McDonalds in Hollywood/Dania Beach, FL, Michelle, who is caucasian and Carla, who is spanish discriminated against me and my husband. Michelle witnessed the racial and disability discrimination. Michelle even threatened to call the police when I asked her for her name and her manager's name. We waited, due to our accerting our civil rights. We will follow up insure that the rights taht Black people and disabled people fought and voted for. These companies can either follow the law or leave America.
My boy freind works for mcdonalds in columbus on 17th by tbe fair ground and the service is terrible the employies are rude to each other there is no team work involved the bosses treat him like dirt like their to good there more drama than food cooking very unprofessional i would never work foor mcdonalds anywhere one bad apple spoils the bunch
Oconto Wisconsin McDonald's is a joke I was heading home when my son reminded me that I said I would get him some food from McDonalds. So I turned around and got in the long line in the drive through. When got to place my order I asked for 20 piece mcnuggets and the driver through person said can u please repeat that. Really I only asked for a 20 piece mcnugget so I repeated the start of my order so far. Then she tells me that its still breakfast like someone needs to get the right time cause I was trying to place my order at 10:29. I told her that breakfast starts at 10:30 and she said I would have to wait cause breakfast is another five minutes. Wow, my cell and vicle said that time but I guess McDonalds is on their own time not that they advertise to all customers. So I drove off and went to Burger King instead. I called and talked to a manger and all she could is say sorry that I feel that way and there clock is 10:22. Arguing and telling a customer that there wrong when my cell phone has the right time. So go there you will see what I mean. That manger didn't even fix her messed up clocks I bet cause she could care less that she just lost business. Plus her customer service was horrible and that's not you try people who make it so she has a job. So maybe give her a lesson or some training in customer service cause she clearly needs it!
went to a mcdonalds in Natchez Ms, made an order and gave them a twenty dollar bill which had a 1/2 inch tear on it and was told they couldn't accept it because it was torn. Ive been all over the world when did we American stop taken our own currency thats a shame. So that morning I couldn't get breakfast. (where are we going in this world. I was recently employed at a McDonalds in Bremen,Ga.and they have the worst supervisors whitch are Black,Vernita,and Lori. They show way to much favoritism. But the worst part is when you walk in and all you hear is Drama this Drama that. I quit and i would never work at that McDonalds and if i were you i would never ever go there,they even have roaches. A lady brought her chicken sandwhitch back and it had a roach in it.So i will never eat there again.
My daughter works at the McDonalds in Ashland Wis. There are a couple of supervisor's that treat their workers like crap. I've witnessed, on a couple occassions, a supervisor swearing at a worker in front of the customers. Is this good work ethics ? I'm thinking not ! They don't give the workers the breaks that they should be getting,but yet work them as if their working full-time. There are no full-time employees there but their hours are more than part-time. So, where are the benefits they should be getting? Seems kind of strange that the owner makes quite a bit of money but yet can't give the workers some type of benefits. What's wrong with that picture ? My daughter works 2 jobs and asked the supervisor/schedule person if it would be possible to work with her other employer. She was told "yes" that would be fine. NOW, their saying "NO","you don't need to work 2 jobs". Not EVERYONE can afford to work just one job like the owner and supervisor's. The workers don't make THAT much money ! Maybe someone from corporate headquarters should check into this Ashland McDonalds !!!! Bad treatment of workers and supervisors need a class in work ethics. Thank You !!!
the store No#11742 in stonestown galleria , san francisco CA. now really makes me sick!...once I was there for breakfast at 10:27am ; so the breakfast time could not be over yet! I asked for a meal, they had the sandwich but not the hash brown. when I tried to make it easy for them (instead of arguing on time slot), and asked for french fries as a substitude, they said that I have to pay extra, which raised the price close to $7!I said it doesn't worth that much since to me, McDonald's breakfast meals are not filling anymore,( but don't get me wrong,I am a size six person); so unhappily I got food from lunch menu instead then I had a little nice talk to the new chickie manager to teach him about customer satisfacton and importance of it in order to bring me and more others back for the sake of the business; he brought me up the inventory issue! I said nobody will count the french fries for more or less, actually you should have offered the substituing yourself like the other McDonald's in a situation like this. any way I tried to stay away from this location as much as I could until today. I went to get a cold coffee drink and I asked if I could redeem a coupon that I had got from another branch ... again I left unhappy. I wonder if the workers or the manager in this branch ever cares about the McDonald'a business?! my point is that I am totally un happy with my local McDonald branch.
That store in west conshohocken pa is the worst ever ever The management down to the ppl that don't speak English they smell Deodorant is not used you can literally smell their underarms they Are some strong armed ppl it's offensive to me and my family Talked to the owner about this she says they don't believe in Femine hygiene what kind of malarkey is this how They employ ppl who's hygiene is just the worse ever
I live in Zephyrhills, Fl. and went into your outlet in Wal-Mart on Gall Blvd. The service was poor at best, I stood there for at least 5 minutes, there was trash on the counter, the employees playing on their phones, when I eventually did get waited on I asked for 3 Mcdoubles ... mustard, ketchup and onion ONLY ... I received cold, nasty, hard things with only ketchup and CHEESE. As I was already home, I threw it away. I will NEVER eat there again and this IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. Believe that I will spread the word that that location serves nothing but crap.(that is not the word I will use) My name is Joe an it is sad that a customer can not talk to a Regional Manager.
A employee came in back door and started an arquement with employee on clock. Managers didn't do any thing except send the one on the clock home. I would like to report a member of staff from farnborough gate macdonalds.This person was really horrible last night 16-09-2012 her name is Adele Thomas-Hardy she put her fingers up to me and a car full of peolpe when we went in to tell the staff they were not bothered....Working in there must be horrible they all call each other all 2 faced all of them...This person got my daughter the sack from there...i really think the place wants a good sorting out with all the staff in there,they are all very rude peolpe who work in there..i will not be going in there again,until the staff are sorted out...Putting two fingers up to peolpe is not a good report is it...here is hoping something will be done...disgracefull place to go..and very dirty in the place too....
Today I was having lunch with my grand daughter at the McDonalds on 24th and F in Bakersfield, Ca. I noticed a young girl walked in she said she was there for and interview. A man walked out from the back and went to talk with this young girl. He was wearing a jersey type shirt and jeans. I understand this is not a complaint about food, but rather a complaint about how management represents this particular store. The young woman was dressed business casual and the man aleady working with the company looked like a customer. I am not sure I would be happy knowing that my employees are less professional than the applicants. It brings to mind how much pride the employees have for the company, and does that affect the end product?
I work for you and I must say your the most unorganized unfit company there is. Thought of going to work makes me want to off myself.people are not machines and workers don't deserve to be treated like shit. How can a McDonald's with maggots rats and roaches stay open? Isint that a health hazzord?
The McDonald's at Salt Lick & Mexico roads in St. Peters Missouri is without a doubt the WORST location in the ENTIRE United States! I should know, because I traveled on business for 25 years, all over the country! The food at this location is consistently undercooked, they never change their fryer grease so the food is rancid and bitter, the building is FILTHY, and the employees are RUDE and sometimes offensive. It's a corporate-owned store, so I think they just don't care. Contrast that with several Christian-owned locations, and it's like night and day!
I am located in Brooklyn, N.Y. I live around the corner from McDonalds. I sent my 11yr. old in to make a purchase, he brought me home a counterfeit 20 dollar bill from the change of a fifty. Later,I went to spend the change and was told the 20 was a fake. I immediately knew where it came from and went back to the counter complaining. They denied having any knowledge. I am most certain they slipped my son this fake!! Now what??!! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.(I will not be giving my son permission to eat in McDonalds anymore.)
The quality of your meat, etc. is no longer acceptable to my family. Your meat comes from slaughterhouses which treat animals with cruelty that numbs the senses and offends the very soul. The chemicals in the food is unacceptable and will poison children who eat it. I would imagine that my comments will disappear rather than spur positive change. Greed is unnecessary. Busy families and singles will continue to buy without your company needing to squeeze out every last dime by selling ever increasingly worthless products. Shame on all of you.
stopped at macs in Wyoming michigan on s. Division 3900 block . Drive thru girl told me if i did not like the service not to come back . Manager did not care either. My daughter worked there 20 years ago,my husband ate there for 20 years every am. I stop once every few days.I guess one less customer wont matter .Customer service has fallen by wayside . But my monies wont be spend there anymore i will go to 44th st. where my grandkids work and be treated like i should. shame on Mac Donalds cooperative office for not teaching customer skills .
For over one year now and more than likely longer I have noticed at the McDonald's franchise in Cuba, Mo. I can't get a simple "Thank You', whenever I purchase your product. I have talked many times with the employees, and the managers which seems to do nothing. Tonight again I went in to buy dinner, I used the restroom and placed my order. When given my change I received..."Here you go". No thank you. I am 57 years old, a vietnam vet, have worked for ATT 19 years, and FEDEX for 13 years and now own my own business. I simply cannot understand why it is so difficult for customer service personnel to say what I know they are trained to say. Obviously it's the managers in charge who do not see the need. Maybe the Corporate leaders will. And if they don't our local newpaper will identify your franchise in the next couple of weeks and explain what very poor customer service you provide. Thank You.
I worked for McDonalds in Saraland Alabama, so did my husband it was the worst experience of my life we still haven't received our last pay checks and I was being harassed by a manager and her son! McDonald's is the worst and I do mean worst company to work for.
Evelyn: Today me and my daugther went to McDonald for lunch. We went through the drive thru and order a double cheese burger with no onion and parfait. As I was going down the road and notice that they put onion on my daughter burger. They wanted to charge me $1.08 for a cup of water. This morning it was .27 cent.
