Mcdonalds Corporate Office & Headquarters

I LOVE your food, but, my son was stranded at a Mcdonald's in Logansville Georgia, and we live in Mobile Alabama, He asked if he could sit out of the way inside until we could get there to pick him up as he did not have any close people to come get him, and he was told he had to stay outside, it was 39 degrees outside. I understand you do not want loitering that is understandable but, he was not homeless or anything, just stranded. I think this is terrible that one of your stores would or even could do this to another human being. He had to sit outside in the cold from 10:30 am to 8:15 pm to wait for us to get there. Why is this an issue, if someone needs help I would think that you being such a large fast food corporation that someone sitting in the back away from everyone and not doing anything but waiting for a ride, that they would have to do what he just had to do. wow is all I can say, and by the way, they were very rude to him as well. This is one customer that will not be giving you anymore of my money, these practices are just NOT right. Thank you.

The McDonald's In Oshawa (501 Ritson Road South) is the worst McDonald's in the world. Corporate needs to go there and shut them down. This location has lost more customers for McDonald's then any other factor. The fries are brown and soggy ALL the time. They cannot get an order right and have given me Tomatoes even tho I am allergic to tomatoes and tell the counter staff this wile ordering.The sandwich will have the "custom order" receipt on it BUT the sandwich is completely wrong time and time again. This McDonald's @ 501 Ritson Road South, Oshawa Ontario is a disgrace for the McDonald's Corp. I know about 7 other people that will no longer eat at McDonald's because of this location. The staff are not trained. The managers don't care one bit about quality. The restaurant it self is filthy. The Drive threw takes so long that I see people leaving half way threw. It seems that some how the owners of this location (501 Ritson Road South Oshawa) have managed to shrink there beef patties because they are smaller then any other McDonald's location. Please Corporate Investigate this horrible place they need to be shut down. McDonald's is loosing customers everyday from this Location.

My granddaughter wanted an un-sweet tea from the McDonald's drive-thru. We purchased the tea and was leaving the parking lot. She said her drink tasted funny. When the lid was removed, a piece of dirty plastic with hair was floating on top. All the owner's thought was an appropriate respondence was to offer value meal coupons. We have no intentions of EVER eating or drinking at another McDonald's anywhere. Especially not Piqua OH

Boynton Beach Florida on federal highway,great place and great people. I have one complaint,no biscuts and sausage gravy like other Madonalds have.

This is the last time me and my family go to any Mcdonalds ever again. The constant problems with screwed up orders to not getting everything I paid for has finally made me say go to hell to a poor company. Every single time I try to get them fixed I'm met with hostility or contempt. Another company will get my money from now on. Good riddance to horrible customer service.

Bennett Colorado McDonald's sucks the management is the worst

I was at Mcdonalds today in Martinsville Indiana store #2251, I had just gotten out of the hospital and was wanting mcdonalds for lunch because it has been a while since I have had any mcdonalds. I ordered my food through the drive thru, and they charge me for 2 cokes and my snack wraps, I had ordered 2 snack wraps a LARGE fry and LARGE sprite. I had them fix the issue, when I pulled up to check my order everything was wrong. I only had my sprite and 2 snack wraps no fries, so I called them and they expected me to come back and pay for the fries. when the screen had said I ordered a fry not 2 drinks. so the Manager was extremely rude about it. but my receipt says 2 drinks and 2 snack wraps. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix it they tell me I should pay more attention to the screen. I am not pleased with Mcdonalds service.

i went to the mcdonalds in raleigh nc in downtown raleigh i was so mad when i bit into my big mac and found a screw in the buger and for the corp office to kind of blow me of is not cool

We stopped at MCdonalds on Oct.27th. in GlenDale Kentucky, store#27885. It was so filthy and I asked for the manager and told him, when you walk into a resturant and see it this filthy with no crowd, it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like since you cant see it. The condiments were only barely there and most empty. When brought to there attention they acted like ok and whatever. we were not the only ones to say something that day. We heard several others,and no personell even cared. My advice to you is dont eat there.The tabels and floors and condiment table were Filth. It was a waste of our money. I did tell the young man in charge, I would be ashamed to represent myself as manager. The C.E.O. needs to make a surprise visit soon before a health Dept. employee stops for lunch. This place gives MCdonalds a bad name.

I am writing from Langley, British Columbia. I`ve simply asked for my fries to hot the past 4 times I have visited Fraser Hwy and Langley bypass McDonald`s. The last time I said I would wait for fries right out of the vat and they always say no problem. I pull out of the drive thru and the fries are luke warm, no straw, no napkins and no thank you! I am forty-seven and worked at McDonald`s from 18-20. This was unacceptable back then and you did what ever the customer asked. A third error after training was a firing. The managers are sometimes worse than the junior staff. They are rude, somewhat pissed off they are working there to begin with. But getting back to the fries, yes I live a few blocks away and put them in the microwave....but that ruins these fries. It seems to me that performance reviews no longer exist at McDonald`s, the staff leave garbage all over the restaurant, the bathrooms stink of urine and need a good bleaching and there is no emphasis on the energy we were supposed to have in the day. Everyone stands around behind the counter leaning and gossiping, blah,blah,blah

this mcdonalds is alwsome they are cheap and sometime free =) i love it!!!!!!! thanks for this great invention

The McDonalds on Iowa Street in Dubuque, Iowa is awful. The service is the worse service I have ever seen. Employees stand around talking not waiting on customers. No matter the time of day the service is ROTTON!!!!!

Iam complaining about the mc furry at the zumbrota store the small is so small to start but the last two times we stopped the very small cups was only half full when i complained they ask what we wanted them to do about it

mcdonalds in union city indiana food sucks its always cold meat smells, its like they cook there fries in old oil.the manager who is there at 2:30 pm. has no type of skills .she dose not treat custumers well they even hang up on you if you call them for question they always out of things. so some one dont know how to do inventory i think state need to come clean the place for .real who can help this place

The workers are so rude!!! You dare not ask any questions!!! If you ever ask for any condiments the look at you like you just ask them to perform a brain surgery!!! The order is never right!!! They talk ugly!! the store is always nasty!!! Please send someone down to check this out!!

i go to store 33176 dallas texas each morning on my way to work. guess i am lucky as the staff in this store are wonderful. i have special request and they comply with the utmost courtsey. There have been a few times an error has happened but the staff have always made it good and with a smile. i want to compliment this morning staff. i have been to many many mcdonalds and this is by far the very very best. if this can be passed on to upper mgt. it would be great.

you have a manger at the flint mich area on s. liden rd by the name of sophia she is a rude manager she was rude and mean to her worker and to the custumers she was also rude to someone on the phone at 6am this morning ive called custumer service to complain about this manager i will not eat at a place that dont value there workers and there custumers sophia is a person that doent not need to keep her job i dont like the way she treats her workers nor her custumers at all she forgot her training skills

Went to the new McDonalds on Central Ave in Albany NY. I was so disappointed with the cleanliness. Not only was the seating area dirty so was the restaurant cook area. A restaurant that opened 5 days ago should not be filthy.

I love McDonalds and i only have one bad thing to say... your eggs are gross! I love eggs but everytime i get a breakfast sandwich from there i always tell them to leave off the egg. It looks and tastes fake! please fix

You have the worst mc donalds in Joelton TN. They sell the worst prouct that I have ever ate. I am a local And the food is BAD BAD CHOULD CLOSE STORE. I have eating in many mc, but this one sucks Thier not poor they suck
