The people who own&operate these stores should be shot. I hope the average person,who reads this&been ripped of by you basards,will realize the only way2 fix this situation is to start being more militant&hold the owners&their family responsible when they treat people like this.If the people who run this bussiness&their family know they will be beat2 death when they rob you,it will stop happening.Trust me.I will start posting the corporation owners personal address&info So you can get2 know them a little better :-)
on 9/18/11 i went to c.k. located in wauchula hills fla. to buy my beer as usual were i have been buying my beer for the past few years when the cashier decides to card me. ive been buying there for years from the same cashier all this time and she decides to card me. i say to her are u kidding me she says no im not. so i go back out and get my i.d. and she says i steel cant sell it to u. you know i thougt this cashier was my friend. she turn out to be just another c.k. back staber. people like that shoult not work at c.k. i am 47 years old. and have never been so humiliated in my life will some one do something about people like that. like fire her ass... my name is peter and thats the way i feel about this particuler emplyee thank you...........................................................................
I went to a circle k and they charged me twice for an $87 charge. I called them and they told me to come all the way back in to the store (30 min drive) just so they could concat a manager. I told them to call the manager and call me back. Once they called me back they told me the assistant manager will be in the next day between 6am and 2pm and that she will give me my money back. So I drive all the way out there only to be told I have to wait another 3 days until the manager comes in so she can do something about it because nobody there knows what to do. So because of their mistake I have to wait 4 days to get my own money back.
Dear Circle K, I visited your store across the street from Eagle Quik Mart at 617 Picacho a couple weeks ago in the middle of a rain storm. When I arrived, there were elderly people in front of the store that had a broken vehicle. When I walked in, I noticed above the hot dog and nacho warmer, the roof was leaking water on the machine and falling on the floor. I asked the female employee if she knew the roof was leaking all over the floor. She told me she was aware of it but was really rude, they (herself and a male employee) were, in really loud clear voices, putting down customers from that day. So I took it like she had a bad day and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I didn't say anything else and I hoped that you guys wouldn't be looking at a lawsuit, had one of the elderly slipped on the puddle. She was clearly rude to me, so much, that another customer commented on her rudeness and said I was only trying to help her with her job. Now we'll get to the complaint I am making about my visit to the same Circle K on Sep. 1st, at about 12am. I went in to purchase $10 of gas at pump #3. The rude girl from the other day was working and was the cashier. I already expected rude service from my experience before so when I asked for gas she was, once again, rude. I slammed the money on the counter looked her right in the eye and said you have a good night. I went to the pump and NO GAS. I reset it numerous times they didn't set it up on the inside cause the screen still had zeros on it. Not the amount zeros but the zeros you see when its waiting to be set. So I went back in even madder and I started yelling at her to stop playing games, I asked what I did to her that she is so rude to me? The other girl was laughing at me to. I explained to them that I didn't like being there by myself in the middle of the night as it is. It's a bad area and someone has been murdered in front of her kids while waiting for her husband there a couple years ago. They were still smirking and said the pump was set. I went back outside and tried the pump again. This time is was set for me but no gas was pumping out. I reset it time and again before I asked a customer that was walking in to tell them it wasn't working. I wanted to avoid further confrontation with these girls. He said she told him it should be working and they were making fun of me. I went in again for a 3rd time and asked her to switch pumps. She slowly was telling me how to use a pump like I was stupid. I told her I knew how to use it, I was a paying customer and if she would stop mocking me, she would hear me asking her to put the money on #4 and I will drive my car to the #4 pump. She did that and I proceeded to the other pump. Still no gas. I even tried the more expensive gas thinking it was out of unleaded at both pumps. They were clearly not giving me what I paid for and talking about me inside according to the guy that was trying to help me out. I finally walked in and got my money back. I told them all of the incident was on the videos, I know her manager, and I will be notifying them and the female with glasses still had the smug smirk on her face. I went in very irrate only one time, the other times, I gained my composure and was calm. I realize I made a fool of myself becoming that irrate but it doesn't make sense that these girls laughed about me being scared of being there all this time when someone has been murdered at the same location. I don't think I'm the only one this has happened to and I don't think any customer deserves the service that was or wasn't given. I realize they have the right to refuse service to anyone, but they didn't refuse my service. They took my money and refused to give me what I paid for. My rating isn't even 1 Star. These girls don't even deserve that.

I work at the circle k down the street from my house and go to school full time. In one month our hours have been cut 3 times but our sales have been going up a few grand a week. We are being punished? and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. I have to go to school in the mornings and then come to work and work BY MYSELF at night because we dont have enough hours to have more then one person on each shift. Thats dangerous considering we are a gas station! I dont know how this company expects me to stock, clean, and take care of line thats backed up from the register all the way to the back coolers BY MYSELF. Whats worse is that on a friday and saturday night its busy non-stop. People are complaining. But theres not a single person i can talk to so they can explain to me why we are being punished when we are making you the money. These stores make enough money in one day to pay us for a month. I dont understand. If someone doesnt fix this soon alot of people are going to be looking to jobs else where. Please give me a number I can call.

Hello I am circle k worker i work at nogales az in store 0259, when i first went into training in tucson an 90min drive to training that i went for two days (never saw a penny of the gas said was going to be paid) i was told that in graveyard shift you got paid a slightly more then workers,who work in day time, but i have not seen no penny of that money... im barely make it through with the minimum wage there paying me and not considering that at times after i get off work at 7am i have to go back in at 3pm to work till the grave yard shift co worker come and cover the shift MY QUESTION IS WHAT CAN I DO WHERE COULD I TURN TO so i can get what i was promise...
Your store at 7475 Jefferson Hwy. In Jefferson, LA Has got to be the worst unproductiv, unprofessional store I have ever seen. The employees don't care how the store Looks, they NEVER I stress NEVER have straws (2 times in 1 week). When I asked for a # to call a d.m. or corporate they said they couldn't give it to me wth!? I go to one of your stores (#1773) in Tucson, AZ everyday on my way to work. I spend about $10.00 a day which may not seem like much to you, but that is $50.00 a week. I cannot understand how a company that refers to itself as a CONVENIENCE store can constantly run out of the same products over and over again before a light goes off in the managers head. "Hey maybe I should double the order next week" Every 2 days they run out of Copenhagen long cut and then I am forced to get somthing else which does not make me happy at all. If you know you are selling out quick order more. Also to run out of Coke and Coffee is unacceptable. Someone needs to go in there and teach the manager how to inventory and order based on selling history. I am to the point i do not want to go in there anymore and I have been for 7 years.
From what I am reading above..The one requirement to work and manger a Circle K is Rudeness. Being that I am a 51 yr old female and was asked to see my ID to buy smokes. I smiled and said no problem . As I came back in there was a lady standing in front of me. She wasn't card'd .So I said to the clerk. May i ask why you didn't ask to see her ID..She in return in a Very Rude way and Rolling of the Eyes raised her voice and pointed to there Cig policy sign. . In return I said my Point exact why was she not card'd.. Her answer was she is one of my Sister's. With a smirk on her face. I walk and away and said Well This White Sister wont be back. The other clerk on duty followed me outside .To say to me Hope you turn her in. I wonder why everyone here complains? I can not grasp why people, like you all, harp on the trivialities in life. It makes you all look shallow and pedantic. Sad thing is most, not all however, of you are apathetic to the feelings of others (lack of empathy on the consumer side). Sadly, when forced to realize this, few are penitent for their obscene,discourteous, and callow behavior. How would you like to have someone come into your place of business and yell and curse at you? I experienced this feeling on an every day basis. Yet, I did not deserve the treatment I received. Many of your complaints are valid, albeit inane and bothersome, but lack "foundation". Most of you try to appeal to, for example, a Corporations by claiming that we, as cashiers, have no sense of moral,ethical, or structural values. However, you lack them also. Face it, you are no different than us. So suck it up, grow-up, and deal with it. Nobody will care what you say (like you wouldn't if anybody complained to you). :) Oh and to refer to James Howell, who by the way is a total douche (female cleaning device), thankx!

I did not even want to give it one star..Circle K has distroyed me life...last month while parked at the gas pumps a truck small semi pulled in and hit the pole the awing over head came crashing down upon my jeep ..yeah I was stuck in PHX for near 4 days leaving my sick wife alone on our montain top home with only 400 gallons of water as we haul water she had to melt ice to drnk water it got so bad..I had to sleep in my jeep it was headline news and it took that for the big K to offer me 300.bucks to get home..and i had to decline because where was I to leave my jeep..I missed days of work to make whats turning into a life long night mare my jeep is still not fixed they don't want to admit to guilt even if it was on thier property..The trucking co aslo sent an adjuster seems the big k shut them up somehow and smugly said take our offer of what is B.S not even close to what two mechancis ave estmated the damages to be.. they belittled the little man..And their customer care is indeed careless and care free...I have had to endure 12 years of rude employees always snotty rude and now this...I can only pray and hope that justice will prevail and it may take a long time but the little man refuses to be just that the little manMartin And Kelly Tagaban
I visit the macon store location at seven thirty on spring st...where your employee shanee harris walked from behind the counter threaten me that she will beat my asz because she held my pay at pump reciept inside that I had to go inside n get only for her to start a no job related question asking me about her baby dad graylon graham n their child. She kept asking me y I would nt let her child meetmy child n I told her never she then kept getn upset telling me since I dont want them to meet get out her store I dont need be here when I then told her this is a public store that I shop at alot .sge then said bitch get out here n put your baby down so I can beat your asz infront of all the customers she left some in the store n outside waitin unattend her job to try to threaten and fight mewith a child I. Hand, you should not have employees who are high and crazy working in a publjc sstore around people
I have placed calls to you and get no return call, Talked to the manager in the store about credit card fraud. I was told it was my fault my card was stolen and used in their store. Well it is your fault that your employess dont ask for Ids! When a 20 year old hands you a AARP credit card that should be a red flag. hmmmmmm! I am not paying for these charges which are several hundered dollars worth nor am I paying the 3000 to Walmart who are just as lax and lazy as the people at your store!
this day in age, you'd think customer service is any business' number 1 priority. cashiers were rude, didn't say a single word to me, and i frequently have to go in to get a receipt because they neglect to refill the receipt paper roll. i would rather go out of my way to get gas at another service station. so how long do you think circkle-k will last with such poor attitide from their employees in the field locations? giving one star rating is even too much!
I wish I could rate this store a negative 50. Circle k on highland rd in baton rouge has the worst costumer service. The cashiers are rude and act like I can't go to another store. At 2 pm on sat July 10,2011 I waited in line 5 mins and the cashier told me I had to wait so she could count her drawer. I asked y she didn't clear the line then do that I had been waiting. She told me I better get out her face and called me a bitch. It's been like that for years. I work across the street and have been there for years. They seem to find the ones who don't wanna work. Who are only there for a check. If u don't wanna work in costumer service then don't. Hire people who would at least have some kinda people skills. I shouldn't be harassed when I have to purchase items. It's is consumers money that make their paychecks.
Have been a customer of your San Jose CA store at Santa Teresa Blvd and Bernal for the past four years. I purchase gasoline, and am a frequent Coffee customer. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I have yet to find one that did't go out of their way to help the customer. Surely they too, can have a crapy day now and then, but it doesn't show in their interaction with the customer. And, just for the record, I am not, nor ever have been, a Circle K employee. As most consumers, I am quick to complain, but it is rare that I will praise.
