Family Dollar Corporate Office & Headquarters

Location 2845 N central It not open for business until 11am there a sign post it when normal hours are at 8am . I find this a bit weird that the store is not open maybe this need to be looked into. It Dec 3 2012 it's the holiday why isn't this store open?

I was in Family Dollar in Bethel Ohio,OMG couldn't walk through because of all the boxes that were to be put on the self this never use to be like this before what happen? The selves were a mess I truely just ended up walking out I heard a cashier say she can't believe what people are stealing Someone is going to fall over all that stuff and get hurt .The is never use to be this way it was kept so nice this is not good for our little town ,I use to love going in there think I'll just go somewhere else.Please take a tour for yourself.

I go to the family dollar store at 2211 prospect st. Indianapolis,in, everyday sometimes more then once a day and me and my kids have been treated very rudely by some workers this family dollar needs to replace everyone up there they must not do durg tests there i was in there other day and the cashier had ask the girl in front of me if she could get some pills just like if i wasnt there to hear it. also they eat food up at the cashier so when they ringing up people they have food all over there hands i do alot of business up there and about to take my money ellse where.

I go to the family dollar on Lee Highway everyday, sometimes more than once. The last 2 days I have been in there, I have been treated very rudely by a new girl that I hadnt seen until 2 days ago. I havent caught her name but I know that she is a smaller lady with blonde hair, maybe in her early 40's. But my major problem is that I recieved a $12 phone from there from my mother in law 2 weeks ago because my other phone tore up. It was a gift and I didnt think anything about keeping the box that I tore all to pieces opening up. Well now this phone is tore up also. Its not ringing, its hanging up in the middle of calls, the speaker phone isnt working, and its been taken well care of. I called and asked to bring it back to replace it and they refuse to because I dont have the plastic box or reciept. But they know it came from there, they still have some in the store. Why would they need the box to replace something that is broken anyway? You cant resell it. I think that I should be able to take the phone back and replace it for the exact same one. I do ALOT of business there, but I can always go somewhere else. ANd if the blonde doesnt chill with the attitude, you'll be losing more customers than me.

I live in Cleveland Ohio and have shopped at the Family Dollar store on Detroit Avenue in Cleveland for years. First of all, everyone who works at this store is friendly and helpful. Some of the employees have been there for years. They provide a pleasant atmosphere and make me want to shop there. Second, the building the store is in is very old and there must be years of plaster dust and dirt accumulating...especially because of heavy truck traffic on the street. Somehow, and amazingly, the employees manage to keep this store very clean. I just wanted to acknowledge a great job well done!

i have ben going to famiy dollar for years in rock island ill it is the poor store it duirt not clean poor enployer you go in the store and and stand in line for 5min no body want to ring you up at all they are lazy women poor rude people i wish they would just close the dam store it not weath keeping it open

I have a complaint about Family Dollar Store #07348 in San Elizario Texas 79849. Your employees are extremely rude and have very bad customer service. We went to a family dollar and the employees were extremely rude not only to me but to other customers! For some reason that store was only taking cash at that moment and there were signs posted on the doors and register. The lady in front of me didn't see the signs or simply didn't pay attention and tried to pay with a card your employee told this lady "There are signs on the door. CASH ONLY, Can't you read?" I found that extremely rude because after that he went on saying bad things like "seriously can't these people read" in front of this woman and the other customers in line. He then called his manager to void the transaction and continued to bad mouth that lady and to make matters worse the manager started saying bad things about customers as well. Following this incident it was my turn to pay, I had a bag of cranberries and i told the cashier i wasn't going to take it after all and he replied back to me "you can put it back where you got it from" it just took me off guard. I was in complete shock and told him to wait while i walked back to put it back. After that a lady came in and both the cashier and manager yell at the lady "CASH ONLY.WE ONLY TAKE CASH" Customers should not be treated rudely, after all without customers there wouldn't be business for this store. The employees including managers need a lesson in customer service. There are ways to say things to customers and the employees in this store do not know how to talk to other human beings. I have never been so offended or in shock. This store is around the corner from my house and I am sad to say you have lost a customer and i will let my family, friends and neighbors know about this incident and rude employees at this store.

I am fed up with the attitude of the store employees at the Fairdale Ky. store. My most recent complaint just happened. I bought a bunch of Halloween candy along with four picture frames. When I got home (1 block away), I found that the frames were not the right size. I jumped in the car and returned them and was charged a restocking fee. I questioned this as I had bought them just 20 minutes prior and she said it was store policy. Well, it stinks and I told her so and I am telling you now. If I want to lose money, I will invest in the stock market. I will drive a mile further to shop at the new Dollar General Store in Fairdale and will tell everyone about your policy.

Family Dollar owners dont care about their workers managers etc slave then talk to them rude it has to stop Dept of Labor..next

I am very disappointed in the Family Dollar located inthe Martinsville Va area on E church st. I had sent my daughters in the store to purchase snacks and as soon as they walked in the store the cashier told other employees to watch them. And they literally walk behind my kids and my youngest child had to use the restroom when she came out the male employee was standing at the door!! I am very upset with the way they treated my children considering all the money that i spend weekly in there!! Please teach your employees to stop profiling children because not all children are thieves,there are still some parents raise their children to be responsible adults!!!

The Bayonne Nj store #4859 is always a mess. They constantly have merchandise thrown all over the floor and in the aisles. I fell with my 15 month old daughter and was injured. Then I went into the store recently and I saw the same thing merchandise and empty boxes thrown all over the floor blocking aisles. This store needs to be cleaned up so no other people get hurt.

I had a bad experience at a familly dollar store in wichita,ks location on east 21st where my cell phone was found and turned in and a store employee stole it kept it and then said that in 2days time nobody showed up to claim it, but days prior to this i called in asking if my cell phone had been turned in and they said no at first now they claim they watching the cameras to see when it was turned in and what employee took it this is very unprofessional for a retail store. i had a recent store visit with store #03303 310 west main st. charleston ms.38921.i made a purchase of $15.87 and tried to pay cash with a hundred dollar bill,and the manager wouldnt take it because she didnt have change she had sent another employee to the bank for change and wouldnt allow me to wait till the employee come back so i could make my purchase.i along with my family members and members of my church and others in the comi munity find it offensive to continue to shop at your if you cannot make change.i need to hear from you.

September 29,2012 2:15 pm went to your store because it is close to my home. found items i was looking for and had a very nice young man locate an item. went to check out the line was 10 ppl deep only one cashier moving as fast as she could .i asked if she could call for help she said there were only 2 employees in building .after waiting about 10 mins and still another 10 min before my turn i left by then there were another 10 ppl behind me i left the store with nothing and will may never return . this store is in a lower middle class areas of coulmbus oh but we still would like to have a nise store to go too. this is the most unorganized store i have ever seen . very dirty and trashy . the corparate office and the employees do not care about this store it shows a bad rep of this cain

ok i came to the store located in plainville ct and the manager asked me to put my bag at the door so i did then she follows me and has a coworker also follow me.. i was wearing a bandanas and a guns n roses shirt and a pair of fairly faded jeans with croc shoes i am a white guy and she was black..there was a few black guys in there who were not being followed and woman who had purses bigger then my bag.the coworkers there said she is very racist and done this same thing several times....

STORE #728 THE STORE MANAGER IN THIS STORE IS VERY VERY RUDE... SHE IS NOT GOOD TO BE A MANAGER IN THIS STORE COZ SHE YELLS ALOT TO HER EMPLOYEE.... Debbie mgr in chestertown maryland very rude and ignorant poor customer service and manager skills. This manager Debbie was talking about her employees and about vendors talking about older generation HOW RUDE GET RID OF HER SHE IS A DISGRACE TO OUR ELDERS. Her store is very dirty and nasty as well she is very poorly groomed as well and smells like smoke in the store every time
