I wish I had read the reviews. WORST company to deal with. I basically just lost $14,000 in flights. Their website was misleading and said only a passport was required to enter the USA. They were wrong, now I can't use any of these credits. NOT HAPPY! Worst decision ever.

Terrible customer service! I will never again order anything from expedia. They are a shallow company that rip people off of money. My situation is a long one, too much to explain but believe me. Their customer services agencies are all overseas which they cannot speak english are so rude. Please, do go through expedia. They are a nightmare!

This has been a NIGHTMARE experience and it keeps getting worse! I have spent several hours on the phone and being put on hold and ALWAYS being sent to the Philippines. No one will help me and instead I get the run-around and end up with reservations to the wrong destination! Whatever money they claim to save you is not worth it! I will report them to the BBB! Please save the aggravation and do not use this company!

I will advise everyone to not use Expedia the over charge you, and have the worsssstttt customer service ever, your on hold for hour and then they have no clue what to say to you, after the fact..... 1 star isnt good for this company

If there was a choice for less than 1 star i would have chosen it. Unblievable!!! The worst company, customer service, information, I have ever had to deal with. As a traveling consumer I will never never use this joke of a company. Website malfunctioned and charged my credit card when it should not have. After 2 hours of a runaround on the phone they have the nerve to tell me there is nothing they can do. After being hung up on twice. Horrible Horrible.

ANYONE USING EXPEDIA FOR TRAVEL PLANS IS A FOOL!!!!!!!!!What a worthless company Expedia is!!!!! Made reservation with Expedia on American Airlines on Aug 10. On Aug 12 Expedia contacted me to say American had changed our connecting flight which would not get us to our destination on time. Expedia employee stated they could cancell the refund for a full refund because the change was an American Airlines initiated change. I have been trying to get my refund since Aug 12th and no one at Expedia will help. They say American is responsible for the refund; American Airlines says Expedia is responsible for the refund. I am in a loop and no one at Expedia will take ownership of the problem to get my refund they promised. I have called the Corporate office phone number for Expedia and no one will ever answer the phone. Call merely goes to a recording. IF YOU USE EXPEDIA YOU WILL BE SORRY! THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT ASSIST YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. ANYONE USING EXPEDIA IS A FOOL!!! WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER TRIED TO DEAL WITH.

We made reservations at a hotel in Las Vegas and got a dump, people were very rude, they had our names revered with our last name and when they could not find us in there system we were told to step aside. They would not do anything to find our reservation we handed them our confermation and was told they could not go by that because it was a 3rd party. Once we found out they had our names twisted then we were told there was a spa fee of $10.00 per day "whats that!" well, come to fine out its a fee for wi-fi, our TV was broken and had lines going through it when we adived the hotel they sent a service man who said that he did not think he could fix it and if not he would repace it with another TV. Well we never saw another TV the whole week were there. Then asked the front desk if there was room service we were told no, asked not even coffee sd sorry no. The only nice thing we can say is the Cleaning lady was the only nice person. We hope they realize that she was the only thing that kept us there and did not go to another hotel.

I booked my ticket and then I added a additional flight and they messed my trip I was suppose to leave on Tuesday they booked me for monday though they charged me extra 178 dollars to add a overstay in chicago I was ready to pay but not after paying $ 178 they still messed up and now they want to chargeme again . I will never use expedia travel never again their customer service is horrible and very rude . Expedia lately has every cust survey is below average I guess they don't care .never never again rip of .

SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS POS WEBSITE!!! NEVER EVER EVER WILL I USE THIS SITE AGAIN!!!! TOOK MY MONEY CHARGED ME 4 TIMES!!! AND NOW ME AND MY CHILDREN CAN'T GO SEE MY HUSBAND BECAUSE THEY WON'T REFUND MY MONEY ON TIME!!!!!!! FUCK YOU EXPEDIA!!!

Will not EVER again use Expedia for any kind of travel. They are deceitful in their star ratings and will not work with the customer in rectifying simple problems that can bring satisfactory results for both parties. They are ignorant to what customer service and customer loyalty can earn them. As such, they will never have my business in the future.

Expedia web site charge me 7 times the amount for one booking.i said Seven $220x7 times.i try to get their customer support .5times until now.the creeps are putting me on hold and getting disconnected after a while.i m still trying to make sense of this unreal situation .

On the Star rating above are there any choices less than one star. Unfortunatly if your reading this review it probably to late and you have already experienced the worst customer service on the planet EARTH!!! I am amazed that they have not read any of the reviews on this site and had the intelligence to correct their ways. They must be making a boat load of money and just don't care!!! So because of the way they do business I will no longer use their services and will make every effort to inform others as well. Remember one bad experience can snow ball into an economic downfall in your companys revenue.

This is night mere, worst experience ever, they are theft, scam, money or blood sucker. That was night mere for me, that day was one of my worst day ever,I lost my reunion and wedding, but I had to purchase another ticket amount of 335 dollars to go to my trip but I had leave 6 hours early to drive 4 hours to get to San Francisco and then flew to Atlanta, rent a car drive 3 hours to Knoxville and I had to leave Knoxville to Atlanta 8.00 pm for 4 hours with Gray hound in Atlanta which cost me 40 dollars and take a Taxi to airport which cost me 30 dollars. My flight was Friday 30 of August 5.30 am but I was so brook by then I had to stay in airport at night for morning flight. It was very angry, upset, annoyedand inconvenient because of your mistakes, look at your customer comment section and see how people are unhappy with your system.my original ticket was 475 dollars and I will get my money back, Please to all customer to Expedia, lets fill out petition and go after them, I was on the phone 3 hours and another lady in airport said she stay on line few days ago for 5 hours, now you see what is going on with these theft seating their and getting every bodies money.

They mislead me in order to convince me to book a room. they are the worst in customer service and the worst in knowing about facts and information.

BOYCOTT EXPEDIA is right. They use Marriott's site information and don't even mention that they are Expedia. I would think that would be illegal. The Marriott site gives discounts and says that you can change the reservation or cancel it. It's not until you book a reservation that they tell you can't cancel and you can't get a refund, plus they don't give discounts. They are crooks. I can't see how this can be legal and shame on the hotels that sell them blocks of rooms to peddle.

My rating is actually a - 0001 I am sending a letter to your home office about the horrible email one of your employees wrote to me. I have talked to every person I can trying to find out what to do..... of course they don't know. I DO know Start at the top get things done. As a Senior Citizen I deserve better treatment. I have contacted the Better Business Buerau, Planet Feedback.com as well as Facebook under my name, Facebook, under Australia and the Facebook page for Australia sending the NASTY remark about the wonderful people in Australia.

Extremely dissapointed with Expedia. After many, many years of using Expedia for all my travel needs, they lost my business. I called to cancel a flight and I was told I would get credit to use within a year. I called to use my credit and after many hours on the phone and many supervisors later, they have no idea what I'm talking about and I have no credit. They are rude, liars and theifs.

I have had only one experiece with Expedia. This will be my only use of this company.You overcharge for making a reservation. A fifty dollar charge for making a reservation is ridiculous. We had heard that hotels were cheaper if we went through You! Wrong! We were double billed. We also found out that we could have gotten the hotel $50.00 cheaper had we called the hotel itself. I would advise not to use this site. It is a rip off for the consumer.

I'm in total agreement, my only regret is that I didn't research before using them. They are horrible money hungry creeps. A scam!
