Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

Went to Houlihans fpr first time with family to eat. Waitress came and accidentally spilled entire glass of water all over me and onto my cellphone. Manager never came over to say sorry or anything. Never even offer to give dessert even when my sister asked. Nothing at all. When I asked manager about if my cellphone stopped working what will Houlihans do. His reply was to take as togo menu and call. Then he walked away. I was a Restaurant Manager for over 20yrs and this was the worst customer service I had ever seen. This is a brand new Restaurant on Rt1 in Edison NJ. They need new management Called corporate office. No reply

The server at the Houlihan's in the Atrium at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport stole my CC number and tried to buy 450$ worth of stuff at Neiman Marcus online 2 minutes after ringing up my order. He had to be part of a ring working it. Boy they have such great hiring pratices.

Ok I have to give them kudo's. They have jumped on this issue quickly and seem to be following through immediately. I have already received a call from their franchisee's Loss Prevention Dept and they are taking action. Let's hope they handle it all as well as they have started. Anyone can get scammed and hire a bad employee. Remember It's not that things happen that matter, It's how they are resolved that makes the difference between a good place and a bad place.

I went to the Houlihan's on International Drive in Orlando, FL last night with my husband and his younger brother. When we first arrived we were sat promptly and the server came to our table and took our drink order (we all ordered soda/water), she came back to the table with our drinks and proceeded to take our food order. The food arrived promply and my husband asked for a refill on his soda; all of our drinks were empty at this time. THE WAITRESS NEVER CAME BACK TO THE TABLE... EVER! After eating (the food was very tasty, btw) without anything to drink for the entire meal, my husband went to the host stand and spoke to the manager. The manager completely disregarded the problem. He went up to the server and told her that we need drink refills then proceeded to grab his cell phone and walk to the corner of the restaurant and have a conversation. About 5 minutes later the waitress came to our table... with our drinks!!!!! We had been done eating for about 15 minutes!!!!! I told her that we just needed our check and a box and that we had been done eating for quite some time. She told us that she would discount our meal for the long wait. She dropped off the check, which was discounted 10% (about $5)... which means nothing and forgot to bring the box for our food. After waiting again for about 5 minutes we went up to the manager and asked for a to go box. He then brought one to the table. Needless to say we will not visit any Houlihan's EVER again!!!!! The service and the management was the WORST I have seen in any restaurant.

Houlihan's Park Ridge has been nothing to brag about. I used to go all the time when it first opened. The old manager would always come and great the tables and make sure everything is perfect. I honestly do not even know who the new manager is because I rarely see someone who greats the tables. I would have to say the staff is average now. They are still good but not like they use to be. Park Ridge was the best in my mind, lets bring it back to the top!!!

I haven't ate at any of your restaurants yet the closest one to me is about an hour away. I was assigned your corporation and told to redesign your advertising campaign, logo, menus, letterheads, business cards, and so on. So needless to say I have done my fair share of research on you guys and I must say I have never seen a restaurant with such a huge menu. You guys seem to have everything and I am very excited to make the trip to eat there after the holidays!!!!

My wife and I frequet Houlihan's in Olathe, Ks. We can't say enought good things to say about the service, food or management. We ofetn recomend it to our friends. Truly the presentation and flavor of everything we have ordered has been without complaint. Thank you for having a clean fun place to dine.

the houlihan's restaurant in oakbrook, illinois, is set at a low temperature and remains cold when the outside temperature is in the 50's. i have complained about it but they say that the temperature is set by the mall management. so if you are not concerned about wearing your coat while you eat, you will enjoy the food. i will not return to this restaurant since there are many other choices in the area.

I went to houlihans on Route 17 in Hasbrock heights Nj on november 13, 2010 at around 730pm with some friends.. Our waitress was ok but right before we ordered, a friend of mine walked in with one of her friends and sat nearby.. I ordered cup of the potato soup and the cheeseburger with sweet potato fries.. I got my burger cooked med well.. My other friend who sat nearby got lemon chicken and a Cesar salad.. Needless to say I had to miss a 6am meeting at work plus called out of work due to being soo sick last night.... Your food made me ill!!! My friend said when she got home she was soooooo sick herself.. How are you going to feed ur customers food that make them sick... You better have someone check their food quailty and how it's handled Before I call Board of Health... I've had food poisioning before and it's not fun.. Therefore you need to get this issue fixed before other people get sick... I will not be eating at your Houlihans for a loooong time!!!! Thank you!

I use to love the Houlihan's in Park Ridge until Joe was transferred. He was the greatest! I do not believe it was a smart choice to move him. Many of my friends and co workers do not feel that it is the same restaurant. Please bring him back... he made the Park Ridge one the best! No one can replace him!

My husband and I just visited your restrurant in 8240 Gateway Overlook Elkridge, Maryland and we had a desert that was out of this world. It is "Fried Donuts" with chocolate & vanilla sauce, we added vanilla ice cream. OMG, it is sooo darn good. Please add it to the menu for the Fairfield and Rt !7 facilities in New Jersey, NOW! Thank you.

I went to a Houlihan's in San Antonio Texas. I have an out of state ID from Arizona. In Arizona the ID's do not expire until 40 years after the issue date. I get to the bar and get my first drink just fine. We are moved to a table where I order another drink but the server wants to see my ID again. So I give him my ID and he turns around like he's going to go get me my drink. After a few seconds he comes back and ask to see my ID again. He then says that the expiration date is too far off and he thinks it is fake. I tell him no that is a real ID from Arizona and thats when they expire. So he says he was going to check with his manager and come right back. A few minutes later he tells me he is going to keep my ID because it is fake. I then get very upset and tell him no he cant that it is a legitimate ID and he cant just keep it. The entire restaurant knew about this and all the servers were looking at me as if I was some kid trying to pull one over on them. I was treated like a liar and harrassed because my ID wasn't something they have seen before. It was embarrassing that they would treat a customer like they did just because they aren't familiar with out of state ID's. In order to get my ID back I had to tell them that I would call the poilce station and have an officer come down so I could prove that the ID was real. After a few minutes they bring my ID back and tell me they cant serve me. This how ordeal took about 45 minutes to be resolved. It was ridiculous and uncalled for to be treated the way I was. I will never go to another Houlihan's again. They are not professional by any means what so ever.

My wife and I went To Houlihan's on Sunday, September 26,2010 at the Cherry Hill NJ location. We were disappointed with the food. The first baked patato arrived cold so the waiter brought another one that was cold also. My wife ordered the stuffed chicken and even with a steak knife it was impossible to cut through the breast. The manager came over and took the meal back. He brought a fresh order that was much better and a hot baked potato. At first we thought it was a Candid Camera joke but the manager made it right.

First let me say, my experience at Houlihan's is absolutely nothing like what I see on here with the complaints. I am not saying what others are complaining about is a lie but what I will say is when someone is unhappy they will complain in a second. When service is good then they're to busy to take the time and write. Now, my story... I went to Houlihan's today for the second time. The first time was an excellent experience with my wife and daughter but our son was not with us and we wanted to go back with him, so we did. We were pleased with the service and the food. My daughter however did not care for the chicken stir fry. There was nothing wrong with it as I had the same thing and ate every bit of it. It just wasn't to her taste. We explained to the waiter that she did not like it and he asked if she would like something else but she declined because she was picking at my wifes roast beef. A few minutes later the general manager came to our table and asked if she wanted something else and we explained that it was ok cause she was picking at my wifes dinner. He continued offering alternatives when he said, I'll tell you what, how about we make you a roast beef of your own and we won't charge you. We accepted and actually asked if they could put it in a container since she was now getting full which they did. I could not say enough about the way we were treated and I must give a special thanks to them. The special thanks goes to the Houlihan's located on Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill NJ especially to our waiter Jeff and to the general manager Rufus. You guys were great. They could have simply taken my daughters dinner back and take it off our bill but they went out of their way to please us and they accomplished their goal. We were very happey with Houlihan's of Cherry Hill NJ and once again thank you Jeff and Rufus for going the extra mile when you didn't have to.

WOW Julie, I guess they are just trying to build customer loyalty at youth!! That is disgusting that they did that. I went and visited Houlihan's here in San Antonio Last night. The place is geared towards alcoholics, they figured if they hook your daughter up she will be back for more..., seriously, The place was below average. The service sucked, the spinach dip had the texture of soup and was tasteless. When I told the waiter that it was pretty liquid, he responds in a smart ass mannor "I told you it was CREAMY!" I responded, you should have said SOUPY not creamy, for something can have creamy texture due to its richness and not how LIQUID it is, they are clueless so I just left it at that. I just paid, left, will tell everyone of how messed up it is, AND NEVER GO BACK!

DATE OF INCIDENT: Sunday, May 30, 2010. Celebrating our 11 year anniversary with our 10 year old daughter at HOULIHAN'S located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. We arrived to the restaurant around 10:30 p.m. (dinning seating on Sunday's stop at 11 p.m.) with a friendly hostess/waitress. Hubby and I order the 1/2 rib meal and our 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER ORDERED THE CHICKEN FINGERS W/FRIES AND A RASPBERRY ICE TEA. THE WATRESS SERVED OUR 10 YEAR (A MINOR) A LONG ISLAND ICED TEA (AN ALCHOL DRINK). OUR DAUGHTER DRANK SOME OF IT AND SAID MOMMY ITS BURNING MY THROAT SOMETHINGS WRONG WITH MY ICE TEA. I ITS ICE TEA IT SHOULD BURN YOUR THROAT. SHE SAID IT TASTE FUN. I TASTED IT AND IMMEDIATELY I KNEW IT WAS AN ALCHOL DRINK. THERE'S TO THIS STORY, WAITING FOR HOULIHANS CORPORATE OFFICE TO CALL ME BACK WHICH THEY HAVEN'T. HOW DO YOU MISTAKE SERVING A NON-ALOCHOL BEVERAGE TO A MINOR VS. AN ALOCHOL. I WOULD NEVER RETURN THERE AND IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN I WOULDN'T RISK THEM BEING SERVED ALOCHOLIC DRINKS.

When I went to Houlihan's restaurant with my family to celebrate my birthday...we got sick from eating the chicken....I contacted the local person who handles NJ....complaints....... and his answet to me was....I cannot reimburse you because no one else got sick there......that is a lame statement....did he infact, contact ALL of the Patrons?to ask if they were alright ?We will NEVER PAtronize that place again...and I will tell everyone that I know NOT to as well.....

While I have appreciated patronizing Houlihan's restaurants in the past, I will refrain from going there as long as they advertise with profane tactics. Case in point - a billboard on Hwy 40/64, traveling into the state of Missouri from Illinois has in very large letters "WTF?" - are we not to be offended by that as we travel with our families? Do you not think we know what that means? Surely, your restaurant would prefer to represent yourself with advertising with integrity rather than stooping to the lowest common denominator. I see them as no different than Illinois advertising their strip clubs. Give it up Houlihans!
