Paypal Corporate Office & Headquarters

This company is so bad that they have shut down the Corporate Phone number (402)935-2258 to avoid dealing with anyone. My money is missing and the only advice I get is "Talk to your internet service provider." Maybe they can help you. Very Polite But Usless

PAYPAL RIPPED OFF MY 81 YEAR OLD DAD. What jerks. They have had his money for 4 months. He had a Paypal debit card and closed it after getting ripped off through eBay. He applied for a another Paypal debit card to use for his eBay sales. First he had to wait 60 days. Then he had trouble getting the application to go through. Many many phone calls to Paypal, hours on hold etc. and each time he is given a different story as too why his application hasn't been processed. My guess is that Paypal does this deliberately- who knows how much money they make in interest off of the monies they are holding against people's will. They need to be sued, because they are a hostile monopoly. It's really despicable.

Gosh were all sucked into using them if we use EBAY or sell on the net. They froze my account AFTER it and my bank acct was hacked. I got that ALLLL worked out, cried, screamed and now here I am again with my account frozen for the SAME REASON!?!?!? That was resloved 3 years ago..suppossedly. And the fun part...I bid on a pershible product not knowing paypal was about to freeze my account, I cant get to my funds to PAY this seller, I cant get anybody over 12 who knows what they are doing on the 1-800 number.,they have NO supervisors...Ive been waiting for a MAGICAL call back from some higher up...hasnt happend. BASTARDS! They really victimize people!!!

Oh and my STARs should have been 1...NO WAY THEY WOULD EVER RATE A 5 in my world.

the absolute worst company for customer service

Pay Pal is holding my money in my account hostage. It won't let me use it or return it to me. I would advise everyone to never use Pay Pal again. They have no way to contact a supervisor or someone that can help resolve this problem. I'm handicapped & on a limited income. I cannot believe they will not let me have access to my funds. This companies customer service gets a zero rating from me. Beware they do not act in good faith. I've been reading how many people cannot access their funds. Time to file official complaints against them w Better Business Bureau to try to get my money back.

I've been fighting with Paypal over the last few weeks. Have spoken to countless reps and supervisors who told me there was no toll free number. Suprise; today I found 888-221-1161 is their toll free number. When I called the rep said "oh yeah, we do have a toll free number." Apparently they are only allowed to give it out/confirm the toll free number if you ALREADY have it. Additionally, Paypal supervisors have directly contradicted each other on a number of occassions. A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE company.

My banking account was hacked THROUGH Paypal. I have spent countless hours on hold waiting for someone to help clear up this mess. I cancelled all my charge/checking accounts and am consulting with an attorney for breach of contract with Paypal. They purport to be 100% safe to do business with yet I was robbed of thousands of dollars through their shabby security system that says they use "experts" to monitor suspicious activity on accounts 24/7. Well seventy attmepts to transfer money from my account within forty five minutes would certainly constitue "suspicious" activity to me. Guess the experts were on break. What a sorry excuse for a company.

Too bad you don't have a number lower than 1 to rate Paypal. The phone number listed in no longer valid, I'nm sure because paypal doesn't want anyone to contact them. They got hit for 9.1 MILLION dollars because they were inaccessible to customers... I guess they have a bunch more money to throw away because there is still no good number to contact them. Now you call their "customer service" number and are sent to the phillippines with agents who barely speak english.... Paypal is a sad joke.
