i was at the oliver springs hardees the morning of oct. 8 2012. my order was 7.45 and i gave the girl a 20 dollar bill. after i was handed my food she said thank you. and i drove away. after a few minutes i realized they kept all my change. which was 13 dollars. i went back and asked for my money and was told that i was given my change, i said i did not. and then was told they would have to count down the register. all the time im becoming more late for my morning appointments. so after waiting in the dining room for a nice long while, they discovered i was right. i said i wanted all my money back and she held up a 20 dollar bill, which i took from her and walked out, they did not seem worried about me at all. when i got home i called the store, got the district managers phone number. and told them how disatisfied i was and that i still did not get all my change back. they still owe me 45 cents. she continued to argue with me and accused me of storming out. you can check your video and see i did not storm anywhere. but i was not happy whth the very poor service. they only offered a very soft and low "sorry" and did not try to make it right in anyway. i will never eat at any hardees EVER again and will post my experience online at every chance i get. we were eating at your resturant 5+ times each and every week. but not any more.

I was in hardees today because they gave my wife the wrong order in stead of the new Memphis barbq burger an a mushroom thick burger an a double think burger combos they gave us snack rap combos. We called down there told them they gaves us wring order an no receipt 30$ worth of food they said no problem we take care of it well I drove 27 miles for nothing an to get cust at by the on duty management. I will never go back to another hardees.

I like the food, but I deceided not to eat there again until the TV ads are not about sex, but about the food. The US is already on tilt, we need to clean it up, instead of making it worse!

I am very saddened by Hardees choice to continue airing such horrible commercials, especially with so many complaints that I have found on the internet. You are obviously wanting a reaction, and I hope that the reaction many will have, as I do, is to never give you business again. You obviously do not care about protecting marriages and families.

No wonder your stores are closing, your food has got as nasty as your commercials.

I work at hardees but I seen the hardees commercials and the hardees commercials is down right trashy. I agree with you all with the hardees commericials. To the husband and wife that lives in BIG STONEGAP VA, they must of range your food up wrong. Did you give them coupons? They probably didnt free the coupons off the register. Or less they hired new people that dont have a clue what they are doing. I am about fed up with hardees myself. I go to work everyday and get harrassed by a manager.

ME and my husband went to HARDEES in BIG STONEGAP VA we orderd 1 loaded bic gravy 1 small hash rounds and 2 sausage egg bisc buy one get one free and a dollar drink we ended up paying 12dollars and 76 cents I asked the manger how was it so much she said our prices has changed we have no had the chance to change our menu prices yet so I asked for a receit she said there reciet printer was not working ask for our money back she said if I WOULD HAVE A Seat she would give me back my money she ended up ringing our order up again and said our total was only 9dollars and 67 cents so where did our other 3dollars 09 cents go to the manger said I did not have any profe that I gave theme 12dollars and 76cents so please ask for the prices before you order they may change with out anyone knowing about it

hardees out the beach 305 dorsett ave dont go to it becuase they donot know how to talk to their employees or there customers they have bad judgement all the way around

This commercial is a disgrace to men, women, and children. These women are clearly not wearing enough clothing and are acting sexual because of a sandwich. This should not be displayed for the general public to see. It is clearly not rated G. This is illustrating that men are pigs for taking pictures of half-naked women intimately feeding each other. This clearly grosses many people out that Hardee’s would display pornographic commercials to families. Children should not be influenced by this; it only leads to a disturbed distorted mind set as an adult. STOP PLAYING IT, NOW. I will no longer ever eat a Hardee’s, nor will my family.

This mom has stopped buying ANYTHING from Hardees since they have been televising such corruptive commercials. Please remove those filthy adds. I am sorely dissappointed in Hardees for stooping to such a level in hopes of gaining business.

What do your commercials have to do with food? They are just...stupid. Did you have to resort to hiring teenage boys as your ad execs? I can't think of any other reason that a company that should be run by somewhat professional people would ever spend money on such cheap and pathetic advertising! As long as these ads are on, most everyone that I know will be passing on Hardee's food.

You have lost my business. I will never step foot in your establishment. When I am with my coworkers - even the suggestion to eat at your restaraunt makes my skin crawl. I refuse stating that I am boycotting and I get backers. Not only is it a sickening sexist commercial with the goal of portraying women as a toy for men - it is airing during the day while children are watching family programs. How can you even potray your business as a family establishment? Hooter's is more tasteful in their advertisement. Disgusted.

Your commercials are basically a " gateway " to get kids hooked on porn. I guess that's worth it to Hardees to sell a couple of burgers. Sad part is the burgers are good and would actually sell themselves. We will absolutely not go to Hardees until ads are pulled and an apology is issued. Your food is great and your commercials are funny! Your people are very creative and really use their freedom of speech in very unique ways. My family and I will be continuing our weekly tradition of dining on your delicious made from scratch biscuits just before Sunday Morning Mass!
