My name is Brenda Ellis, like most postings my acct were easily, if not freely allowed to be broken into/phished/hyjacked & this will be my last attempt to plead for assistance from this corporation. Thru alot off investigation & documentation I discoverered that atleast thru the mobile phone threats & abuse I received THE ABUSER OF FACEBOOK ACCTS, GMAIL,GOOGLE & MOBILE PHONE TEXTS are from the CORPORATE HEADQUATERS...either old phone number or CURRENT SOLD number being ignored by Facebook. If I receive no response after this 8th&father I will legally take action. A stalker from my past has been allowed to repeatedly seize all my info and send others fraudulant/abusive things under my name& abuse me over & over. I have...like most changed passwords many times,reset security/privacy, & begged for help. JOHN LEWELLAN MESUITE TX tried &almost 3 times, robbed my home, &stolen my identity DALLAS COUNTY TX of this & tried to get help from Facebook. THEY WILL .DONE.

Ok starting off I think facebook has been going to far with all the changes they have made. First topic is the messages, they have restore all old messages that I have deleted a very long time ago and the only way to delete was to open up the message and than delete. Do you " facebook " even realize that you are opening up a chance for virus to enter our computers which is what happen to my trying to delete the dam messages! I deleted the messages in the past for a reason and did not want them restored which makes me think that the message truly never go away. When you go to ask for help it tells you that you have two choices to delete 1. Is on side of the picture box WHICH IS NOT THERE or 2. Open the message. I DO NOT WANT TO OPEN THE MESSAGES, because of a virus that came from your system that people are taking advantage of. This chat thing is another piece of you know what! Why do I need everything restore that I typed months ago.. FACEBOOK make more changes and please go back to being able to delete without going into message and get rid of this dam chat thing. thank you for you time today

What rankles me is trying to access messages and posts on my wall. Today I have received several When I paly the "Answer Five Questions" game, it leads me to posts by Maxine. What I was after was posts by Galyon. No matter what I tried, I was led back to the same place. Then the "25 coins" thing came. I could only come up with twenty three people to "tag". Then, your pop-up said I needed 35 coins. I don't know 35 people in the entire world. Besides, if Ian't come up with 25, how can I produce 35 ? WHAT GROSS STUPIDITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of childish crap is that? Someone sends a message and you have to spend valuable time playing stupid games. Your site is hard enough to navigate anyway. La cuestión es que he creado una cuenta hace tiempo en facebook y cuando estaba haciendo el mantenimiento facebook ha acusado la existencia de un supuesto virus en mi máquina, quisás el koobface y que mi cuenta estaria bloqueada hasta la eliminacion del virus o malware. He pasado vários antivirus y antimalware y he hecho la limpieza pero aun asi no logré entrar en mi cuenta. Entonces abri una nueva cuenta con otra direccion de correo que tengo y estoy navegando por facebook normalmente con esta nueva cuenta. Entonces, ¿como mi máquina está con virus si puedo acceder mi nueva cuenta de facebook pero la que necesit no? Esta es mi pregunta, es decir, veo una profunda contradicción en la forma como actua facebook. Me bloquea mi cuenta principal por supuestamente estar con virus mi máquina pero con la misma máquina navego en facebook con una nueva cuenta¡¡!! ¿Pueden explicarme lo que sucede? Gracías.

I have developed a problem with the posts that are made to my address. They will duplicate over and over at least 7 times. I cannot find a fix anywhere for this. If I don't get a response soon I will delete my facebook account.

I have reported Justin Wilson from Lincolnton NC for a comment he made about me that is a verbal attack on my character-at no provail has it been removed. We are going through legal troubles with this man and he has made threats. I have used facebook for several years and never felt like I was not safe. If anyone is reading this please contact the right person and at least go in and delete it off his page. Does facebook not have some type of legal responiblity to remove these attacks. Esp. after they have been reported time after time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. He is defaming my character and my lawyer is looking into pressing charges.

I had my ability to request friends suspended because of an ex girlfriend and now I cant even request family because of her. How hard is it to just point, click and delete a request if you dont want to friend them?? Furthermore, I think it is irresponsible of Facebook to take the liberty of suspending one's right to ask someone if they would like to be friends on facebook because of a spurned ex-girlsfriend. My friend is having some issues with threats/harassment on FB. Her step-mother keeps hacking into her dad's account and putting all these hateful and degrading things on her wall, in messages, IM's, and even comments. She hates to delete her dad from FB or block him because her and her Dad are on good terms. Is there anything else she can do? Also, her stepmom is threatening to put up pictures of my friend from when she was in prison, can she do anything about those pictures (degrading of character?)? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

I was just informed that I cannot ask strangers to be friends....I just want to make friends with different people from different parts of the world..no other reason ..no bad intentions at all....not fair... Facebook boots me off and what I don't understand is ho Facebook can allow a gang to have a Facebook page...where they show the guns they use and where rival gangs can mouth off to eachother...I'm sure that some of the guns that were allowed to be pictured have been used to kill people...but I cannot try to make friends???????...I'm not allowed to ask people to be friends for two days....I've never put anything nasty or inappropriate on fb...but gangs can display weapons??

Someone has set up a fake facebook account for my friend Geno Jessmon. Everything written and all the pictures have been stolen by someone and being used to harrass him and his friends and family. Several of his friends and family, including myself, have emailed you several times asking you to delete the account and to date nothing has been done. I have used Facebook for several months. Over those months, on at least two ocassions (lasting days to weeks)I have been unable to access the site itself. I am not sure if there is a blip in the program or I have been banned or what. I can't seem to get answers from Facebook. They claim that I 'could have been a victim of phishing' and then still no help. I changed my password I don't know how many times, and still no results. I have not violated any(at least not to my knowledge) of their many ambiguous policies. I only use the site for social chatting and play a few online games that Facebook offers, ie Farmville etc. I do get aggravated with all the free advertising that these games vomit out, no matter how many times you hit 'skip' or 'cancel' they still do it. I have not offended anyone, at least as far as I know. I am a professional using the site to communicate with my children, friends and other family members. I have my profile set to private and only a few select folks are allowed to view that, ie my family. Facebook why are you so negligent of maintaining a site you opened specifically for social networking, and then neglect to service that website with more integrity? Very disappointed with the 'non' service and the endless loop of your so called 'help center'....bad business is what it is.

As a recruiter speaking on the times of an e-networking world that is being developed. I find that it would be beneficial to help facebook friends find more friends with a simple search tool. This will allow more networks to occur and further make Facebook a continued networking tool with friends in mind!
