I would like to thank the employees at the Firehouse Subs on Hwy 124 and Pharrs Road. My car caught on fire as I parked in their lot and Nick (an employee) ran out with the fire extinguisher and put it out before it caused major damage. Thank you, Nick and the employees, at the Snellville, Ga. Firehouse Subs for everything.

On 4/27/11 I went to the Firehouse in Pensacola, FL on East 9 mike Rd & was completely disgusted.. As I entered the Resturant there was a young lady changing the trash, she basically took out The old bag filled with garbage & exchanged it for an empty one, as she was carrying the old bag she advised me that she would be with me in just a second, she sat down the bag without washing her hands & begin to take my order, my first thought was to not order the food, but I decided to continue with my order & see just how much work she would do with her dirty unwashed hands knowing that I had just seen her change the garbage...... She completed my order & attempted to hand me my drinking cup.... This is ridiculous .... I wonder what they do when no customers are in the store

The restaurant in altamonte is a racial discrimination! I went to work not even getting trained the right way and only had me work 2 days and never even got back in touch with me. They never even set up a time card and when i got my check it was incorrect. The managers alex and greg were very rude managers and werent even friendly to their customers! and the FOOD SUCKS!Filled with bugs And way over expensive! do not go to their store

your store at bryant ar is awful!!! i have left several messages for the owner but still have not recieved a call back i am sure the manager there does not want me talking to him...anyways very dirty. workers are rude. manager is horrible she would not even refund my money when i complained. i have ate at other firehouse subs and never had a problem if i were you i wouldnt want my name on that store!!

david in riopinar store in orlando off chicasaw trail,really badpeople, why in the world would you tell people in line "just have a seat Ill be right with you" ten min.later I got up and told him never mind,and this girl behind the counter,tells me that there real busy,well how come yor so busy you got an employee out front smoking talking on cell ,really? what?and not a quick,call me later Im working call,he is on for atleast ten min.wow see you later.

I stoped in to pick up a Sub on Wells Rd in Orange Park near where I worked as always the sub was awesome The counter person told me I could take one of the kids fireman hats for my son. He was visitng the USA for the first time. He is 5 and was born in Costa Rica where he lives. His mom , and half brother and sister came up for the holidays to visit me. Well yesterday when we went to the Orlando airport for them to fly back to Costa Rica he insisted on wearing his "Goro de los bomberos" translated fireman's hat on the plane and he did A happy story thank you

The lexington store allows drug addicts and alcoholics to work there. The Manager Joe allows marijuana to be smoked outside the back door. We have seen employees Brandon and logan out back trading pills and smoking marijuana. I personally will never go to this store as long as firehouse subs employs these people and people like them. I will also be sure to spread the word to everybody I come into contact with, which is approx: 50 or more different people a week.

i love this place so much it tastes so good

the store i went in to had roches and bed bugs the maagers name was tony he smell like shit so i ater sanwich and it a a cock roch in it t6he the wooman was black she told me to call the fucking police

they can not even get a plain sandwich only mayo right, when i called she said it is standard and hung up on me

My father passed 6 days ago, my girlfriend of 18 yrs, worked for Firehouse Subs I was unable to reach her ,to infomer her of his passing. WHY---because there is no public listing ( 411-- information ) of such business,in Columbus, Ohio- or surrounding areas. WHAT THE HELL--kind of Business , has no public phone number, my girlfriend, didn't find out about my father passing until 6 hours later---- After she was off work----- By that time I was so overwhemled with greif that I myself had to be susdated. My girlfriend tried to call off for the next day---an was unable to do so because she couldn't get a public phone number--so she was termated for---- NO CALL NO SHOW ---- What the hell kind of Business is -- Jullian Goodman-- running were only way his emplyees can call off is by calling a cell phone number which has a out of state aera code listed on business card which I think 334 area code ---- which I guess he except his works to carry around in their pockets at all times. THank you---

If I could rate them a 0 or a -0 I would I called corportate office an was infomed that there is a public listing for Firehouse subs in Columbus,Ohio an she was looking at in the Yellow page of the phone book, What A BIG LIE---I informed her that anyone that I meet in my line of work which is in the same area as Firehouse Subs not to eat there Bad Business---I don't know when it got into the phone book,since New Phone Books come out every 3-6 months---and they haven't been open 3 months .

THE FOOD IS GREAT, BUT THE OWNER IS NOT FRIENDLY, HE IS A TOTAL JERK! I CALLED IN MY ORDER ON THE PHONE AND THE OWNER MARK ANSWERED AND TOOK MY ORDER, HE IS NOT POLITE ON THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU MEET HIM, HE IS WORST. HE GAVE ME A 5 MINUTES WINDOW, I WORK UPSTAIRS FROM THE FIREHOUSE ON 9555 S. EASTERN AVE. AND WHEN I CAME DOWN AFTER 7 MINUTES MIND YOU MY ORDER HAD NOT BEEN PLACED, WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT MARK HAD TAKEN MY ORDER HE LOOKED AT ME WITH A STRAIGHT FACE AND SAID "YOU JUST PLACED THE ORDER" AND I CORRECTED HIM AND SAID NO THAT WAS MORE THAN 5 MINUTES AGO AND THE NICE LADY IN THE FRONT PUT THE ORDER IN RIGHT THERE AND THEN, I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS JERK HAS TREATED ME LIKE THIS AND I AM VERY FRIENDLY TOWARDS EVERYONE, BUT THIS MAN JUST GETS THE WORST OF ME. THANK YOU, IF YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE TAUGHT HIM TO HAVE SOME COURTESY FOR CUSTOMERS, IF HE WANTS I CAN TEACH HIM SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. i went into the firehouse in richmond to get 2 gift cards.i was going to spend 100.00 for father's day.i believe i was told it is owned my dave judy.the cashier didn't know how to do the gift card so she got a manager.then manager told me that no firehouses could activate gift card for two weeks. i called my daughter who is a manager at firehouse subs and asked her.it was untrue!!!!!!!the manager at the richmond store told me to go to the store in mechanicsville.o.k if all firehouse couldn't activate gift cards why would you try to send me to another????that store was a hour away.i was very disappointed on how i was treated.my daughter tells me all the time about how you'll treat your guest.she was disappointed.she bought my gift cards from her store and mailed to me.she lives in lynchburg,va.i will never step foot in that STORE.strange her store had gift cards.i guess it's all in how you run your stores.
