I was stunned as well as insulted at the level of ingratitude displayed by a cashier by the first name of Mike at the Guadalupe Rd/Country Club store in Gilbert AZ. I go to that store 5 days a week on my way to work as a security officer and had an instance where I had left my wallet at home. I always get 3 liters of powerade at this store and have always paid for the 44oz refill, and have paid my bill EVERY time . Well today I had only .70 cents of the .87 cents that as needed and asked this ONE TIME If he (mike) would help me out and I would have the whopping .17 cents that I would owe. Mike said that he was afraid of getting in trouble and that he couldn't do loans. He made this place sound like payday loan place !!!! I told him listen I'm not some thug off the streets and I come in here every single day!!!! As I was leaving I spin around and demanded I talk to his supervisor. Me. Mike calls he supervisor and runs the Whole conversation and comes off I him s though I'M the one who's being obstinate???? I told him that "I thought I Said that I WAS going to talk to the supervisor. I was boiling hot and pissed off at this point, being treated like a thug, and now Mike called me a guy one the phone!!! I took of my hat and pulled my hair out of its scrunchee and said "SHE" said that she wanted to talk to the supervisor!!!! So mike hands me the phone and I told him that I'm not a guy for one and were gonna straighten that out right now!! The supervisor self sodomized himself bad by arguing with me saying that "wete going to straighten this out: you don't have enough money, we don't have to sell you product ." I hung up the phone and threatened a complaint to the district manager.

I cannot believe that you expect older people to work third shift by their self. unbelievable. with crime like it is it's just going to be a matter of time before they get killed or hurt especially in the area they are in, but why would you care. right? you just suck the life out of them and replace them when they are gone. you have no care about your people

Employees are treated like shit we get no breaks, no lunch breaks fourced to work all hours with zero breaks get coustumers who scream at you when things go horribly wrong and you cant fix them becasue the manager didnt do some thing right and is gone for the day. snotty children who have zero maners. cleaning non stop. forced to go hours with OUT EATING THEN PEOPLE HAVE THE FUCKING NERVE TO GO ON A WEB SITE AND BASH YOU! YA IM FUCKING PIST IM FUCKING TIERD. BUT I GET UP EVERY FUCKING DAY TO GO TO A JOB WHERE PEOPLE BASH YOU! I PUT ON MY FUCKING UNIFORM AND AND DO THE BEST I FUCKING CAN! WE HAVE TO FALLOW THE DAM LAWS AT THIS CIRCLE K NOT MY FUCKING PROBLEM! I WEAR A DAM SMILE EVEN WHEN I AM A BOUT TO FAINT FROM DAM EXHAUSTION. AND ALL OF THAT TIME IM ALONE!

I work at circle K, and it is hard work. Age is very important is a clerk is sensitive and before ultimate wrong or right procedure is optional. Some i.d.s aren't meant to slide and are valid, so slide and over doesn't always go through. You don't know if the person will have a sliding i.d.. I rely more on ultimate phrase of uncertainty then no sale with given clues like how old are you at first. And age is important because we card under 30 making it very important. People don't just do or don't in an i.d. process.

She treat employees with the feet and overall in front of customers. Few months ago I was in the store and i saw her treating an employee that they used to have there named Allan so bad because he asked for extra days off, I was right behind her waiting for service. I think that this manager should be separated from her position because she is really rude to all the employees, vendors, delivery guys and to customers. People in general, I suggested to all of you, don't go to this store. Thank God Wava is already opening new stores down here in Orlando, I hope that this bussiness goes out completely!!

I am sick and tired of listening to the constant gossiping and cussing in the Phillips Road store in Lanett, AL. I hear the Manager get onto this one employee continuously but she has the most vulgar mouth of any one I've ever heard of. She screams across the store at people and tells them if they don't like it her way to go some where else. She gossips and asks every employee lots of personal question, very inappropriate personal questions. I have seen her give her family free food and drinks all the time. I guess she just hasn't got caught yet. You need to get that pyscho out of your store before something really bad happens. She going to cuss the wrong person one day and disrespect someone thats not going to just let it go. Her name is Janet and she is the most loud mouth, obnoxious person I've ever seen in my life. I have heard her ask people things extremely person and she talks about sexual things and vulgar and inappropriate things in front of everyone. Her Manager seems to be the sweetest, most humble & polite person but I would be embarrassed to tell her the things I've heard this people say. Please, Please for all of the customers sake, get her out of your company, she makes your company really look trashy......Over all the store is a great store and the other employees seem to act appropriately so please take my advise and do something about this seriously disturbed employee. I think it would make a wonderful improvement to that store and some of the customer may start coming back there once she is gone because I'm not going back in there if she's there. She humiliates me everytime I go there. The Manager, Linda is precious and polite and always helpful. PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUS......

ON MEMORIAL DAY/MONDAY AT 245PM I WENT INTO THE CIRCLE K ON RT 192/IRLO BRONSON HIGHWAY.7626 WEST IRLO BRONSON HIGHWAY KISSIMMEE FL.34747.THIS GUY** ABOUT **19 YEARS OLD WAS REALLY,BAD ATTITUDE, MOSSING ALONG,PURPOSELY,UNPROFESSIONALLY TAKING HIS GOOD OL TIME CHECKING OUT THE OTHER EMPLOYEE**WHO JUMPED AHEAD OF ME BUYING 2 CASES OF BEER,IT MUST OF TOOK HIM 6 MINUTES TO BAG UP A LIME!! I have gone to the Circle K at 35th and peoria fir the last 15 years, and this one guy in an idiot(I honestly think he has to be related to the manager, they are both philapino) I have heard him ask other customers inappropriate questions ie,(How old are you?" to a very young pregnant girl,and that is NONE of his business!) He is rude to the other employees, and I have witnessed this on several occasions, but today, he was trying to train, and deal with customers, and it must have been too much for him, because he was VERY rude to me! I was turning in my lottery tickets, and he proceeded to tell me "first off, YOU need to learn how to play the lottery!" he shook the UNICEF change container, and shook out a quarter(which is also disturbing) scratched the ticket, and stood there waiting for me to apologize! Then when I got my change, he gave a coin dollar, and I did not realize it, so I put it in the change Unicef container, then I realized it, and told him, "You only gave me two dollars." he sighed and shook the dollar out of the container, and proceeded to tell me that was also a dollar, he is VERY rude, and should not be in retail of any kind!

most stores are great/ I have to contest that over the years the appearence of he stores has really gone downhill/ that in some Circle K the clerk appearence is questionable at times scarry looking you think that the clerk is gonna rob you. With all this aside for all the rudeness an violence that people initate upon the clerks most of them do a pretty good job...People question the policy of when a clerk gets robbed why.. without realizing rules are put into place for safety reason example too much money in the registar and resistance...which causes risk to everyone even those down the road....if the stores have good management clerks will mimik there boss if the boss just does bookwork all day and has no pride in his/her store that becomes the norm with all employees at that particular site and gives the rest a bad image... Circle K is a great place to shop and work when management takes pride in there stores and employees...too many people who is one here complaining they get upset cause they exspect too many things for free and give the clerks a bad attitude ...corporate needs to back there employees instead of constantly threatening them about they can be replaced thus cause bad moral...

My gas was finished I could not get a recipt then I looked around and saw this man in uniform and asked if he could help me get my recipt. This man look like he is a pardon the very frank words ( a loser ) he was rude and told me he could not help becaus he was busy. I asked what he was doing that he could not help. He said I have to take out the trash. I said what should I do then, he shrugged his sholders and left. I pulled my car in parking space so others can get gas there they were waiting for, and walked in. Then while waiting in line I overheard three other customers complain that they did not get a receipt at the pump. Then I knew I was not alone and it was not at just this one pump. By the way this is a very large station right off of a very busy street in the city. I went up to clerk and said this rude man would not help me I would like his name to report him and then I needed my recipt. This guy seemed clueless what to do, he then proceeded to ask what pump I told him then he said "you got $89 dollars on pump 10" I said no. Then he said yes you did. I said NO SIR I DID NOT please get that person that was rude to me in here so he can tell you what happeend. He would not he said he was busy, but I insisted he walk away from the counter and go outside and find this idiot. He did and then this person acted like it was no big deal. I said I was charged $89 on my credit card he laughed at me. He thought it was funny. Then I asked if the general Manager would be availble the remarks were " no he went fishing" I said somoene needs to get my recipt and help me. They refused. I told the idiot that would not help me in the beginning that my husband would be driving up with me on this matter and he said: "ha good luck with that!" I was furious and said, " OK I WILL " Then I went to get my husband we went up got general manager and he denied any wrong doing his name is Karl. He would not help I showed him the recipt that I was given that was not even my credit card. This receipt was given to me after I was getting pretty upset and the moron that would not help me threw me a receipt. It was not until a few minutes later that I realized it was not even my credit card receipt he gave me. So I call my bank and sure enough it was theif..The general manager did not even care nor did the person that allowed this to happen. I want to file a suit in court regarding this matter. THIS IS A OUT RAGE> STEALING OTHER Peoples money is illegal. THE MANGER LAUGHED AT ME! Yesterday about midnight i went to a circle K located in el paso TX, and i only needed some quarters to make an urgent call. When i came inside to the store I ask about some change and a guy named "David" told me that I needed to buy something, so well I wanted some coffee. When i grab the cup i wanted some cappuccino from the machine , when I pushed the button the machine splits boiling water into my hand and I screamed because it hurts a lot! The employee didnt say a thing. Not even a SORRY! . Im really pissed off and i want to do something about it my hand still hurts.

First off brett johns at store 0770, you cant spell. Its no wonder you make $8 dollars an hour, your an idiot . I have read your review And i am quite sure you should not be allowed to procreate. Secondly, My wife recently got her car washed at store #9787 . I want my $6 Back! I was cleaner before she "washed" it. Do your self a favor People .....go somewhere else.

Hey julie marx-bailey, Why do you care if circle k is selling alcohol before noon on Sunday? Bet its cause you go to church isnt it? Got news for you, GOD doesnt care what time we drink on sunday . Just a hunch but I bet he has better things to worry about like world peace or cureing cancer. As for the law julie , its a stupid one. If i can buy booze at 8 am the rest of the week why cant i buy it till noon on sundays? Because Of god ? Well what ever happened to the seperation of church and state? No wonder your business is declining ! I lived in Louisiana, Lafayette. I lived in Mobile, Alabama. I find your stores are clean and the people worked there are great. Then, when I returned to Los Angeles, CA. My neighborhood Circle K- 76 Gas Station people worked there think they are Police Stations. RUDE. This one located at Ave 26 / Figueroa 90065. They need some customer relations training. First of all, I understand that to buy cig., you have to be carded. I respect that law. But I am a old man 64 years old and with spectacle and hardly stand up straight. Do I look 18 ? She rudely said no ID no cig. I said, hey, I am not going back to my car to get my ID, I am handicap ! So, I turned around and go across street and Purchase my gas and cig. with no problem. I use $40.00 gas and 2 packs cig. 5 days a week. Valero gas station thanks to you for insulting your customers and become a good customers of theirs.

How about selling CNG (natural Gas) at the stores? Its the future and besides that I just converted my truck to run on CNG...Louisiana has a very generous program that will pay for the station setup.

dear c.k i work for you. so you know what we put up with, store hours being cut all the time and trying to jugal the job of 2 or 3 by your self alot of the time is nnot easy.o.k lets make coffe, hot dogs, hot sandwichs and try to keep everything stocked. god forbid you run out of lids or the dr.pepper runs dry on the foutain.becuse im traped behind the counter at rush hour by my self most every day.i do a great job and im fast enough that the customers loveme.its not that i wont work like a dog for eifght dollers and hour and smile cuz at leaste i have a job in this day in age. but when a secret shopper comes in (while they were installing the new foutain machein and the store was in cauos at the moment) and asks for smokes.i ask her for her i.d and look it over. she was 25 years young and the calirornia drivers licence was valid and in proper order.she decided she didnt want the new port cigerts and proceeded to hand me a RED CARD!i have got 2 green cards prier to this. she told be i didnt run it through the computer pos. so what! i cheeked her i.d. i did my job.i am suspended for 3 days. im being punished as a child would. i have never been so humilated as this.im 41 years old and ive been the head of many electrical companys. its time you big wigs pay attintion to the way you treat you employes and you wont have so many whore stors about your company.its prety bad when you treat us like dogs and punish us for doing a good job.why keep spending your money on change machiens and larger soda foutians.when you could treat us alittle better by letting the managers have more hours to give us.you would have a nicer work place and happer employes. how about rewarding the deserving instead of punishing us for things that are so rediculs that it made me actully set down and write you. i work in store 0770. my manager jessica is new to the possition has what it takes to be great. treat us right and we will make you lots of $$$$$$$$$$

I was in a hurry this afternoon and got a polar pop and needed fuel. I handed the female clerk a $20 bill and change. I said " this polarpop and whatever the remainder is on pump #2." The clerk stood there with her hands behind her back. I asked " will you put whatever change is left from the polar pop on pump #2" After a few seconds, i guess i'm a tad slow, i realized she was letting me know that she wasnt about to add my change up. (which turned out to be 5 qtrs, 4 dimes and 4 nickles)Anyhow, i said " you didnt have to get shitty with me, you couldve asked me to count the change if you didnt want to count it yourself." She said " I aint in thye change countin business and i want you out of my line, I'm not countin ur change or waitin on you" so i got at the end of the other line and waited an extra 10 mins, fueled up and left.

Be careful where you fuel! My husband filled up today at the Beaver Run BP Circle K #8823510 in Columbus, GA and now he has to replace his fuel pump and have his injectors cleaned out. I don't know if there was water in the unleaded regular or if a fuel hauler mixed diesel in it, but it was definitely bad. Over 19 gallons of bad fuel; now that's a real pain in the wallet! Since these Circle K's use contractors to deliver their fuel, maybe they can charge the company delivering the fuel for the cost to repair their customer's vehicles. Regardless of the final outcome, for the time being, we're stuck with bad gas and costly repairs.
