Paypal has more than screwed me. A client paid me a significant amount of money as a bonus, and then a few weeks later a client she had filed a charge back on her (for something stupid and fraudulent on the charge back filers end) and since as paypal says the last place her money was was sent to my account I owe them the 20 GRAND (and the client who paid me never gave me anywhere near 20 Grand) and have also taken 2500 from another account I had after they found it was me then took my husbands account as well. I have been fighting with them via phone and getting no where. The client who had the charge back filed on her even asked why they are after me for the money when it was her account in question and their response is "we cant give you information on her account" she even tried to make payment arrangements to fix it and they give her the same response.
WHO IS EBAY?Every day this disgusting giant Dictatorship, tears away more, and more at the litlte guys human rights. As you can see, they are above the LAW, right here in Amerika! Now they're telling YOU, IF, and WHEN, you're going to get paid! We desperately need, a union formed against this monster NOW, otherwise the next thing you know, IT will be telling you, when you can go to sleep at night! WE THE PEOPLE, have the power! Without us, they are nothing! But, we can only take back the reigns, if WE UNITE, the old American way, and go on STRIKE! And force this despicable giant to the table. We are completely SICK, of them telling us, what THEY are going to do to US NEXT! So lets do something about it, instead of cowering in the corner, and complaining about what they have done to you. We need a UNION against this disgusting monster now! Time to step up, and show them, WHO IS EBAY!
There are alot of payments on my account that wasn't authrize be me at all. how can one spend $11,000 dollars in the matter of 2008 it has skin thing proactive on there something called free hold revers on it. where did it go to at. This is mony from my disability check. I would recommend NOT dealing with PayPal! I sold on eBay, done everything i was supposed to do and PayPal locked up my account and now has my $4500 frozen up! PayPal is by far the worst on-line, or off-line company i have ever dealt with! I am currently in the process of suing them! I go Wednesday the 7/11/12 to retain my attorney and get the ball rolling.. I would suggest to ALL you others having issues with them to contact some attorney`s too! I was very surprised to how many attorney`s that i contacted were very eager to offer their services to me! Both eBay and PayPal has screwed over thousands of people, and are hated by thousands who seek their money and/or revenge! I seek both! They currently have several class action suits either pending and/or in the works!
Terrible customer service ....my account is in good standing for 5 years and now pay pal is angry ...that why i am so nice to my customers. I have 1% refund rate and i refund right away to customers and pay pal is greedy about their money. They put an account manage which is by far the most prejudice customer service person and is jealous of us being ligid and has put restriction of 5% till 180 days... I wish there were an option to rate paypal with zero stars. That about sums up the quality of their service. I recently bid on and won an "authentic" Chanel wallet from a seller who claimed to live in the US but the wallet was shipped from over seas. When I received the wallet, it clearly wasnt authentic at all. Not even close. Now that I'm battling it out with paypal to get my money back, they keep throwing hurdles in my path. Basically they won't give me my money back unless I can get someone, who is "not me" to write on letter head that this wallet is not authentic. Um I live in a little town, there is no one who can or will authenticate a Chanel wallet for me. So basically they are giving a theif $187 of my hard earned money. Makes me wonder how these people can sleep at night.. I've used paypal since 2007 thru ebay sales and mark my words, I will never use their services again. Paypal is 100% a scam.

I have just one click on Ebay on 5/7/2012 to buy a used Nikon cost 1,800. The seller took money and run away. I know exactly it is scam as I am a second victim when i go back to look on the feedback of Ebay. The seller send an E-check to refund and I can not call or Email the guy since he gone. I opened the case in resolution in 5/13/2012 and Paypal told that I have to wait for them to clear the E-check until the end of may or 5/30/2012. If everything return to normal I can have fund back to my account in 6/5/2012. If they can not clear the E-check It is not sure if I can get my money back. Only one click on Buy it now on Ebay It triggered me not only with the Scam but also with Ebay and PayPal as well. Try to do an alternative way if you don't have to go thru Ebay or PayPal.

well boys and girls i just want to post this and let you know what a fraud pay pal is and how they treat there costumers.. 1 they take money from your account that was refunded to you from a place that sent it and then they tell you you have to pay them. 2 they are rude when you call them call you a liar when you have all the emails from nflshop.com and yourself and your bank and they didn't care to llisten or call the executive vp of nfl marketing cause they argured and wouldn't give you a supervisor 3 there phone up top to there headquarters dosn't work.4 for there fyi i hope they like dealing with my attorneys and the Nfl attorneys cause they and me talked and they pissed off at this and will be looking into pay pals behavior and conduct so i hope no one has to deal with this and if you have pay pal close it and leave it before you do cause personal;y i think they are all assholes
Last year, in March 2010, I was between two surgeries in a California rehab /skilled nursing facility but had my laptop with me. I had just donated my Jaguar to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation so needed a replacement vehicle. I began researching eBay Motors and found an auction for a G500 located at a Mercedes Benz dealership in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The dealership removed the G before I could bid but then I found the same G relisted the following week on another eBay auction. I emailed the dealer and received an unclear reply as to what had happened to the earlier auction but did go ahead and order an "independent inspection" performed by eBay's new independent inspection firm. The report came back indicating that the G was in top condition, only missing its Owners Manual. The Mercedes Benz dealer, who knew that I was a 65 woman and between two major surgeries, "volunteered" to quit the auction early "so that I could win the G." I fell for that predatory scam without realizing that, by completing the purchase outside of the formal eBay auction, I would lose all eBay buyer protection. The G was fully paid for in advance and through PayPal but was delivered to California in the middle of a Friday night with over $10,000 of previously undisclosed body damage. The next morning, a Saturday, I immediately tried to contact both the transport driver and the Mercedes Benz dealer to demand that the G be immediately picked up and taken back to North Carolina. I also immediately notified PayPay. The $10,000+ in body damage soon was confirmed by a well-known, respected auto body shop that serves California AAA, my insurer. I made repeated written requests for the Mercedes Benz dealer to take back this G, and even volunteered at one point to pay the cross country transport to get the G back to Fayetteville. The dealer refused. This incident, perhaps, is one of the most horrifying cases of combined consumer fraud, interstate transportation fraud, internet fraud and insurance fraud. The Fayetteville seller knew that I had fully insured the G before it left North Carolina, knew that I was a 65 year old woman hospitalized and took unconscionable and unfair advantage of both me and my California insurer. The dealer's eBay Internet auction advertising was deceptive and, therefore, fraudulent, and the "independent" inspection was nothing more than a case of a local inspector "in the dealer's pocket." (As just one small example, the G arrived with a frayed and torn passenger seat belt -- no professional inspector would have missed this! The dealer later insisted that the seat belt was in perfect condition but, finally and much later, did admit to AAA that he always knew of the damaged seat belt!) I delivered detailed documentation with Exhibits to PayPal; PayPal took my side, refunded my payments and closed the case in my favor. When I finally grew strong enough to test drive the G, "the first trip out" required a tow! Before the G could be registered in California, another $5,000 in mechanical repairs were required. I gave up trying to return this G after the dealer repeatedly refused to take it back and after PayPal resolved this disgraceful used car dealership fraud in my favor. PayPal recognized this transaction as egregious consumer fraud coupled with outrageous Internet, Insurance and Interstate Transportation fraud. If it hadn't been for PayPal, I would have become just another innocent impoverished victim of classic used car saleman dishonesty.
The first thing to remember about "paypal" is that it is a scam, and all of its employees are criminals who seem to get off on their little scam game. One can only hope that a meteor will crash into their headquarters during a take your family to work day, and vaporize their worthless staff, along with their equally worthless families. Hi, there is a Facebook page named Ebay-PayPal Feedback - the more posts the better! I am having tremendeous problems getting the funds out of Paypal hold. Ebay misinformed me that I can preprint a shipping label which would come out of the funds on hold. I did that and actually the funds came out of my bank account!!! I called Paypal and a rep. told me that Ebay misinformed me, and funds will come out of my bank account, then 24 hours lated Ebay will release some of the shipping funds out of the amount on hold in Paypal! This looks like a scam! Their customer service reps and supervisors are poorly trained and have no idea about eachother's practices!
I lost my laptop and $500 which was return back to buyer, without any reason. The buyer is a big fat liar. And paypal did nothing to protect buyers from fraud.
I have recently lost over $2,600.00 USD to PayPal with NO REASON AT ALL. Will advoid using PayPal again forever. The world please read this before you think about doing business with PayPal. Heard a lot of pleple says PayPal sucks, but today i know for myself. Paypal really really sucks, I normally do not leave a feedback but this business will not go far. i had a transaction cancelled by the seller right after the money was transfered from my bank 4 oct. the funds cleared my bank account on the 5th of oct. no funds have been refunded and i talked to a supervtsor last night and was told that the funds would be credited by the morning. well here it is and still no money. i am on the to them right now and been placed on hold for the third time wanting to get this resolved. the last supervisor i talked to said it would take another 24 to 48 hours for the funds to be credited to my account. i have been on the phone with them now for 1 hr and 20 minutes most of that on hold.
I just waited 20 minutes to speak to a PayPal Agent, the reason, a $500.00 refund vanished from my account. After the wait I was concected to an operator whose command of the English Language was so poor, I could not understand what she was saying. I asked to speak to a supervisor. This time 25 minutes goes by, and when I finally reach a Supervisor, they tell me that they seem to be having problems with the History Page for accounts, so much so that my REFUND, Disappeared! I received another refund on the same day, this one for a lessor sum, $25.00 that was in my transaction history, SO WHY WOULD THE LESSER SUM BE SHOWN AND THE GREATER SUM NOT SHOWN? THE ANSWER IS PAYPAL IS TRYING TO RIP US OFF! IT WAS NOT UNTIL I SAID I WOULD CALL THE FBI AND FILE A WIRE FRAUD COMPLAINT THAT THEY JUST HAPPENED TO FIND THE TRANSACTION AND THEN TOLD ME IT WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN THE MORNING! I DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL AND WILL NOT BE USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS!
