Rude & Poorly Ran
Bought a dress at full price, one week later it went on clearance and my dress wont arrive for 2 months!! Not to mention the lady that was helping me was attending to 3 other "brides" and cancelled my bridesmaid appointment due to needing a lunch break.

This is the worst place to go if you are getting married. They make a so many mistakes and only have an excuse after excuse for themselves. The online invitations I ordered came wrong, not only in store is horrible so are the online services!!!

Worst service I have ever had in my life. Will never ever go there again. Had to pay 2x the amount of the dress to have it altered and they are rudest people I have ever met! Never again!!!!!
Zero customer service
Tried calling corporate office for help with billing issue and was hung up on by the rudest person that clearly had no manners or training. When I called back and asked for manager or corporate president name, and she then refused to speak. What company acts like this? Do they not see these reviews? I can't give a zero so forced to give one star. Trust me they don't deserve that.
Terrible Customer Service
My daughter purchased her wedding dress at the Fort Collins CO store and she bought her current size, well, she has lost weight and is continuing to lose weight so the dress does not fit. She went into the store and was told that she would have to lose 20 pounds for the dress to be unalterable as you can only go down 2 sizes and then they can't alter if you go below that. She was put in a dressing room and nobody came to her, she put the dress on and had to have another customer zip her up and then the store manager never came and when she did finally come she said my daughter smelled like cigarette smoke and so did the dress and they wouldn't exchange it. She treated my daughter like she was trash. DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS/BRIDAL PARTY DRESSES AT DAVID'S BRIDAL.

I'm extremely upset with Davids Bridal. The first time I went in to try on a Bridesmaid dress and 2 flower girl dresses for my daughter I had an appointment . When the receptionist told the women I was here I seen her roll her eyes and say " a brides maid really!" Ok not a good start. Today I went in to place my order and I could not get anyone to help me. I was told to ask someone else and one of the women told me she was new. So i replied "i just need someone to zip my dress" but i get she wasnt trained to do that. 1 hr later and 2 kids with me. I finally walked out. So upset and unhappy!

Worst experience ever
It took them three tries to order me the right size dress. When I finally got the right size dress the seamstress was so rude to me. I will never deal with David's bridal again. I'm so glad I didn't get my bridesmaid dresses from them. This company will never see business from my friend family or I ever again

In Novemeber 2012 my daughter put her wedding dress on layaway at the Hagerstown, MD store. Since the dress on the rack was her size, this is the dress she was sold with the understanding it would be steamed and cleaned. She took it back 2 months ago for alterations which were done. When she took it back today for steaming and cleaning they told her they don't clean the dresses. And it won't be ready to pick up from having it steamed until 8/15 for her wedding on 8/17 so no time to take it somewhere else. So she's stuck with a dress that is dirty on the hem and has all the other brides-to-be pit marks. The managers response was "well it's just like buying off the rack at Wal-mart". Except it's $600.

Davids bridal has unprofessional managers that talk to you with such disrespect and they gossip. I asked a manager at the redlands store if I could have the corporate number to speak to a supervisor and I was told that I was playing the system. Now tell me if I am wrong. When you go into the store and you are not satisfied with the service or results can younot ask for the corporate number no matter how many times you have to do so. I was so disrespected I wanted to run out of the store. When you call to complain or discuss a matter the number to their corporate office is a recording that says that they will call you within 24 hours and they never call you back. I am going to keep trying until I reach the top so that my complaint will be heard.

I have no rating for them when I went to the store two days in a row no one helped me and when I asked for help it was like it was too much to ask for help. They didn't have the dress I wanted so i ordered it from another store in another state paid for overnight ordered on Saturday called I on Monday because there is no tracking info she said because ups dont pick up on the weekend it is Wednesday the day I am supposed to get my order and still no tracking info so mad at the whole thing. Better off going to Macy's you will get better service.

I will never do any form of business with this company again. I ordered a dress a dress for my daughter. It was sent to a different state . I was promised a full refund and the dress for the inconvenience. Long story short, they mysteriously have no record of the sale at all. Now what ? My daughter missed her prom, I'm out $175.00 and I'm pissed. Don't buy from these people !
Selling of Personal Information
I cannot agree more about the selling of my personal information to partner organizations. Since going to the store to look at one dress (an experience that in itself was not enjoyable), I have received countless emails, mailings and phone calls. What is worse is that it is impossible to address this with the company. It would be nice to have a way to express disappointment with the corporate headquarters in a way but they do not have listed information. I would not recommend David's to anyone. If they cannot make money selling dresses and all the other garbage that they sell they should not resort to selling personal information of clientele.
Just to note to let everyone know from our experience that if you do not pay the outrageous prices to have your wedding gown altered through them that they will refuse to clean and steam your wedding gown. However, they do not tell you this until after you have taken the dress somewhere else to have it altered. After paying $1,000.00 for the dress and then you have to pay $150.00 for a bag to put the dress in they over charge you to have it altered. I can guarantee that we will never do any more business with them!
Horrible Customer Service
Absolutely horrible experience both at store and corporate level. Corporate rep hung up on me then calls me back and gives me total attitude. STore mgr told me she would give me full refund of dress since the alterations were not done as stated on receipt after store had it for a month, yet corporate said 'nope, no refund'. Basically the attitude is 'yes we can provide crap service, not do what we promise and too bad you still have to pay for it!'
Bride to be
I went in and tried on dresses. The person that helped me was nice and very helpful. My problem was that they sell your information and I have Men's Wearhouse calling me about tuxes and I'm getting emails from everywhere under the sun regarding wedding information. It's not helpful it's annoying...

First i order my dress back in march my wedding is not until the 29th of June. The lady told me that the dress will be back the end of May ok cool. So i call the weekend before memorial day.she states oh it is schedule to be shipped the 3rd of June.Blank stare what do you mean the 3rd.Can i speak to a manager so the manager get on line and states that they see the dress has been shipped and she guaranteed me that it will be here by the 1st.So i get a call my dress arrived it was the wrong dress and size.They dress did not fit I was beyond pissed.Then they tell me well we are sorry we can do a refund on the dress but since you paid cash we have mail you a check.Are you serious not only is my Wedding in 24 days i have no dress and my money is going to mail no telling when it will get here.They have to do better I am beyond pissed and dont know where to begin to get a dress in 24 days.And all they can say is they are sorry.
Independence MO store misqoutes alterations and when you purchase a dress and size based on that and then you find out it will be 3 to 4 times that amount. Now I am stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and since I got a good deal on the dress they told me there wasn't anything that they could do.
