i have a great suggestion your company can do to make more money at hollister. Everyone loves the hollister room spray you use to spray on clothes .Well now that your switching to a steamer .Do you realize how much money you could make off of the secret spray no one can buy.I dont understand why you just dont start selling the spray because people are always going to come shop for clothes no matter what.You have no idea how many people would pay a ton and go out of there way to get this stuff.Please think about doing this.

I ordered my son a shirt online, it was bright yellow. I washed it one time and it turned a lime green I took it to the store with all the packing it came in it was exactly one week after we got it in the mail they told me there was nothing they could do. I won't be going back nor will I be on their website

I just bought a tank top from Target and drew a seagul on it. Boom, instant Hollister! I don't know why people waste their time and money shopping at the worst store in the world. Service sucks, I could get better service at Taco Bell. These people are insane and seriously don't know what they're doing. I hope they close down.

Hi Guys, Was in your store in Minnetonka MN yesterday! The sales clerks are not very friendly! How about some customer service, maybe say hello, can I help you? Instead of looking at your customers with your nose in the air! Music is way to loud! Only one person at the register, long line to check out. To dark in the store. Come on Hollister corporate, get with the program. If you want us parents to shop at your stores with our teens and spend money, act like it!!

Shopping with my daughter at the Mall at Millenia in Orlando. There were several young kids working but only 1 person at the register. We had dinner reservations and asked if they could hold our 440.00 purchase and we would be back to purchase it after dinner because the line was so long. No they would Not hold anything! We never went back and will never shop there again! What a stupid policy and get some real managers that have common sense! Never will I ever shop there again! Idiots!!!!

I love this store. Everyone is so friendly and eager to assist you. The music needs to be louder though and the only problem I have are the grouchy costumers. I love the dark beachy theme and the smell of the store. No, im not an employee,Ii am a costumer. I have never had a problem with this store. I wish I could give them more then five stars!

The music is so loud in Hollister stores the help cannot even hear what the customer is asking them. I had to repeat my question of whether they had a shirt in a different size four times before they could hear me. When I told them they should turn it down, they said that corporate tells them how loud it has to be. Also, when I tried to buy something off of a mannequin since it was the only size medium they had, they told me that they are not allowed to remove clothes from the display. They had one small that was not selling and one medium on the mannequin and they still wouldn't sell it to me. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Me and my two children went to Hollister (Westfiled/Southpark mall in Strongsville, OHio) for school shopping. Both had chosen some clothes that they wanted to try on so we went to the fitting room. My son tried on his items and left the fitting area. My daughter went in to try on her clothes as I waited outside of the fitting room with the store associate. The next thing I know, the associate pointed me out to the store manager who returned with two police officers. The officers told me that I had to leave the store because an associate reported me "popping a tag" or "doing something they didn't like". I was dazed, confused and started asking the officers what happened as they led me and my daughter out of the store. All I did was wait for my kids to try on their clothes and the store associate was standing right there the whole time so I don't understand. I told the officers to check my bags as they were leading me out. They refused and said the store is private property and they have a right ask anyone to leave. I told the officers how I was a 38 year old professional, college graduate who simply took my kids school shopping, and demanded an explanation. They told me to follow up with store management and apologized for removing me from the store in front of all the people. The officers left and than I called my son on his cell phone (as he was still in the store) and told him to leave the store. This is one of the most humiliating and hurtful experiences of my life. I felt like I was being singled out for no apparent reason. Is this how you treat your customers? If so, I think the public should be notified of the type of company you are. I already told my children to never buy anything from your stores again and I plan to contact the local media and news stations. This whole experience has ruined my perception of your store and I hope noone else will ever have to experience what I went through today.

hollister is aweful and they have very poor management, they should probably not have kids running their stores. Especially the murfreesboro location.

Shopping in stores is fine. Online is a nightmare be warned if you like an object om clearance by it fast! just because it is in your cart does not mean it is safe and just because you are in transition to pay for your items they are not safe! Hollister will pull items from your cart as you are checking out. I received my order from them and found out they forgot a pair of jeans but i was still charged for them, I called in to say what happened and the people are so rude there. A girl even went as far as to hang up on me!

never owned hollister just doing this stuff for a school project. seems like some people like it alot and some dont so im getting a lot of mixed signs.....

Hollister is the worst company their managers are totally idiots. I waited almost 3 months to get paid when they finally gave me my check it bounced because they put a stop payment on it. Be aware of going to work at this dump.... I guess if you have half a brain it is the place for you. The most idiotic place ever....

This company has got to be the worst company in the world!!! They make you wait 3 months to be paid then when they pay you they put a stop payment on the check and say another one is coming in the mail that never does.

I love HCO its one of my fav. stores . whoever thinks otherwise is a RETARD &+ yes they do have very horrible service but at the end of the day its worth waiting for . (:

I noticed the big sign in front of the store saying an additional 50% off all red line clearance items so I decided togo in and look around . After spending a half hour in there I went to the register to purchase about five or six items for my son. When the manager rang in the items they did not ring up an additional 50% off so I said something about it and she told me that the sale ended yesterday. I told her the sign was up inftont of the store and she told me that it was no longer effective. I told her ok but that its false advertising and that She should still honor it then take the sign down. She said that she could not honor it and that the sign would be taken down when corporate gives the ok.so I ended leaving with nothing and will never go back again.

Customer Service SUCKS....I will not spend 1 more cent with this hole in the wall, joke of a company.
