Yuba City, Ca. 95991 530-674-7010: COMPLAINT Monday morning 28 June 2010 My Wife bought a Pay As Go Card which was in the form of a print-out receipt with pertinent information. When she attempted to rely the information to the phone Company “T-Mobile” it was revealed that the was “No Pin Number” on the slip. She contacted the T-Mobile representative and they told her to return to the store where the Activation Status Report was purchased. Upon her return to the store she was given the run around by the store manager and told she could not give a refund or credit; and was told the “T-Mobile did this” I went to the store in person and was told the same thing after I had spoken with the T-Mobile phone representative. The Manager said she was off work and could not handle my request and the employee at the counter said her manager would have to handle the incident. On 29th of June 2010 my wife returned to the store and asked the manager (Laura) if she would talk with the representative by phone at T-Mobile, and this Laura Store Manager said she did not have time. I would Like my money back or a credit of $50.00 According to the sales slip. Employee Sarah sold my wife phone card listed as Tran Seq N: 3506790 and according to my wife she was training another girl so her attention was not focused on her customer. I have shopped at this store for many years and have never seen this sort of treatment or attitude by a store manger representing Circle K. I am sure you will remedy this problem because ruining the Circle K image would leave us little to gain. I can be reach at: Thank you for attention to this matter
You have an employee working at the Circle K on Rt. 92 in Sierra Vista, AZ who is very rude and agressive. I frequent that store on a regular basis and have never encountered a more hostile individual to the extent of feeling physically threatened. I have asked to speak to management to no avail. This employees name is: Keith Jonjeward. When I inquired about a product he refused to assist me. When I questioned him further he became verbally abusive. I do not plan on visiting Circle K again out of fear. In my opinion, he is not an asset to your corporation and detracts from your reputation. Thank You, E. Walsh
I was on vacation the week of june 1st to june 8th. I used 2 different credit card, both credit card companys have called with frauglent charges, in two of your Circle K gas stations. Both cards are now cancelled but I am wondering if your company is having problems with your credit machines? Please respond, Thank you W. Graham
330 North Huachuca Boulevard Huachuca City, AZ 85616-9303 Complaint and question, Why must I show my I.D to buy tobacco every time i buy it even when the employee has carded me many times before. They claim your policy is to card no matter if they know your age i am 39 years old and yes they know this. And then to boot I am told if i do not allow you to scan my A.Z C.D.L license into your data base. Is this true your company policy is to gather all my info. and not to verify my age. I know that they do not need to scan my I.D when they can manually punch yes I am of age and or manually key enter my birth date. Just wondering why Circle K as a cooperation needs all the info stored on the magnetic strip and if one does not want you to have it do you as a business refuse to service your consumer when they all willing to prove their age so you as an entity can comply with state and federal laws. But state laws or even federal laws for that fact. Please respond i doubt you will as I've seen your policy towards your customers. thankx
