My wallet was left on bench in Footlocker springfield mall pa the only two people in the store was the employees!! They claimed the didn't see my wallet!! Liars my wallet had 580.00 they stole it I plan on suing the co. I will never shop at Footlocker again!!

To whom this may concern, Kids footlocker in irving tx (irving mall) use to be my favorite kids footlocker. The manager with glasses is always kissing a different female employee each time my family goes into the store. I waited 15 minutes in the store one morning and was not helped this young man and a female associate walked out of the back room and I just walked out. This Footlocker has gone down since Lamar has not been there. I cant believe Footlocker hires managers who is all over there employess all the time. This is the same guy over and over each time. Not only is this disturbing and unprofessional, its just gross, this goes on every other week when im either passing the store or walking in to look around.I walked into the store another time while he was making out with this young lady in the middle of the store. When I go into a store I should be helped then and there, I should not have to wait 15 mins because your manager is doing god knows what in the back of the store with these young ladys. Im very upset about this. About two weeks ago I walked back into this store and had the best experience I have had in along time, I believe another managers name is steven, but he has helped me and greeted me each time right when I walk in. Steven knows whats best, He sold me socks a insole and a pair of shoes for my son. He has to be the best and a young lady named ana helped me as well. Sincerly, A concerned Customer rebecca.

This is inform cooperate office staff that as Americans we Are instilled with constitutional rights and and fredoms given to us by congress and it Apparent to your human resource department That this right means nothing. An employee Is being punished for their right to speak their Mind on their on web page by your personnel Deprtment I find this very appalling, and in Violation of this individuals constitutional Right of freedom of speech I would hate to See foot locker dragged into a court room After all the adds and commercials that are Sent to the public regarding product stating Dare to be different and thrive.

I got a college degree and unfortunately, I could not get a real job because of a sluggish job market. So after 200 rejections, I applied with Foot Locker. I was expecting a professional retail store with training so that I could make some money and live a decent life. But that never happened. The terrible pay that I received my first year out of college was worse than my pay I received my senior year of college. The slow and terrible training process was just pathetic. But the worst part was the lies told by others to make themselves look better at another's expense. I took over a store as a manager that had a terrible theft problem. Wow theft in a Foot Locker, isn't that a surprise? But you know that the District Manager could have caught the thief (or one of the possible thieve) if he would have done a surprise visit that day, because one employee was transferring to another store (i.e. the thief). The previous manager had already abandoned the store and took employment elsewhere. So I managed the store successfully for a couple of years and then my good employees left and a new batch of terrible employees came along. But the area did not have much of a selection. When a employer takes the word of terrible employees with no track record over the word of a hard working honest manager with a short track record than something is wrong. I know that things have been said about me that are not true, and I just want a clean record and a positive recommendation for my next job. The facts are that Foot Locker management rarely looks at the facts and jumps on the trendy bandwagon. If a person looks at the big picture and breaks down the good and the bad. Such as catalog sales, apparel sales, dollar gain, Heroes OPS Award, and other benchmarks the company uses based upon the almost 5 years with the company. An example, just because little Johnny that just got out of high school has a new car, and has this gadget and that gadget, and is a college student, may be more in debt than a struggling college grad with a 20 year old car. Think about it. If you do not know the facts and than you do not have the right to talk about it.

By far he worst experince in retail I can recall. I didn't even know rude people still exist in retail. The manager Sonia at the 34th Street Kids Foot Locker represents the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. She was very rude, disrespectful and unkind. Even if the customer is "wrong" in this case there was no wrong, you out of all people should not be unaccomadating and willing to satisfy the customers; the people who partakes in your salary. Foot locker employees must learn why they are still in existence, if there is any doubt, let me clarify for you, The Customers. Please correct the problem because I foresee your sales downhill.

The manager at one of your stores in Northwood Shopping Center in Baltimore, MD is the worst, he has no respect for the customers at all. When I walked in he and another employee were talking about their female co worker and how big her butt was and how many time the manager has had sex with her in the store!!! I was floored, another gentleman came from the back as he was assisting customers and helped me. His name tag read Ihsan, he was very helpful. The so called manager of the store should either be demoted or fired. Where is the work ethic and the customer service? No one should go into a business. And hear profanity and vulgarity. I am just grateful there weren't any children in the store at the time, like it would have made a difference to those men.

I'M VERY UPSET THAT I WENT TO PICK MY ORDER UP AT THE LOCATION IN LIVINGSTON MALL AND I WAS TOLD IT WASN'T THERE. GAS IS VERY HIGH AND IF I HAD THAT KIND OF TIME ON MY HANDS TO DRIVE UP AND DOWN THE HIGHWAY I COULD HAVE SENT THE PACKAGE TO MY HOME AND WAITED FOR IT. I DON'T APPRECIATE A WILD GOOSE CHASE WHEN I'VE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE ORDER BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY YOU DIDN'T WAIST TIME CHARGING ME FOR THEM. I CLEARLY EXPLAINED THAT THE ORDER IS THERE AND WAS SIGNED FOR BY A EMPLOYEE WHOM THEY TOLD ME THEY CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T SIGN FOR IT. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED YOUR ONLINE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REPLACE IT BUT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3-5 DAYS. I EXPLAINED THIS WAS FOR A OUT OF TOWN TRIP AND THAT I CAN'T WAIT. THEY CALL THE STORE AND THEN TOLD ME IT WAS THERE WHEN I WENT THERE LAST NIGHT. THE STORE SAID THEY WOULD CALL WHEN IT ARRIVED WHEN I WAS THERE LAST NIGHT. THEY NEVER CALLED ME YESTERDAY OR TODAY. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THIS HAPPENED TO SOME ONE ELSE YESTERDAY AND THAT IT WAS ON UPS AS SIGNED FOR AND WASN'T. NOW I FIND OUT THEY WERE THERE LAST NIGHT! VERY FRUSTRATING

I am appalled. This Saturday, April 23 at 12:45 I arrived at Calvary Chapel to pick up 20 foster care kids. Big Sisters for Jesus had secured 20 tickets for these girls to see the matinee performance of Wicked. Since we were leaving at 1 pm I placed my bag under the steering wheel. My car was broken into in that 15 minute time period. Who would have guessed that something like that would happen right in front of the church and in that period of time. I had so much in my handbag, which also included my wallet and digital camera to take photos of this first time experience for these girls. The Police came, took fingerprints and I attempted to call some of my credit card companies. Unfortunately, I forgot about my American Express Corporate Card. On April 23, the lowlives that broke my front passenger window and stole my bag went to Foot Locker Store # 08693 and made several purchases. I don’t understand how intelligent your employees are and question how they could have accepted a “CORPORATE CARD”. More importantly, I do not understand how they would process four purchases within a 12 minute time frame. They processed a charge of $206.70 at 11:37, a $619.02 charge at 11:49, an $889.32 at 12:07 and another transaction of $889.32 at 12:11. Your employees cannot be that stupid. So, I can’t help but think they were enabling/abetting the criminals. BTW, I called the store, attempted to speak to the manager and was abruptly disconnected. So, I must ask, where are the organization’s ethics!

This is in regards to the Customer Service my husband and I received at your Hampton, VA Footlocker store...EXCELLENT!!!...and we didnt even make a purchase...we were just window shopping. We went in about Noon today. Most places give you the cold shoulder once they find out you're out window shopping, and alot are cold even if youre spending your hard earned money in there store, trust me - I Know. Their was a young lady that nicely asked us twice to let her know if we needed help. A employee by the name of "Raheem" gave us alot of time and patience. If I had my own business,I would like to have 10 employees exactly like him working for me. I want the Corporate Office to know- this young man named "Raheem" (from his name tag)has awesome customer service skills!! 3/19/2012

My husband and I have been going to footlocker since we were children...well that stops now. We went int he other day to purchase a pair of expensive air jordan's for our son along with another pair. We had a coupon for $10.00 of a purchase of $50.00 or more, it had no restrictions on it. The cashier who also happened to be the manager said that he could not use the coupon because the air jordans were a new release. I then called customer service and they told me that they can do anything they want, meaning they can take the coupon or not. At this point it was not about the money but the principle of giving good customer service. I will never go to the Footlocker on Ditmars blvd in Astoria, NY again!!

I bought a puffy vest in mid December for myself. The stuffing was coming through from the inside out so I returned it. I presented my receipt and explained the problem to the employee "Devi" in the Bramalea City Center and was told that there was no warranty for worn clothing as per my receipt. I asked about any warranty for exchange as the item was brand new and obviously defective and was told that I had to return it to the Foot Locker where I purchased it. As I questioned "Devi", the Assistant Manager about company policy, she called security on me. I actually had to explain to mall security that I was mistreated and was ultimately told that the store did not want me back. I subsequently returned the item to Oakville and was fully refunded without incident. I have not been able to locate a proper forum for customer complaints without signing them on as a Facebook FRIEND. I think not!!!!

To whom this letter may concern, I am very very disappointed with CCS which is subsidiary of Foot Locker, Inc. I both online 4 items last week for my son for his birthday. I just received 3 of the 4 but they charged me for the 4 and did not get any notice from them about it. I called the customer service and explained the situation. She said, she woul ship the missing item but she noticed it was not available anymore. She offered me to refund my money to my credit card or give me the shipping for free for a new items which is something that I got since I bought twice the money they advertised to get no charge for the delivery. I asked them to get me the same shoe (missing item) in other color but she the cost was higher since the shoe I both was on sale. Then I asked them to deduct the price of the shoe on rebate from the other that was not on rebate and they pay the shipping and I will pay the difference but they did not want to. I spoke with 2 supervisor and no one understood the mistake they did and did not try to compensate it. The policy says if they don't have the item available they do not charge you for it but they did and did nothing to keep a happy customer for $16. I said to the supervisor: This is what I'm doing, I want to return everything ($128), you will pay for the shipping back and you will lose a customer forever and she said: Yes that's fine, it's your decision!! These customer supervisors don't know that is much more expensive to convince a new customer than keep an old one that will continue buying for many many years just because of a good customer service. I don't think the golden rule "customer goes 1st" applies anymore to CCS and Foot Locker, Inc.

My daughter purchased some shoes from Footlocker in May. When she got them home she realized that the inside was coming apart. So she put them in her closet to return them. Well being a Military wife, and a CNA at the local hospital. She didn't not have time to return the shoes. Soon she forgot about them. When she found them in her closet and called the corporate office to ask what she could do to exchange them, since she had not wore them. Her reply from someone in the corporate office was a very rude one. The lady, (I use that term losely) was very unhelpful and extreme rude. She would not even give her a chance to explain what she wanted to do. I don't know how they do it at Footlocker. But at my job if you are rude to a customer and don't go out of your way to make them happy, you are fired. The customer is always right. I can let you know I WAS a big fan of footlocker and shop there very often. But as of today Footlocker will never receive another dime of my money and take me off their coupon mailers. And you can quarantee I will share my story with all my friends! You will also recieve a letter from me and a phone call. Do be waiting!

I give Footlocker 1 star only because it does not allow 0. I am appalled by this company. I have shopped footlocker since I was a child but as of seeing the way I was treated this evening when asked for help you can grantee you will never see my name associated with this company EVER again. I called the head office for some help on a pair of shoes I purchased after wearing the shoes only twice and the solos on the bottom came unglued and I simply wanted to know what footlocker could do for me. The Lady replied very rudely after raising her voice to interrupt my story before I could even get my story out. I understand the shoes were worn and could not be returned but you do not raise your voice and interrupt a CUSTOMER or yet question their story! I live in a small town so our mall only has footlocker as a shoe store and the nearest mall from us is 2 hours away so you can bet that I will drive out of my way to find another store that IS NOT footlocker. Footlocker you are a poor excuse for a company and I refuse to let any of my friends and family support your store. Thanks for nothing.

The cashier that helped me is KRISTINA AND THE STORE #07833...after getting home and walking around in the shoes i realized that the shoe was beginning to feel a little uncomfortable,i went back to the store to return the shoe and told that this was not acceptable,i have been a customer with footlocker since i was a child and never heard of this,the manager informed me because the shoe had been worn that it could not be returned,although i tried on the shoe in the store it was very different when i got home,i spent a total of $160 on the shoe and did not have the shoe a whole hour. I need for someone in this office to please contact me and inform me of what i can do to exchange for a another shoe. I still have the reciept and want another shoe.I will also be contacting someone by phone.
