we recently visited store K071077.we ordered tacobell grande. we were very disappointed. it was so salty that it tasted like a salt shaker was turned upside down on it. we were told that the chips are now salted. we eat at this restaurant 3 to 4 times a week, needless to say, we will not be ordering this ever again. usually we enjoy the food at this restaurant.
I visited at Store #K071091 in past month at least 3 times and all 3 times that had screwed up my order. I really got pissed off today when i came home to eat with my family and found out they again left out a complete order. I than tried to call the store they never picked up the phone!! Gee i wounder why!! With amount of people out their looking for a job to put food on their table why do they keep people that can't complete an order. So, I will not be eating at that kfc/tacobell in Camden Delaware again!!! Bye the way about trying to complete a survey that they advertise on their receipts it doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!
Went to STORE # K032008 and they did not give us the 10 Bites with our dinner. It is always like this at this store. They are so rude and try to hurry you threw the line and never give the correct order, what you pay for. We called when we got home and it went to a recorder for the telephone. What a good way to do business.
Lousy meal. Ordered the 6pc bites. ugh! and then when I tried to take the survey the recorded message said I'd already called. I hadn't. Sorry KFC but you "ain't what you use to be." I am finally figuring that out.
Why does KFC continue to pull these survey scams? I like your chicken, hate crooks. Y'all are as bad as our politicians!
I was disappointed with the dine in experience. The food was good but it would have been nice to have had it served on a plate instead of in a box. It would have been nice to have had a fork, spoon and a knife. Because of the stickiness of honey, it would have been nice to have had more than one napkin. It would have been really nice to have had real butter as I requested instead of KFC spread. It would have been nice to have had 2 cream in the coffee instead of having to ask for it and then been given two packets of powder what-ever-it-is. Everything was disposable. A disposable meal and a customer who is disposable. If the customer was important they would do something more to make the dining experience better. There was more trash after this meal that at any other restaurant I have ever been to. However, there was disposable product that would have been nice....a paper towel instead of that slow electric dryer in the bathroom. Everything at KFC is directed toward improving KFC's bottom line. Unfortunately when you go overboard to the extent that the dining experience is poor.....you loose customers and no matter how much you save...you will be the looser.
Rude!!!!! Now I know why I stopped going to KFC and started going to popeye's. Waited 20+ minutes for an 8 piece meal. Also disappointed another the promised survey and there is none. Lying bunches of crap!!
I went to the somersworth n.h. KFC today ,and I am so mad . The order was wrong instead of a crispy chicken wrap I ended up with some taco bell shit (crunch wrap) no meat to speak of plenty lettuce. I ihave a broken leg and am on crutches . I was at a table with a friend And,the manager or shift captain was sitting at the last table and I'm sure he saw as well as heard me say that this order was wrong .......and yet he never came over . Let me say I was disappointed in the service as well as the food. I will never go there again. I was there today August 17,2012. At. 1:30 my servers name was Thomas Is this the store #692-7900. G445005. I went and called this number1-888-731-9645 and put in those codes And never got thu .....shame on you KFC
Dear KFC, upon visiting your store today I ordered a three piece wing meal, one grilled and two crispy wings,and I received the total opposite, when I informed the mgr, what I'd ordered he informed me they didn't have anymore crispy wings and wouldn't cook anymore crispy wings till business pickup in the store. I usually go to POPEYES for chicken, but instead I wanted a change. The MGR. asked did I want a grilled wing instead I told him "if I wanted a grilled wing I would have ordered a grilled wing", I was also told, I wasn't entitled to any compensation,when I only received TWO WINGS ,thanks for the EXPERIENCE.

We went into store #E123001, in Spirit Lake,Iowa, the service was fine but the food was non-existent! We ordered 2 adult buffets and 2 kids buffets, but there was NO food in the buffet counter! What was there was so old it was slimy or had some sort of a covering on it. The food was not hot, it might be called warm, but not hot. Did I mention this was at 5:00 pm!!! The bathrooms were almost clean, by that I mean looked and smelled clean except for the ?slime on the floor in both the men's and women's. By far the worst buffet we have ever had!!!
I visted the Ladson,SC store#K032020 on highway 78 on 8/10/12 and orderd 6 pcs extra crispy breast(extra cost) bucket with small mash potatoes and corn on the cobb.When I got home and was ready to eat the only thing right on the order was the corn. T he extra crispy was regular and the mash potatoes was macroni and cheese. Try calling the number on the ticket(843-574-9263) and got a ringing and then a funny ring tone then loud sound if a fax machine answering. Going back to the store today and telling them of my dissatifaction with the sevice and will call the corp also
i went there today and bought the 8 piece meal deal and some of the piece werent even enough to take a bite. i thought you got mixed pieces ,the small peces were way smaller than a wing.
Only bought your cole slaw this time but I wanted to thank the crew that was working on 7/30/12 at 3:45 PM when I visited your Waukegan, IL store. They were all so friendly & pleasant which is a joy to see in these days. No gum popping, no pants below their underwear, no playing on their iPhones just smiles. The store number is J625055. There was several of us in my family who had a bad visit at: KFC/TB store #G135091 2540 Delk Rd. Marietta, Ga. (770)980-0848 7/19/2112 cashier: Dresha First of all. We had just been at my nephews funeral viewing & stopped to eat. We all are from Tn.& Ga.& one sister from Fl. The cashier was very rude. She was in the dining room and waited till about 10 min. before she would come & wait on us.Then my sister wanted chicken & she wanted a meal. The cashier told her it was too late to cook chicken. She said they only cook more chicken if you go thru the drive thru. The only food we could get was Taco Bell. The taco's was half filled. We was all very disappointed!!!!!!! Then they locked the doors said they were closed. While we was eating our food, the cashier came in the dining room and started throwing the chairs and moving the tables.Making so much noise. That was so rude. She was doing it on purpose We did not deserve this treatment after going to funeral home. We was already upset. We were the only white people there.We could not enjoy our food for the cashier being so loud. We will not ever go back to that resturant again.
i went to store#w150653 my ticket #1433 total cost36.50 the closest kfc to me is a forty five min drive to kingwood tx for a special treat my parents age 80 and 84 with my sister decided to make the drive and then sit by the lake. so after the long drive and paying my bill the clock read 299 the cashier sarah says oh buy the way we do not have any spoons or forks. I see kfc will take my money first then tell me basiclly eat with your fingers. well needless to say i think kfc should reinburse me for having to perchase forks and spoons. mainly because i really needed the extra money for my lunch tomorrow at work thanks cause i won't be having lunch for one day
I was at Store J625079 and ordered the potpies to go (2). Was told it would be 5 minutes. After 30 minutes I finally took my order and once home, found the potpies not completely cook. If you have a product (which when served correctly is great) such as the potpie and this is a fastfood restaurant, why aren't these already prepared. Went to the kfc/tb in Marietta, GA. Got a ten piece hot wing. Got home to eat my dinner. Was really looking forward to it. Sad to say chicken was very dry, hard, and luke warm. Too far away to drive back. Such a waste. Looks like I will be taking another hiatus from KFC. This time for good!
I am writing concerning your store location in Laplata, MD store 020, I went in for service and it sucked everyone was playing and on their cellphones, you need to monitor this store more closely, most of the customers were standing just waiting and watching your staff play. You had 2 girls up front trying their best to keep up but couldn't get orders correct, and the others in the back on cellphones they need to learn how to wear gloves and wash their damn hands.
