Hi My dad and I set up a Facebook profile and his email is alaridge@yahoo.com and mine is Alaridge5@yahoo.com but every time I try to log onto my account it pops up with a Fix Misspelling and i click not this person and try to log on again but it brings me back to the same page what do I do Please help my email address is alaridge5@yahoo.com so please send my information on what to do. P.s we did everything possible and i called the number above but there was no one there and he deactivated his account it is a sunday so I will try tomorrow.

i've asked about 4 of my real friends to send you at facebook to delete my profile as i don't even comtroll it. there is a virus floating around on face book, it is a you tube video titled "you won't believe what she does next! do not open it !!!!!!

If I can not directly contact a Person such as the webmaster by email then you are a poor company with no courtesy to the customer.

Somebody hacked my facebook. I haven't had access to it in weeks. I tried every possible thing in help center on facebook. I tried changing password and it tells me that I've requested too many password resets even though i try every few days. I've identified friends, I've done e-mail finders, I've tried to call, I've literally tried everything possible. A email inst even associated with my facebook anymore. This sucks.

Facebook is becoming less and less accessible to the Blind and visually impaired community, being a billion dollar company you can contact developers to make sure that anyone that wants to use facebook can, not everyone has apps for cell phones to access them, I am also a business owner, I have my own business facebook page, and I think it is totally unfair that I cannot access it. You are a worldwide site and we should be able to use it. Being a member of the National Federation of the Blind, we have taken out lawsuits even against the federal government because they are suppose to be accessible and they are not. You think facebook is not safe from these issues. Think again.

Someone accessed my facebook account from Indonesia! There is now a $400.00 charge on my debit account for advertising which I DID NOT authorize. Unfortunately there is abolutely no place on your damn website to address this problem. You have the absolute worse technical support. Whats up with your corporate headquarters phone number? When it is dialed it is a fax line. When I try to send a fax to that number it WILL NOT go through! The address you hae listed on you forporate website is not even facebooks. Zynga has a real problem, but it is also Facebook's problem. Despite following Zynga's instructions to the letter, I have been hacked 3 times in last 2 weeks. Each time i lost more than 100 million poker chips, but that's not my biggest concern. If hackers can get into Zynga and Facebook accounts on your computer this easily, what else can they access on your PC? I have removed Zynga completely from my PC and advise others to do the same. I am planning on doing the same with Facebook as i'm no longer prepared to take the risk that someone can access important private banking and investment info.
