally everything was done and I want to use my coupon and I have to buy original price sheet to use my coupon which ends up very expensive. Any ways I buy some but very disappointed with all to gather service. I want to talk with someone responsible person for picture people. If anyone know the number to reach corporate office please post it.

I can not get my order for almost 2 months! One large size picture and 2 frames. Picture was poorly done, frame came broken, wrong color... broken again... I am done with this business. NEVER AGAIN!

I WENT TO PETCO IN ALLENTOWN PA ON JULY 7, 2012 FOR MY DOG'S PICTURES, THE GUY WAS VERY NICE AND DID HIS JOB. HE TOLD ME I'D GET MY PICTURES IN 3 WEEKS AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN THAT ANS STILL NO PICTURES!! THEY NEED TO STOP BEING SO DAMN IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I'M VERY UPSET! AND I WANT MY PICTURES!

Simply, they are the worst ever of any business I have dealt with. Don't go there.

Picture People in the staten island mall is the worst!! First of all they falsely advertise the promotions. On the third visit your suppose to get a frame no where in the member book does it say cannot be redeemed with other cupons, nor do they explain it to you. Secondly common sense is to touch up the filthy background the first Time around! I waited over an hour just for the pictures to print. The manager, not the main one was nasty and rude!! I will never go back!!
