Hardees Corporate Office & Headquarters

I loved the new jalepeno turkey burger.one of the best fast food sandwiches I ever had. The problem is that it took me 2 HOURS !!! To tell you because like all businesses I had to navigate your website instead of calling and talk to a person. That sucks !!!

I don't know who owns the franchise in Tallassee, AL, but that restaurant has a bunch of thugs working there. I just spoke with a friend of mine and he said he went to the drive through window to order a chicken sandwich. All he heard was rap music and cursing. He sat there a few minutes and nothing but music and cursing. He drove around to the window and no one was there. He parked, went inside and a girl came the counter and said, "What you want?" He ordered the chicken sandwich and told her about the music and cursing. She said, "Ump." When he ate the sandwich it was cold and nasty. He through it away. I have just read about 50 similar posts on facebook about this same Hardees. This is pathetic. I would be ashamed to have my name on a restaurant of this quality. I don't understand how they are even still in business.

I love Turkey and the cheese and sauce were terriffic, but that slab of turkey tasted like cardboard! Chicken when cooked like this is almost as bad. Would be a great sandwich if it were maybe deep fried, but it has a lot going for it, but no taste!

I have waited in line inside & in the drive thru I understand that there is going to be some wait time but this restaurant on Main Ave is the worst. I have been inside & I am assuming it must of been the gm & the district manager cooking as one had a blue uniform & the other taller guy had just a plain shirt no tag on to show who he was, they had no hats on which I thought working in a kitchen you had to have something even a hair net & ended up waiting for 20 min for my order which wasn't right, one sandwich had hair in it & it wasn't even what I ordered. I would say 9 out of 10 times in a week the upper management isn't even there you end up talking to the Asst man. I will never eat there again, & am encouraging everyone to do the same. Then comes the commercials they are degrading & disgusting if you need to resort to that type of advertisment maybe you should take care of your customers much better or better yet close the dump cause it is filthy in there most of the time tables haven't been wiped down. garbages are full & it seems the employee's are just there to collect their paychecks & nothing else.

Paid $5 for what was nothing more than an egg and cheese biscuit. There was one thin strip of bacon on it that was about 2 in long and so thin your could read a newspaper thru it. I counted 5 hashbrowns in my small order. Hardee's needs to take a look at what they are delivering for the price...especially these days. Their competition is offering a much better breakfast and more for less - Hardees is sacrificing quality and quantity...and raising the prices in the meantime. What a joke...I won't be back.

While standing outside in the Starkville, Ms cold, I read on the Hardee's sign that the Dining RM is open 24 hrs. However, the doors were locked. An employee could be seen sitting in the far corner of the dining area where she appeared to ignore us. The drive-thru window was open. This saddens me to complain because we LOVE the food at Hardee's and have given very complimentary ratings numerous times via the cards on the table. Right now, though, I'm not sure I will even go back

I am very disgusted and saddened by Hardees commercials. I will not eat there and know of several other families that feel the same way. I really hope they will actually listen to consumers and change their advertising strategy. It is revolting.

I love hardees the burgers are beautiful the deserts are just decedant and to top it all off they make the biggest burger in town and i love a huger hamburger with cheese and bacon. I dont understand why people could be so livid that a beautiful woman displayed a tantalizing way to enjoy a delicious burger from hardees. I for one enjoy the commericals they produce. The commericals in my opinionmake hardees stand out as a resturant i tire of the same old family freindly smiles of regular fast food joints. I througly enjoy the breath of fresh air that is a hardees resturant

I'm standing in the Hardees in Marion, Alabama, where the employees are "waiting on biscuits." I've been standing here for 20 minutes. Unbelievable that I have the time to get frustrated, locate this website, and type a complaint while waiting for my fast food.

During a recent stop at a Hardee's in Chattanooga TN while on vacation my wife left her purse. She did not realize this until we were well over an hour away. We called the manager to make a report and they had already secured the purse for safe keeping. We praise the honesty of the employee's of Hardee's for their honesty.

I am absolutely disgusted once again with Hardees newest commerical. I tried to go onto their site and they no longer will let you even file a complaint regarding their advertising. As a Christian, I find it very sad that this is what you see when you turn on your tv. My little nephew asked his family to turn their eyes because he even knew it wasn't right. I will not sit back and not speak up about this. I also find it interesting that you can't even file a complaint on the Hardees website anymore.

My family and I have quit supporting Hardees because of their sleazy advertising campaign, and we plan to encourage as many people as we can to do the same!

As I waited for 2 burgers and french fries here at hardees in newberry fl I watched 6 take out cars come and go and the employees played around while me and my wife are waiting on food I thought fast food was suposed to be fast not to have to wait 30 minutes on a hamburger

I refuse to support a restaurant that has to show pornographic commercials just to get customers. I will take my family to family friendly places like McDonalds, Zaxbys, Wendy's, and Chickfila. You might be gaining a few men customers but you are losing a lot of women and family. And guess who 85% of the time is the one putting food on the table..Moms! Hope your company fails and women and decent men boycott you!

Please remove this commercial from tv. I thought Hardee's was a family restaurant. Our local Hardee's lunch and dinner business is non existent and these commercials could be why.

Please let your head of marketing know that although they may attract a few more guys to Hardee's with the sleazy ad campaign, I would bet they are losing many more customers than they are attracting. Our family will NOT eat at Hardee's again unless there is either a change of leadership, or a big time campaign to apologize to the country for all the children that are exposed to those commercials at restaurants and at home during regular, family friendly programming. Too bad...used to enjoy the food!

I am a very attractive woman and I think your commercials are a little much. I have kids and hate I have to screen the tv because of the sexual commercials u think is gonna sell ur food. Do u feel ur food is so nasty that u have to put women half naked on to try and get the nasty fat men to try ur food. U dont have to they will eat anything fast food.

I am so sick of having to explain your nasty filthy commercials to my children. They are on the verge of being pornographic. I am disgusted by the way you portray women on tv. I will never go to your establishment AGAIN. Family business, yeah right.

my wife and i stopped at hardees for breakfast 10/20/12 in homoassa fl. we ordered breakfast and 2 senior coffees. we were charged $ 2,38 for our 2 senior coffees ! i would hate to have to pay full price for the same . well we know we can get senior coffee at mickey ds for any were from 38 cents to 68 cents for seniors. so guess where we will be stopping for breakfest or lunch when we travel

Hardees in waukon iowa breakfast is supposed to be open until 10:30 am but yet they continue to shut it down early at 10:15am.....whats the point of saying your breakfest is open until 10:30 am if your just gonna shut it down early everyday. Very unsatisfied customer who is no longer a customer.
