I have a serious complaint! I live in Lansing, MI, & you have a Nike outlet store in Howell,MI Sat 10/8/11 2 PM (Tanger Outlet) about 45 miles from Lansing. My wife, my 2 children, & I traveled 45 miles one way to buy my son & daughter a pair of your shoes at this outlet. We happen to be part Seminole Indian documented with the tribe in Oklahoma, because that is where my great grandfather originated from. We were turned down the tax exemption that we are entitled to, & told that we had to go to Oklahoma to use it. We had 2 pair of your shoes that we were buying, that maybe was $4 or $5 tax that they denied. I feel that that was discrimination at that store, & I am very upset to drive 90 miles for your shoes at an outlet to be turned down for a tax that is documented. I showed them my paperwork, my Visa cards issued, & they still wanted to charge the tax that was obviously exempt. Now you know that we left the shoes on the counter, & drove 45 miles back home. On Sunday we went to another store & purchased them "another" pair of shoes. Was that really smart on the stores part? We are only talking about $4-$5 that drove us away to another store. I really want this to go to someone who cares....

bought a pair of nike football boots for my 9year old son fo 45 pounds after 6 games they started to fall apart at the toe tried to get money back ,could not get a refund was told my son playing on wrong type of grass or he was kicking the ball to hard,if i was david beckham or any other footballer wearing their boots would have got loads of freebies,felt robbed by nike tried to contact customer services by phone and email but no reply how fair are they

ETHICS! Look it up ...clearly NIKE has none. Neither does Michael Vick. With all the viable athletic stars you still chose this PR campaign, lying POS. You don't get a penny from my purchases. Would be happy to send you video of the sort of things Vick did..things he laughed about,things he has taken no resposability for ( see GQ interview), yet NIKE refers to his PR POSING when they try to justify paying millions to be their spokesperson. I have been an avid runner for 25 years, an athlete in high school, and now a proud mother of 4 very athletic children. I love the look of your tennis shoes and have been buying at least 5 pairs every six months. That is until you resigned Vick. That was heartless. I was ok with tiger, his victim was a wealthy well educated beautiful lady. Vicks victims have no voice, no legal system! These are innocent animals who did not want to be starved, beaten, locked in cages, and to fight for their life. That is barbarian. I have made a commitment (and am voicing it to everyone) to never buy Nike until Vick is dropped and a donation is made on behalf of the innocent victims. All I can say is that I am mortified that I even own a pair of shoes from a company who values fame over morals. I hope no one ever treats your animals like Vick did his, and I pray that your stock plummets!!!!

I am experiencing a little difficulty with a Nike product. I purchaced 3 pair of sneakers june fourth and i've had to have 1 set replaced. Anyone have problems with the "SHOX NZ" well let me tell you they come apart! Nike i love you guys but D@**.... I have to purchase sneakers all the time for the wife & kid< They seem to choose the ones that break my wallet! Please help me figur something out.... I have a receipt from finish line showing when & and where I purchased these bad boys... Thing is school just started and I was hoping he'd at the least make it through Thanksgiving. (This is only for the shox, his nike boots and Jordan 2.5 still look great... Fours stars for a product that fit and look great, I had to deduct one star for the poor craftsmanship please make it right not even 3 months and I do not want to be out 135.00

I CANNOT believe you resigned MICHAEL VICK to represent your company. He admitted to electrocuting and slamming his fighting dogs on concrete until they died and ordered his female dogs to be retrained and raped into breeding. A person who does this does NOT change. He has proven that he tells the public what they want to hear. Two days after he got busted he was on TV proclaiming he SUDDENLY "found God!"...PLEASE. Isn't it a little strange that he decided to advocate against dog fighting with the senate AFTER Nike resigned him. Was that stipulation in his contract? My husband and I have bought nothing but Nike products for sportswear over 2 decades. Now we will not. Michael Vick is broke so he will say and do whatever people want to hear to put money in his pockets again. Nike you better realize you are SERIOUSLY hurting your own image. I want to compliment you on some fine products this year. I tried out the driver at a demo day. I bought a Ping because every time I see the swoosh, i think of Woods. It's not that I'm a moralist, I just want to get away from unpleasantness when I'm golfing. Your product identification was too good. The swoosh equals TW. I think you need to cut ties. I am appalled but not surprised (tiger Woods, child labour?)at your sponsorship and endorsement of Michael Vick. To torture, abuse, drown, hang, electrocute those dogs, to watch them suffer, to make money and bet on the outcome of brutal fights is the action of sick individuals. No matter how often he "goes to Church" he has not apologised for his behaviour, nor, in a recent interview re what he would change in his life, does he say he would change his behaviour towards those dogs - he only wants to shorten his prison sentence. His time was for gambling and not for animal cruelty, so how can anyone say that he has paid for his crimes? Does he give any money or help to any animal sanctuary or rescue group? NO NIKE products for me and thousands like me. By willingly associating yourselves you ally yourselves to his actions. Nuff said

You have a psychopath representing you? How low can you go? If you believe Vick "has done his time and is rehabilitated," nothing could be further from the truth. Abusing and torturing animals over a period of years is not a mistake or a lapse in judgment. It is a characteristic of anti-social personality disorder. Vick is a psychopath. The small amount of time he served was for racketeering related to the dog fighting, he did not serve ONE day for animal abuse. If Vick is allowed a second chance to try to hide his personality disorder then so be it, but he should not be in a position where he is a role model for children and adolescents. Certainly companies can find athletes who are decent human beings. Psychopaths are not rehabilitated. They learn to hide their personalities and manipulate those around them. I have to wonder about any one who admires someone who electrocuted, hung, shot and beat dogs to death over a period of years, who put female dogs on a rape stands and killed dogs who didn't fight well. Vick has said publicly that his only regret was his jail time. His work with HSUS is a sham, only the tiniest percent of their money goes to actually help or rescue dogs. I don't hate Vick, I feel sorry for him. He represents all that is wrong with professional sports and now all that is wrong with NIKE. I will never purchase anything branded NIKE again, or Hurley or Converse. I have also terminated by relationship with LiveStrong. Vick's detractors are not going away. Why don't you find an honorable athlete to endorse your products?

I have worn Nike shoes my whole life. I just finished researching the "barefoot" type running shoes and had decided on Nike once again. Glad I didn't buy them yet. Michael Vick? Really? I just threw up in my mouth a little. I would be embarrassed and ashamed to wear anything with a swoosh now. Damage is done, Nike brand is contaminated. Never again. Anything you make, I can get from somebody else. Somebody with a conscience and at least a smidgeon of moral responsibility. "Nike - just do it - torture and kill dogs." Someone in your marketing department needs to be fired. Painful to lose a longtime friend, but this company is dead to me. Yuck.
