Kaiser Permanente Corporate Office & Headquarters

I tried getting a hold of a local kaiser...no answers and run arounds with wrong phone numbers. And now, not even the corporate office answers. Doesn't kaiser make plenty of money to hire some operators?

I signed on with Kaiser to be effective 3/1/13. I had Humana plan .. both parties sent me a letter stating that if I wished to dis-enroll from Kaiser I just until 2/28/13 to do so. I realized that there is no Kaiser in SC where I will be moving. I called Kaiser on 2/20/13..was on hold for over 1 hr..finally got to cancellation department and they told me to fax a letter stating I wanted to cancel enrollment. I did that on 2/20/13. I called Humana to tell them also that I was staying with them. I called Kaiser yesterday to make sure they dis-enrolled me and they said they did it on 2/25/13. Meanwhile, I called Medicare and saw that they did not. I called Kaiser again, on hold for over 1 hr. again..they told me there was a problem and they were calling it in to medicare yesterday. Meanwhile, the dr. called me today and said she couldn't put my Humana insurance through,..I was dis-enrolled. I have been on the phone for hours today. Humana is saying that I was dis-enrolled and I couldn't re-enroll because the enrollment period is over. I called Medicare..they told me that KAISER KEPT ME ON THEIR PLAN AND CANCELLED MY HUMANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am furious..I need this test today and don't want to start all over with different doctors, etc. I am trying to correct this but Kaiser sucks..they get you in and won't let you go....

Went to the hospital after crapping my pants, while having a black out siezure episode, my family notified the front desk the doctor needed to see me in that state. 5 hours later I get scene after not being in that state for 3 hours and I get told im healthy and that im fine. I got sent home scared to death and they could care less

The real world outer our limits and our world inidse this limits have the same problem NO WORK. Who is guilty in a world like our? It is a daily screaming to indicate our president guilt. During 400 years, we have been leaving our government to decide business like we have been seeing at begin of our presidency; we know now what of dirty business were involving Americas dream. Millions dollars were distributed among few super brains. Salaries were giving likes a bag. However, everybody ignores this behavior important is to have a salary. Now million people screaming for jobs and nobody can help if it is not only what is necessary. Some will have a job and others will not.The big factory with hundreds of employees is only a remembering past, everything is empty and dead. Now a computer is our daily bread and work source. Peoples who cannot learn it, he has not chance to have a job. Million are waiting for a miracle and accusing our president because he doesnt produce works for them. The only cheaper workers are the military who is defending our interest in the outer world.The emigrant is doing the hard work, and they are leaving their blood and health in our streets, fields and houses, who want to do a job direct to the sun or to the cold winter?Equal problems involve Europe and millions around the globe are searching a job, any job. Who will suck up the oil from our seas? God be thanks that until now our president have enough serenity, although the insults by some big mouth that always existing everywhere in the world.

I have no complaints when I had your medical, now that I have moved to Las vegas, Nv I really miss the insurance> Is there in the near future your company might build a hospital in the state of Nevada, especially in Las Vegas??? I have met so many people here that has had your medical, while living in California, they also have said a Kasier hospital needs to be here!!!! Again I have been very please with the care I receive from my doctors and nurses, please, please consider building a hospital here!!!. Thank You, Denise

I heard a Kairser Permanente commercial on Radio that really cracked me up a few days ago. It said that Kaiser is really picky about selecting the Best Doctors and only the best. This is totally BS. I have a friend who is the Doctor for Kaiser for over 5 yrs, He admit that Doctors at Kasier got pay the Least and makes more mistake than any whereelse. I have friends and relatives who have a long list of bad history with Kaiser. if you want to die soon, let kaiser take care of you. Please do not air that untrustworthy commercial again.

Kaiser makes it very clear that they are more concerned about the cost of treatment than they are with patient care. That is why you have to wait so long to see a doctor, that is why it may be months or years before you can see a specialist, that is why diagnostic procedures are scheduled months out, that is why they prescribe less expensive and often less effective medications. The doctors are not to blame. They do the best they can within the confines of a faulty system.

I love the Kaiser doctors they saved life. Kaiser is the best. They care about people. I'm 60 years old and have been married for 40 years with eight grandchildren. I recently cancelled my membership with Kaiser because I have a low-income job and can no longer afford the coverage, which had been sold to me as $98 a month, yet over the last three years has risen to $114! Anyway, I cancelled and asked the gal on the phone if I owed them any money at that time. I was told "no. You're done as you've been paying your bills every month like clock work." Today, an entire two months AFTER I cancelled, I get a bill for nearly $2000 saying I owe them money!!!!! I will NEVER sign up with Kaiser ever again. Do they not understand English? I am BROKE!!!

Kaiser is as COMMUNIST as they come! I have NEVER experienced such intrusive behavior in my life and I have traveled the world! This company is soo off target when it comes to acting like a professional company. If there is any company out there that is making sure our personal idenity can be stolen, it IS KAISER PERMANENTE! They are insulting with as many times they demand to know my Kaiser Perm. number, date of birth, address ETC. ETC. ETC. and it just goes on and on and this is before I can even tell hem what and why I am calling! I am NOT going to put up with this one damn bit! I am fighting back now! What and why are they in business and allowed to make all these personal demands on US when we the paying customer can NOT even get a hold of one of the execuative with Kaiser Peramemte! Why is it NOT explainied to us PRIOR to us accepting Kaiser as our Health Insurance carrier, that we were going to get cross-examined EVERY phone call even the ones to just find out information that anyone has a right to know! But Kaiser does it's total cross examination before you can even ask your question! I say not jut NO but HELL NO! I have had it!

Your commercial with the brother from another Mother & a sister from another mister is the most abhorable commercial I have ever heard. This is not the language of the american people. This is the language of gangs in this country which Kaiser is now promoting. You should be ashamed. This is why this country is failing in all aspects of education. With these types of commercials to try & influence the younger people you are actually sending a message to America that it is ok to talk like a non educated person. Perhaps Kaiser should review there advertising agency, or the department of promotional campaigns. We used to be #1 in education, not anymore, Europe has surpassed us by a long shot & they have for along time.It's sad but it's all due to promoting these type of gang commercial's. This rating is Poor due to the type of doctors and facilities chosen by Kaiser to provide care. My husband was transferred to a "Rehab Facility" Golden Living after knee replacement surgery. This facility was extremely dirty, floors not clean, furniture coming apart,dirty bedside equipment, equipment that is to be sterile lying on the floor, and incompetent staff. The worst part was that my husband developed a fever and chills, and the knee replacement site was warm, which I noted during my daily visit. I notified the Nurse's station who did determine that he was running a fever and called the doctor who said he would be in to see him. However, 20 hours later this Dr. Darradgi has not seen him to determine if there is an infection. I contacted the facility's director informing him that no doctor has seen him since he entered this facility 6 days ago. He informed me that their doctors have 7 days before they are required to see the patient. This is absolutley ridiculous that a doctor has 7 days to see patient...abosolutely the poorest type of medical care ever. I will have no choice but to discharge him and take him to the nearest emergency room. Up until this point, I liked Kaiser since he has the greatest Primary Care Physician, Dr. Toth working out of the Sugar Hill, GA office. Thank you for the opportunity to cite poor medical care.

I have had Kaiser since 1990 and sadly to say my coverage will end by the end of the month. I have nothing but positive to say about Kaiser., I have never has 1 issue with my physician's, nurses or any other entity for that fact. As far as the person needing her neck examined., I highly urge you to push the issue and ask to see a "pain management" specialist., they can't deny you the referral. I too suffer from 3 bulging disc and have had 2 epidurals and countless trigger point injections. I've had 2 major "female" surgeries without event., countless ultrasounds, tons of lab and have NEVER had a problem with either. Maybe because I work in the Medical field myself, I know how to get around the "system". But, like I said I am sad that my coverage will end and I will be among the "uninsured" again. I have even considered working for them just so I don't lose my coverage. I could write a novel about Kaiser, but have kept it short and sweet. 20+ years is a long time so you could imagine all the things I could write about, but for those of you who have had "bad" experiences, I'm sorry...

I myself have Kaiser in Anaheim and they do a good job. I am sending this for cancer patients in general. My brother has Kaiser also and he just went thru 33 rounds of radiation and chemo. His was neck cancer. It was horrible to say the least.He should have had a feeding tube it is unbearable to swallow just simply unbearable. They are totally lacking in after care and dont have a clue as to how to help. If you have a loved one going thru this do research and really build up their ammune system . My brother is strong and made it til the end of treatment some cant you must try everything we sent my brother for 3 weeks of special diet and IVs etc. or i doubt he would be here today!i am sick to think of others who may not have our resouces Please let people know and have as much knowledge as they can get.

Kaiser doesn't care at all. I don't have health insurance with them but someone else is using my info to get insurance through them. My identity was stolen in a security breach when the health department of Utah was hacked. I'm a guy and some spanish woman who is an illegal immigrant in southern California gave them my information and I keep getting contacted by Kaiser through an automated message and a partial record number for some illegal alien with the first name of Maria. Most of the message is in spanish. I have tried to speak with Kaiser about the situation. They won't talk with me because I don't have a record number. Well they are giving someone else a record number using my information and that person is the opposite gender of me. That's completely stupid. I am currently working with the police. I have filed a complaint against Kaiser Permanente with the Federal Trade Commission. I don't have Kaiser and because they are so ludicrous and aid in illegal immigrants getting health insurance in the USA I will never have them. If they don't grow brains and fix this situation I'm going to sue Kaiser heavily.

I love my Kaiser Permanente doctor. Changing doctors at my age was very traumatic for me because I had been with the same doctor over 30 years. Because of medicare coverage and other issues I had to change. Kaiser was my choice because it cover me everywhere in the Us and other countries. My fears were relieved on my first visit. The doctor made me feel very comfortable and took time to learn and understand my complicated medical history. She made arrangements for me to have a complete physical including lab work and x-rays. She told me how to check my appointments online as well as contacting her if I need help. I was very surprised when I received a call around 5:30 pm. and it was the doctor - just checking to see how I was doing with the regime that she had ordered and encouraging me through my problem areas. When I go into the Severna Park Office, everyone is very friendly and helpful. They almost make me feel like family. My experience so far has been great. I love my doctor and the quality of care I am getting from this company.

wow i'm not the only one . I hurt my knew about 4 years ago ,I reinjured about 7 months and Kaiser they just keep giving me the run around first bone to bone knew replacement 2nd opinion hto and pinch nerve and now gout I had xray,bone scan, MRI and a physical therapy and a takes months to see my orthopedics i'm so frustrated,and i'm still in pain .and they make thousands the dollars it's bullshit I can't work I'm going to loose everything I don't know what to do 360 7728184 I need help
