I just went to KFC in Hinesville, GA and was very disappointed. The biscuits were hard and the fries were cold. The chicken was good, but I have gotten better there before and it was a disappointing meal. Sorry, but I do believe they can do better.

I recieved coupons in the mail. I usually do not eat at KFC and I thought i would try to since i had coupons. I went thru the drive thru and the scene was dirty...There are plants that line the building and there are these things that were sticking out of the plants from last year that should have been cut down you couldnt see the menu from two cars back. then i ordered the breast meal. Your coupons are deceptive. On menu you get a drink with your meal on the coupon because it doesnt say drink you dont get one, everywhere else a drink comes with your meal. Then i get all the home and go to sit down to eat and there is no napkins or utensils to eat with. I guess thats why i dont eat there, expensive and the people are forgetful.

I live halfway between Bolivar, Tn. and Jackson, Tn. and usually I go to Bolivar to shop and eat out but I will NEVER go back to the Bolivar location. I went there today and was very disappointed. The service was awful and the food was greasy and cold. From now on if I want to go out to eat chicken I will go to Jackson and eat at Popeyes. While I was there today two customers walked out because they couldn't even get someone to take their order, one woman said it was the second time this week that that had happened to her. I noticed the black customers had better service than the white customers did. I had a black customer ahead of me in line and one behind me and they both got their food before I got mine. They had enough people working in that location that no one should have had problems being waited on.

went to store H766006 in Sedalia, MO ordered special 8piece with 10piece original bites waited in line for 30minutes rude service. Get home no chicken bites dried up chicken broken biscuits broken apple pies went back to store asked for the chicken bites manager Christina would not give me the nuggets due to I did not bring food back in my family was hungry when I called the store they hung up the first time finally answered phone after 20rings manager refused to give me her last name and number of district office. We will not eat there again and wil tell everyone we know how poor the service and food areĀ”

August1, 2012 - My husband & I went to the KFC located at 6510 Coventry Way, Clinton, MD for dinner at 8:57 PM. As we enterted the store there was numerous unaccepted conditions in this KFC. #1. a trash can pull from the trash container where customer put trash was without a trash bag sitting in the floor. #2. tables and trash was on the floor #3. there was a terrible odor when you walk in the restuarant like a sewage back up smell #4. We proceeded int the restuarant to the register to place our order I asked the cashier which was the manager for a pot pie. She said to me with an attitude we don't sell pot pies the last time we sold pot pies was on mother day. Which is so hard to believe because I had purchase a pot pie from another KFC after mothers day #5. I then ask for the bowl which consit of mash potatoes, corn, chicken & grave. The cashier again with the same attitude said you would have to wait 8 minutes for the corn. I said to her "well it seems that everything I ask for you do not have". She said to me well its just only 3 of us working". That is not the customer problem. Final I ask for the filet chicken box with cole slaw. Well when I got home to eat my meal the chicken was dry for sitting for a long period of time and the cole slaw look like someone had eaten out of the conainer. That meal was to horrible to eat so I had to put it in the trash #6. there was no lids for the sodas. My husband ask her for lids for our drinks. The cashier (manager) reponded to him "when I get a minute I will get you a lid". There was no one in the store but one other customer who was waiting to place his order. He received the same treatment we did also. #7. My husband place his order for a 2 piece chicken dinner which was unbearable to eat also. He ask cashier(manager) for a side order of french fries which responded to him be saying they are frozen and it woould take 8 minutes or longer. My husban finaly had enough of this person attude and told her she was very rude and unprofessional to her customer. She responded by staying "I am like this all the time". Boy what a way to run an business. This is and will be our last time going to that KFC in Clinton, MD. Someone from the corporate office need to check on that KFC establishment. This is not the first time I had bad service in that KFC. Others KFC's I have visited the staff was very pleasant to their customers.

The KFC in Clinton, MD located at 6510 Conventry Way has lost my busines. Rude, attude management. POOR MANAGEMENT !!!

KFC-Store #K032007, 5032 Sunset Rd, Charlotte, NC. 6:38 PM (August 1, 2012) Tonya - I placed an order at the take-out window for a two-piece original, breast and wing with potatoe wedges,and corn on the cob. When I got to the next stop light, several miles away, I noticed that I was given tender roast chicken and the potatoe wedges were cold. I went to the nearest KFC thinking that maybe I could get the manager there to correct the situation,(refund or give proper order) and the manager pretty much told me that it was MY PROBLEM, not theirs and they were independently operated and would NOT be able to reimburse me or give me what I had originally ordered. I think that since I paid almost $7.00 for two pieces of chicken, someone at KFC (independently operated or not) could at least show a little bit of decency and courtesy towards a customer and taken the initiative to see that I received what I originally ordered and paid for. KFC seems to forget that there are too many other places to buy chicken, good chicken, for a lot less money and a lot better service and willingness to satisfy the customer. jnjacobs@bellsouth.net

I was in the at 11:45am I order 3 piece wedge, corn large tea. Tea wasnt good. I when to my car I had a breast, thight, wing and it wasn't orgain. When back in and got what I order the black lady agoize she wasn't the one that fix it the first time my ticket said three thight .This was at 1101 east chruch street cherryville

I went to KFC in Easley south Carolina and they have messed up order last 3 times. I will under no circumstance go back.

My recent visit was less than satisfactory for service. I ordered at 7:19p told minutes later out of original chic breasts and 10 min wait for same. Offered options but declined and waited. While waiting I witnessed3 orders screwed up by staff and not that busy to warrant mistakes. My food was ready at 7:43p! Really people. 24 minutes. It's fast food

Tried contacting your survey site, which was vertually impossible, so here we go... Went to KFC/Taco Bell drive-thru yesterday in Geneva, NY. Waited in line for over 10 minutes. VERY UNEXCEPTABLE - never had such a long wait. Either they are very slow, need more help, or don't have a clue what they are doing - anyway, will never go back to that facility ever again! As far as your survey goes... you're obviously really not interested in the answers, RIGHT???

We go to this store because it is in our town and close to home #H805008 My Husband and I have been in several times over the past few months and EVERYTIME IT IS WRONG....double down sandwiches should not take 20 minutes to make no matter what and tonight is no exception....ordered a 12 piece meal all DARK MEAT....tickets even says 6 thights 6 legs....get it home has 4 legs and thights breasts and wings....either we are that lazy or just cant read....then I called and Becky asked if i wanted to bring it back down...NO I DONT maybe they should set up a delivery service or wrong orders to make them right...oh wait MAYBE THEY SHOULD JUST MAKE IT RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE...signed very very unhappy in RIPON WIS....

Dear KFC, what has happened to your chicken?? I stopped by your Saco Maine restaurant today, I ordered a bucket of chicken to surprise my husband.. What a surprise it was when we opened the lid to find dried out, old looking chicken !! We couldn't really afford the 25.00 for 12 pieces, plus 6 biscuits but thought that it would be a good treat :( I won't be buying any more of your chicken.

This is getting a bit more sujicetbve, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of neighbors will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune Social is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

I went to KFC/TB in Carthage, Mississippi, on 7/25/12 @5:18 PM and had a very dissatisfying visit. We found your counter-people to be most unfriendly, unhelpful, unaccommodating and very slow. Further, the ladies restroom had no toilet tissue and gave off a bad odor Also, the food that we were finely served was found to be most distasteful, it seemed to be old and reheated. My grandchildren decided that they wanted an order of cinnamon twist. These were so bad that we threw them away. They tasted as though they were cooked in old oil. I am sorry to report to you that I feel that the $23.64 that I spent in your establishment was a waste. I live approximately 30 miles from your business and as far as I am concerned, I will not return. Thank You: H.H.

I am pissed off about the non-existent www.talktokfc.com site that was printed on the back of my receipt. This occurred at store#y320051 4047 Branch Ave. Temple Hills Md. I'm not complaining about the food but about the time I wasted Looking for the site erroneously printed on the receipt.I will not buy from kfc until I see the "colonel"

False advertisement for your new chicken bites. They look so much bigger on TV commercial then what you get. The is way to big for the tiny pieces of chicken. Will not get them again, very very disappointed.

This store never have what you want. Always out you wait at the drive thru for 10 minutes then when you do get up to the window you have to wait another 5 minutes before you get acknowledged . Then they fix your order. All in all not very good service .I'll not go back. This place is in Clinton Arkansas order a famous bowl it was only half full and that's not what I wanted but settled for.

I didn't like the Burnt corn in my snack bowl. I find this very hard to leave a comment on my visit to store #D090069.
