Catering Blunder

We really enjoy eating at Fire House at our office. We had a suprise meeting with several managers in town and I tried to order 15 box lunches from the Illinois Road location in Fort Wayne, IN an hour and a half before we needed them. The manager proceeded to lecture me on how she really needed more notice than what I was giving her but she could go ahead and do it. Needless to say, I didn't appreciate the lecture, so Jimmy John's got my business and $150 that day, and will continue to receive my large orders.

COMMERCIAL WRONG

Ate at the Firehouse in Smyrna Georgia, how disappointing. I had your hook and ladder which unlike your radio commercial says piled high with meat, NOT!! I paid over $8 for a combo, the only thing good in the meal were the chips. The sandwich had two very thinly & small slices of ham,two thinly small slices of turkey, wilted lettuce, 1/2 slice tomato, the smallest sub roll I have ever seen & soggy at that. I will not be eating at FireHouse Subs again.

Terrible service, cold "hot" subs

I waited for a good 20 minutes to get one sandwich in your Oxford, Miss. location, and when that supposedly "hot" sandwich FINALLY arrived, it wasn't the least bit hot - in fact, it was about room temperature, which suggested to me that it had been just sitting around for a good fifteen minutes before anyone thought to put it in a bag. This was a total waste of my money and my valuable free time. I will not be returning.

We placed order on-line and paid for it as we have done in the past. This is the second time we have tried this process. When we arrived at the store to pick up the order, they had no knowledge of the order for two Italian Subs. We had to wait while they made the food for the order and pay for it a second time. Not only did they charge our card a second time for the most recent order but they gave us two ham and cheese subs with no dressing of any kind. We were told that corporate should refund the on-line order in a few days...really .....really.

Me dull. You smart. That's just what I neeedd.

I LOVE my Cr-V. Love love love. You will love it. It's great for puppy tranport and mivnog semi large things, and groceries, and drunken friends. You can fit like 8 people in that car. Also, tire changing is a synch. Congrats Mine is named Bessie. Because her engine was not meant for mountainous Colorado and she struggles up them much like a cow might haha. I can't bring myself to part with her.

The guys at the blacksburg store are jerks! I called to order and they were really rude and not very helpful at all! It was my first time ordering from there and it will damn sure be my last. When I placed my order he didnt even give me a total or how long it would be and then hung up on me! So I called back and talked to the manager and he was a jerk too and was no help! FIREHOUSE NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Hi i work for a firehouse sub company, who has a contract to sale subs @ a major university for all home football and basketball. I witness and took part in the preparation of slicing meats 4 day's before the actual game. As we were told meats were to be sliced daily, to ensure firehouse sub freshness. The owner of 2 firehouse sub store told me that she slices meats day's before the game, due to it's too much subs to be making in 1 day and it will be out of the way. The day of the game when we started making the sub's, The turkey holds alot of water and the meat had become slimmy, no gloves use to prepare all meats for the game's and the store. thank you and please look into this. Just because my child and other people eats fire house subs and attends the basketball games. It's only a matter of time before someone really get's sick.

i was fire from firehouse subs 179 by deb johnson because this girl on the crew told her we all were doing drugs out the back door(which i was never offered a drug test) but she addmitted she was doing the same thing and she has her job still. she never got any kind of punishment it ws said she was suspended but when i got fired along with two other people the next day i went to get my check and the girl was at work. i signed a release to submitt to a drug test and was never asked to take one, but what bothers me the most is if i got fired with two other peolpe for hear say that she should b fired to. she also admitted this on paper and one of the managers is still walking around telling everybody what is going on...firehouse is a great company to work for but when you have foul stuff going on like this what is there to do but talk to a gud lawyer...

i went to firehouse subs 231 south in dothan and saw big roaches rats small roaches and not to mention one of the employees was in her car smoking what i thought was a cigar but it had a funny smell....do they do drug screenins there...

I went to the university location and spent $20 dollars as my spouse and I do pretty regularly and at the end of our meal when my man had already went outside the man ask me (very loudly ) to empty my purse accusing me of stealing hot sauce.I did it because I was soooo embaressed. my boyfriend came in and went off because the man cornered me when I was alone.I let him know how humiliated he made me and he said to get out ,that he was calling the police...I was in there spending my hard earned money and to be treated like that was totally unacceptable.the corpoate office is giving me the run around this place sucks

This was the second time we ate at Firehouse Subs. The first time was great. This time horrible. We ordered over the phone like last, this time the service was horrible when we went to pick up our food. They had no oreo cookies that go in the kids meal so the cashier just looked at us like we were idiots when we asked if there was something to replace it and then he pointed to the cookie basket and says "i guess just take one from there." We also ordered a large Steamer and a Steak and Cheese. The briskett on the Steamer was very skimpy. On the steak and cheese half had sauted onions and mushrooms (no peppers) and the other half sauted mushrooms. I never asked for mushrooms at all, where were the peppers though. They also gave us no pickle spears. When I called to ask how we could fix this the girl who answered put me on the phone with the manager, David. Daviod was the most unknowledgable person EVER. He seriously didn't say ANYTHING when I told him what had happened, I had to say "hello" just to make sure he was still on the line. He was very rude after that and basically acted like I was putting him out by letting him know or online order was wrong. I am not pleased and will not be going back to this new Newport News franchise that opened up less then 2 months ago. I hope the owner of the franchise takes a good look at his managers since this is such a new franchise otherwise he won't be in business for too much longer with crappy service like this.

Lawsuite waiting to happen at the firehouse subs on Capital Circle in Tallahassee, the manager Ron Johnson is so rude to his employees in front of customers, just talk down to them and asking them if they are stupid, cant do anything right employees smelling like a pound of weed. I don't know if they suppose to be drug free there but it seems like the manager is on crack and the employees on weed to deal with him.

Hi my name is Taylor Sanders and i am a former empolyee at Fire House Subs in Savannah Ga on East Victroy Dr. My experinec working their was great! I enjoyed working there, they are clean and make sure all the customers are satisfied. We greet all of our customers that walks through the door with a warm welcome. Well on June 19, 2011 I got into a bad car accident and the docotr tod me I cannot return back to work for two days, and if it gets worst i might can't return until I get better. I gave my excuse to Greg and I was not feeling better my head aches turned into migranes and the pain was unbearable I could not hve return becuase of that but my manager Kearon sent me a message assuming which I quit which I never told him I did. So I guess I got fired upon my condition that really upset me because now I am without a job because of my accident on top of that I had asigned and agreed to an accident policy called Aflac which my job offerd. I filed for my accident claim and it was DENIED because they said Fire House was not paying them but according to my records they were deducting the money from my check from Aflac since May 01. I want to know what is going on because that is against the law. I need a job and I was paying for my accident for my accident policy becaus emy check stub is proof that I was. I am highly upset, I need answers!

Right on—this helped me sort tihgns right out.

Yup, that'll do it. You have my apprciaetion.

Prepared my sandwich with the tomatoe scraps. I mean the scraps that they throw away. I always check my sandwiches before eating them. They even added a piece of tomatoe with the very hard back part(core). They didn't bank on me checking. I am a black female. I think they figured, well we will just give the scraps to the black girl.
