I have had nothing but good experiences with groupon as a consumer.

I have been calling groupon for past two months after registering my business on groupon web. I have not heard from any one from Groupon. I am in Boston, I was under impression, that a rep from Boston will call me to register with Groupons. It seems either groupon is not organized properly, or they don;t care as their business is growing fast. Every time i call chicago office, i get lost in voice machine and I leave message, but not sure if any one reviews the message.. Very disapointed with groupon, if a new clients get such a poor service, can you expect what will happen if you are the client?

No one answers at corporate. I found the local rep in Columbus, OH to be very rude.

We used Groupon and the next thing you know our CC is being used all over the U.S. . Don't give these people your CC!!

Abominable business. How do you run a businesswhere you don't communicate with and take care of your customers needs? I've spent weeks trying to get in touch with someone who can explain groupon for the business owner. No one ever returns calls and there is no information on their website to explain it. It's a good concept but a very poor business model. I give them another 12 months - they'll be out of business

For 6 months Ali at Groupon has been stringing me a long about running us as a deal. She just last week tells me they want to test us (after signing a contract for Los Angeles) in Ventura which only has 40,000 subscribers vs. a million. I cant believe anyone would consider taking a company like this pubic. It's ridiculous. I called CS and they couldn't help. I think I'm going to go to the press with this. Someone needs to expose these people.

I purchased car washing coupons from Groupon for Delta Sonic car wash. 3 carwashes for $18.00 which makes ist $6.00 per car wash. Delta Sonic charges only $5.00 per car wash. So why are you selling it as a great bargain and overcharging. I am very unhappy with this deal. Lucy Borkowski, Palatine Il.

@Mary Ann: If your groupon expires, you can redeem it at the location for the price that you paid for it. So you won't be able to get a refund from groupon, but you don't lose the money either. :)

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WIT JIFFY LUBE,I TOOK MY CAR IN TO GET A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE,THEY END UP TELLING ME I HAD OTHER PROBLEMS WHICH COST ME $300,AND NOW IM OUT OF A CAR BECAUSE THE FAILED TO TELL ME OTHER THINGS THAT WAS WRONG,NOW I NEED A NEW ENGINE,MY CAR WAS OVER HEATING HOURS AFTER I LEFT THEM,THEY BROKE MY CABLE TO MY HOOD AND IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO PUT ANTIFREEZE IN IT,I REALLY WANT THEM TO PAY FOR MY PROBLEM,MY CAR WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE I TOOK IT TO THEM.

I love groupons however what can you do when a groupon expires and the business won't accept it? I have one of those coupons and would like a refund. Who do I email?

I love Groupon however i have been dealing with Eric Jaques in Detroit, and he promised we would do another campaign in Jan, 2011. his email address e.jaques@groupon.com is now saying not a good address, I spoke with him a week ago and he said he would get bank to me and let me know when we could run another special. He has the information I have called your main office and spoke to someone who said they would have someone get back to me. I am contacted every day by other services and was waiting for Eric to get back to me, he does not answer his phone, and now who am I supposed to talk to about our special. They are excellent at making money. Not good at customer service. sad. sad for us that is - not them. they are laughing all the way to Harris Bank.

I have never experienced a business that says no to clients. Apparently the staff is under 26, and have no business protocol or manners. I have tried since the Fall to work with them. I asked to speak with corporate headquarters and they would not put me thru. Apparently you have to call the police to get thru, or a tv station. They will detoriate from within. DUH.

Is the phone number you give for Groupon Corporate a working number? (312)784-2366 doesn't answer. What's the deal with this website. You trying to look like you're the corporate office for all of these giant companies that everyone wants to reach?

I have not heard anything since I wrote on October 15, 2010 about my refund of $10. It is appaling and leaves a poor opinion of GROUPON for me. Thanks.

Although the deals look great they are not. Paid $99 for a dental whitening and have tried for days to get appointment and the dental office keeps saying they will call back. Now you cant even get through it goies right to voice mail. Called Greoupon to get refund and they said NO. They even called with me to dentist office and they got the same thing and still refused to give a refund. Now it is to the Illinois attorney generals office and finding an attorney there to take it ti small claims court. A consumer should never have to do this with a reputable company. Oh yeah pone more thing. If you read the coupon before you buy it reads "The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment, or be reimbursed for any other service, examination, or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced-fee service, examination, or treatment. DN15186 D9972" THEY LIE
