Horrible customer service. I must have spoken to at least 20 different departments and 30 different people. Nobody could help me or tell me who to go to for help. At least half of the people were rude and apathetic. This has been a terrible experience.

If you don't need customer service all is well, but if you do need customer service, as they say in Brooklyn, forgetaboutit.

At the Bloomingdales in Atlanta, there is excellent customer service. Thanks to sales associate Marcus in the men's shoe department and floor manager Scott. The exemplify great customer service. Thanks to them we will remain loyal customers!!! Please make sure this comment reaches them!

Horrible store and bad customer service. Got a gift from Bloomingdales with a gift receipt and I tried to return it @ the store and I was told I can only get a ez exchange card . So freaking ridiculous! I hate this Store and will never shop there any more

My wife and I both ordered Hartmann luggage from an online sale. Same size, different colors. We both received confirmation e-mails and credit cards charged for both. I received mine, my wife received another e-mail saying it was discontinued. She wasn't offered the other color at the same price, only at the full price which was more than 3X the sale price. Calls resulted in no satisfaction. Long time shoppers there but will never shop at Bloomingdales again.

There is no chance whatsoever that I will ever shop with Bloomingdales again. After having to contact customer service no less than five times to still have my order screwed up and then be told I cannot even cancel it because it is in process, I don't want to get into the whole story...AGAIN. But This experience with Bloomingdales was, hands down, the worst shopping experience I've have ever had either with a bricks and mortar or online store.

Wonderful customer service in Soho, it is always a pleasure to shop in an exciting and friendly environment.

I bought $250 worth of merchandise at their presale day. They said because it is presale, I could not bring it home, I have to pick it up after several days. When I go to the store to pick it up, they could not find it. This is not hold, I already paid for it! I don't know why they did not give to me at the day I bought it. The day I buy the product and the day I pick it up, that is two days of waste time and gas!

Bloomingdales is the worst store in the world, please do not order anything from this store, they have the worst customer service in the usa. The people that are on the line first and foremost it's very difficult to understand what they are saying, and they have the audacity to be rude. This store will not remain much longer, you cannot continue to treat customers in this manner, and continue to have a business. I will never order from this company ever again, I was on the phone for three hours and they just couldn't get it, I just hung up the phone and found the item for less at one of the leading competitors in the business, sorry bloomgdale you are losing customer fast, how in the world can the CEO of a company not address these issue. sorry, they are just SORRY.

Charged me 228.71 and 291.34 for a bill for 250.00 Closed account - Too many good stores shop in beside I am usually the only one in the store except the sales people.

Insisted I pay over the phone and a check was already in the mail - Closed this account and want by check back. Paid twice upon and over paid.

Charged me twice for bill balance - hope you have fun with my money- closed this account - will buy and return items to keep you busy

Had me send one check and took routing number over phone and cashed that check also so two check given for one bill - I was one of the better customers.

You have a special sweet employee working in the Cleawater office - What a pleasure to talk to her. Hope you appreciate such good help - She is not related.

Closed my account after nasty phone call. Wanting my checking number - Bank has been notified if you have someone trying a fraud call to attach my check account. Was one of your best customers but wil shop at Dillards now

Watch out for fraud phone calls asking for payment- I had to close my account with this company do to this happenng.

Closed account -due to phone call - long time customer. Never gotten any bad calls from any department stores or accounts
