A year ago I purchased a refrigerator from the Bullhead City, AZ store, One year & 4 days later the refrigerator quit working. If I had not had the extended warranty I would have not had the repair done. However the part needed was not available & if it had not been for Nadine in the appliance department I do not think I would have gotten such great service. Nadine got things rolling & I was able to get a completely new refrigerator as a replacement. THANK YOU NADINE !!!

Home Depot removed my bad review of CREE led light bulbs because they explode. I found others at the Consumer Product Safety Comm site. I love led bulbs i dont like the fact that they can explode as mine did. I emailed CREE, CPSC, Home Depot. and safeproducts.gov.

Went to Greenville sc store and saw two people walking around with non service dogs. Has Home Depot gone to the dogs? Not healthy and not comfortable shopping with dogs in store

I was trying to match a fabric I had for curtains, to paint swatches at the Silverdale WA Home Depot. The associate working the paint dept. couldn't answer any of my questions as he was new there, then said he was going to lunch in 15-min, and if I wanted paint mixed, I needed to hurry up and choose a color, or come back in an hour. I left, and shopped at True Value!

Bought a refrigorator for my wife for christmas. Cost over $1300.00. Didn't work. Wouldn't get cold, freezer wouldnt freeze. Ice maker wouldn't make ice. Called HD about them selling me a broken fridge...HD told me it was on a 1-year warrenty, and gave me the phone number to the Maytag repair people! Horrible service! I put a stop on payment and returned item + contacted the attorney general...BEWARE! One STAR is too good a rating for HD!

Poor service, cheap products that are sold broken, or break within weeks of purchase...customer service is BAD. Go to Lowe's!

Rude customer service, treated me like I was wasting her time asking a question about paint. Kept looking at her watch, like I was keeping her from a ciggerett break. I finally left and bought paint at Wal Mart...

Went to HD in Riverside CA, bought a new screen door for my sliding glass door...the associate, Juan, loaded it into my SUV, bent frame, tore a hole in fabric on ceiling of my car, scratched glass on window of my car. Because frame was tweaked, had to return for a new one...paid $25 to have it delivered a week later!

Bought a washing machine .a week later it was on sale the only way I could get the sale price is return and re buy .and set up a new delivery date .. Bullcrap I won't be buying from you again and as far As credit card shuv it. We're sun don't shine

I went to the Home Depot in Fairfax a month ago to get some help with my kitchen renovation project. Someone had told me about Priyali, one of the great designers at this store, and I was so happy they did! She was completely professional, creative, and knowledgeable of all the products available. She is truly an asset to Home Depot. Needless to say, I will be completing my renovation project at this store because Priyali has been such a help!! I will be recommending this store to everyone I know now :)

I just returned from your Lake Park, Florida store extremely disappointed in HD's change in policy to offer veterans a 10 percent discount. How humiliating to be told by a cashier that my identification is not the right type after so many years of it being accepted. As long as this new policy is is effect, my family and friends will be doing ALL our shopping in Lowes where they honor my service to our country through this token of appreciation. Home Depot has list my respect.

Home Depot Store in CLayton, Georgia only give discounts to specifically selected veterans, ie., retired or disabled. This represents on 20% of all veterans. They are dishonoring the other 80% of patriotic veterans who served faithfully to protect Home Depot Stores management and employees who never served their country in combat. Shame on Home Depot Stores and their greedy corporate policies towards the majority of veterans in the U.S. who have served their Country.

Home Depot in Rome, Georgia was given my tax number and proof I was a veteran in World War II and Korean War also; they refused to subtract sale tax, and refused to honor the ad say 10% off all items no strings attached to veterans; I will never go back in their stores until I have too; I am going to tell everyone who will listen to me this. They beguiled me out of over $200.00 . I am in my mid eighties and I had to lift and load an air compressor which weight was several hundred of pound by my self.

Home Depot in Allen Park, MI Will never shop at your store again. Taking my business else where.

Home Depot on Bell Road and near 23rd Street in Phoenix, Arizona is "My Hardware Store". Every first Saturday of the month, the folks at Home Depot invite all the children and parents and construct projects that the child can create, it is a learning experience. If you could just see the various expressions of each individual child, regardless of the color of the skin, the joy and the desire to accomplish their goal, we ALL might be able to benefit and truly see the true meaning of "Community". Kudos for Home Depot and the employees at the Home Depot on Bell Road in Phoenix, Arizona.

We order kitchen cabinets on Nov 22,2013 and was told two weeks they would be in and they are in stock cabinets and just found out that we won't get them until the 17 or 18 of nov which is three weeks know. know we don't even think we are going to order the counter top from there.
