I bought a friend special designer cleats, he couldn't wear them due to his high school rules so he sent them back for an exchange, what NIKE did was refunded my gift card which I no longer have instead of giving him other cleats, so now i am out the money and he is out of cleats,I asked for a in store refund, or another designed cleat or a gift card, and was told there was nothing that could be done to rectify this matter, .I just faxed you all the e-mails I have sent and received, not to mention the very many phone calls I have made to a number of pople. We have never had a problem with our nike products. But I bought my 10 year old the newest nike air max for $110. After less than two months of wear the air pocket went flat. I sent the shoes back to nike and the shoes were sent back and nike indicated they were not defective. I called nike and they said my son must be using them to stop his bike and shuffling them across the carpet at school a little too much. I had to chuckle about this and it has been a good story to tell my friends. I have gone through two bosses to try to get my money returned but the best they can offer is 20 percent off or expedited shipping. I guess nike doesn't mind losing one customer. Of course we have already started banning NIKE in our home and NIKE will lose many customers before I am done...however I'm not done yet.

i would urge people to seriously think twice about buying anything from nike online here in the UK their customer services is non existent. ive been waiting a month for a refund. they rarely answer emails and never answer the phone

Nike addresses that they are strict about early released shoes, but they do nothing to stop all the corruption in the shoe game and Nike has officially killed the sneaker game for true collectors! All there are now are buyers to resell and if you think that collectors will keep buying to support your products you are very wrong. If you monitor Ebay, then again why there are Nike shoes like the Lebron 9 South Beach Elites all ready being sold when the release date is June 2nd and today is May 26th? Nike and your retailers are corrupt! I hope collectors realize this and stop buying from resellers, so eventually we can put Nike down. I owned 100's of your Nike's in Mint condition and will never again buy your products. I traveled to other countries to buy pairs like the Wine & Grind pack, Miros, and XQ Happy occasions the fair way with no selling early or stupid raffles. You punished Footlocker in the past for selling early, but you do nothing to stop Ebay users from selling your products early before the release date. People from Foot Locker are ringing the shoes up as something different and selling the rare shoes early with a different sku number... NIKE, step your game up because you are allowing corruption to happen and you dont care for the true collectors who made you who you are today! I will never buy again and once collectors stop buying, then stupid resellers will have no one to sell to and it will eventually hurt your sales is what I hope the most. You are such a greedy company and dont deserve a true customers business anymore. Your Concord release recently was by far the worst release I seen in history and its due to people trying to resell along with no organized release for loyal people willing to camp out because they want to buy to actually wear them.. You are a horrible company to allow such corruption to happen and customers need to start realizing to not buy the Lebron 9 South Beach Elites for $600 when people are selling them early and its all hype that Nike created. I know right now I can get the Lebron's from people at secret locations such as some Foot Lockers for $450-$500 but, I really don't care to have them for that price and Nike does nothing to stop this. Nike truly has no Heart!!! I was once a loyal NIKE fan and now a NIKE hater. Have a heart and think creatively to stop this corruption because if you can suspend NIKES account, then you can stop Ebayers and track how these pairs release early when you front like you are so strict with a early release when clearly you are not. When a store opens and is suppose to have 2 pairs of each size to find out they only have a total of 4 pairs in the whole store to sell, that says a lot about NIKE not having any HEART!!! I have purchased only Nike shoes and athletic clothing for over 20 years. However, I will be destroying the ones I now own and will never set foot in their stores or purchase any of their products again. I am appalled that they chose to sign Michael Vick again last July after the way he intentionally tortured and killed one of the most faithful animals God has put on this earth. Any company that condones that type behavior by associating with such individuals is unacceptable. I will also make it a top priority to contact as many individuals as possible through online sites, billboards, word of mouth and any other avenue that I can possibly think of to share my feelings. Shame on you Nike!

good day, I live in South Africa and have been purchasing Nike footgear for many years. I was devastated today to receive an email showing a Nike ad (Just Survive) which endorses dog fighting. Why on earth was this deemed as an acceptable advert for circulation? Do you not understand that dog fighting in illegal (not only in USA but in South Africa as well). How could this type of cruelty be deemed as acceptable? I sincerely hope that this ad is pulled (and any others as well). You may as well have an advert showing an adult rape a young child - it is the same violence in my opinion, both illegal and terribly cruel and both will scar the victim for life - physically and mentally. I bought a pair of Nike which had factory defect. I contacted them & they acknowledged that indeed it was defective and sent me a coupon for supposedly it's full price, and told me it is only redeemable on their website where there is not even one shoe in the amount they gave me. I could buy another pair elsewhere for this money, but Nike would not let me& also want to charge me for shipping for the replacement shoes. Actually, talking to Nike customer service people I got the attitude that they are doing us a favor supplying us with shoes made by child labor in China to cut cost as much as they can, and charge as much as they can in the USA. Very nasty company trying to hide it's nastiness, and lack of product support with fancy endorsements.

I am a user of Nike products. I use your golf balls, gloves, clubs and shoes. But, who ever designed the Duck's uniforms must have missed the class on designing uniforms for football teams. The numbers are poorly readable (as commented by Brent Mashburger on national TV) the green multi-shades pattern would work for the military. The only good thing about the uniforms was the helmet. If I was Nike, I would not allow your designer to do any more football uniforms designing. I will sent to comments to University. This is embassing to the Pack 10!!! Poor Job!
