I JUSTED COUNTED MY EPLACEMENTS AND OUT OF THE LASST 12 netflix times 9 have had to be replaced.......i have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and the quality of NETFLIX had deteriorated so badly it is deplorable.now for the last 3 weeks i have not been even able to log on,even following the instructions.it is a shame to see a good company which provided such pleasure to so many behave in such a slip shod manner.........your problem starts at then top.....your customer service people are great.something has to be done to improve your service.i know i am not the only one i have read hundreds of other complaints on the net.now is the time to fix what is broken about the operation or one day the owners will wake up and there will be zero customers.yvette
I have been with Netflix since 12/25/12 and have had no problem. On 08/26/12 I called to have my account billing moved out, because I was having problems with my checking account that if the payment had gone through it would cause an overdraft fee. i was told the only thing that could stop this was canceling my accout;which I did. On Tuesday 8/28/12 i notice that the payment had gone throuh to my account and caused an overdraft fee (the one thing I was trying to avoid). Spoke with several people from Netflix and they all gave my false infomation. On to day I got an email back saying that it was not a Netflix error. I asked to speak with a manager one got on the phone and was very rude and hung up in my face..
After watching a few of the 80 s films flloowing along with FilmSack, I have come to realize that my older brothers and sister did me a favor. They must have watched some of these really bad sci-fi movies and then shielding me from their exposure. Krull was something, I will give it that. I think my favorite part of badness was the 10 minutes of rock climbing we have to endure when Colon, er, Colwyn has to get to the lava cave. As for the Glaive? WHAT A POS! Sure it was like the star in Super Mario but could it kill big and ugly at the end? NOOOOOOOO. Only the power of love can defeat that monster! Love and fire!Anyway, the show is amazing. I love every minute of it.
To whom it may concern, This is to inform you of a discriminatory phone conversation I just had with Kelly, then her supervisor; Jessica id#95032 if that is real at all. I called to get info on the amount of subtitled movies ready in the streaming feature in Spanish and English, because I found a link on Netflix that showed about 12 in Spanish and 90 in English and I want it to know if this was accurate, since I read somewhere that there were about 1300 or so subtitles movies and TV shows on the streaming already. they were too busy saying how "this is America and it should be in English" or "the hearing impaired are a priority" which I agree but that was not my question since they bombarded me with discriminating remarks. I've been with Netflix for a long time and have recommended you to all my friends and this was very disappointing since I don't need subtitles at all, but was trying to get you a new client that will love that feature and did not know how to do it. I appreciate someone doing something about this, since your clients are not all Americans that speak perfect English. As far as I'm concern this is what makes the USA a great country having different cultures and people of many different countries coming together in one nation. After years of great service, I don't know what's happened. I ordered "25th HOUR" and received a DVD that was scratched and pock-marked. It stopped a few minutes into the movie at a critical plot point. I sent it back requesting another copy. The SAME DVD arrived two days later -- some scratch marks, same pock mark and the same stall at the critical plot point. I again gently washed the DVD and tried playing it again, to no avail. Today, after requesting another copy, the SAME DVD arrived but this time cracked in half. Is someone at Netflix trying to tell me something? I give up. I'll try getting "25th HOUR" in another year or so when perhaps some Netflix personnel won't keep sending me the same "replacement"!!!!
I canceled my NETFLIX account in January 2011. Apparently they restarted without my approval and have been charging me since then. $407.63 ! Ok, I didn't check all my purchases on my Credit Card but I charge a lot to collect points. It went unnoticed and all I get from them is that "due to processes beyond their control" they are unable to refund me the money. Does NETFLIX have a license to steal??? Next step is contacting their corporate offices.
I have stop my membership on 7/25/2012,and you still took a payment out of my bank account.I thought the first month was free when I signed up and it has not even been a full month.So would you please explain this. And return my money to my account. Sincerely Linda Kurnava
I was once a happy customer of Netflix, but I'm disappointed that I'm not able to remove or block certain content. The new gay and lesbian catagory disturbs me because I have children in my home who are impressionable (heck adults are impressionable). I'm not a homophobe and I have gay/lesbian acquintances however I do not want my child to think that lifestyle is normal and some of these movies may imply that notion. It would be nice if I was able to remove that section completely. If I'm not able too soon I will have to cancel my subscription.
What a freaikng scam would not local would'nt stream,so il cxl or so i thought but oh no they die not cxl they charged me for over a year for a service i could not use or wanted and yes they said its there policy to do just that and no there not going to refund my money, i asked so your going to rip me off and andre the supervisor said yes thats our policy, although i cxl it was my responsibility to cxl twice to make sure. These creeps need to be shut down and jailed for fraud. Just like madoff.
I spoke with a Netflix staff person named Stephanie who spoke to me as If I were a naughty child. The billing problem was not resolved. I will try to cancel subscription, hopefully they can handle that. Netflix takes longer than any other service to make newer movies available.

0 star...I called in last October to cancel. Well, they never did. I called and your customer service person put me on hold for 10 minutes then it went to an automated person , if you are satisfied with netflix press one then if not press 2. Really? I called back explained the situation. Then your supervisor DALIA said there is nothing they can do. She told me this was my problem to deal with and I would of recveived an email about the cancellation. I asked her how I was supposed to know they would send an email. Unfortuantly I trusted you to be "legit". Obviously this company is not to be trusted. I will be creating a page for people who have been screwed by this company so we can do a class action suit. I'm sure you are living it up with your ill gotten money.

The quality of Netflix service has gone downhill in 2012. New releases that at one time were readily available or within 30 days now stagnate as "Very Long Wait" at the top of my queue for months. The company is obviously not purchasing an adequate supply of DVDs to meet a growing customer demand and despite numerous complaints to customer service reps, is doing nothing to improve the situation. For many years I never had more than one wait in my queue at a time. Now I have nine and the wait list is growing. Is this a way to run a company? You bet it isn't.
THREE years DVD's on time streaming worked great. This week Monday called and told them they owed me a refund for the outage this week. They refunded $.25 YES a quarter of a dollar and GUESS WHAT???? NO DVD's THIS WEEK -- OH IT WAS THE PO - yea right!!!! Streaming ONLY as of today. Netflix are A__H___s !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just received an email from Netflix indicating they were charging my visa; I contacted them immediately after reading the email. Only to hear they will not credit back my account until an internal investigation is done. Neither I nor my daughter have ever used Netflix. They have the means to see not usage yet I have to wait until someone calls me SCAM SCAM
Everything is so outdated????? Weeds season 3... they're on 8 now... just one example.. what's up with this? I have yet to see any content updates. Ridicolous.

This used to be a superb company, but the last 6 months, NetFlix has been holding my DVDs, it's easy to tell when you mail one from the P.O. and it takes 2-3 days to get 90 miles away. I guess they think we are stupid. And, I also have called but found it rude and slightly hateful. So, looks to me like NF is going to lose zillions of customers unless they shape up. I almost quit and I cannot get them to send me a new movie, I wait and wait and end up buying the DVDs myself. I will give them 30 more days and then, I will be leaving. Paying $20 a month for 5 DVDs is ridiculous, I have a BB very close.
I do not seem to have many of the problems others have cited. My issue is that while on vacation last week I found my services blocked. After checking my email I found that less than 48 hrs earlier NF had contacted me to indicate trouble billing my card (probably expired). I figured I would update it when I returned from my trip on 9.4.12. I called NF customer service to complain about the suspension of privileges given the fact I have been a member for many years & never been delinquent. The customer service rep was polite & gave me the address of corp. to write a complaint since you cannot email one...he at no time offered to reinstate my privileges. So my account is suspended over less than $20 which is less than 2 days late after years of perfect payment? I will likely be canceling rather than complaining upon my return! Has anyone else found this?
