My family and I were at the Arby's in Merriville, Indiana (Mississippi Street off of Interstate 65) on 6-14-2011 @ 12:00pm. We placed our order at 12:08 and received our meal at 12:38. Not only was I the only one, their were multiple people waiting that long also. So long you guys easily lost any where from $100-$150 of service people walking out. I was the only one that spoke up for how long it took. Not only did I wait on my food, I asked the manager for my money back. Then it took another twelve minutes for him to credit my money back onto my debit card. So, I did a total of 42 minutes standing at the counter waiting!!!!!! Are you kidding me, for fast food. The thing is the weren't that busy. You guys need to send someone to retrain you employees, and the manager Jayson also. Because he clearly isn't training your employees properly. I use that Arby's when to and from Wisconsin, will never stop there again. Not sure if I want to go to any Arby's or food chain of Arby's ever again. Please contact me at angstanton@net zero.com.
I would like to know if we here in Torrington, Ct. can get an Arbys? I do not have the money to franchise the business but we have an empty Taco Bell building.I know many people would like to have one here in our town. As of right now we have to travel to Waterbury,Britsol to eat at this establishment and with gas prices having one closer would benefit the costumers and the business. Really getting tired of hamburgers, pizza,and chicken Arbys would be a refreshing change. Thanks you very much

Went to the arbors on Amarillo blvd in Amarillo tx and first of all a cook was smoking then went back to work with out washing his hands. When we left there was a dead rodent in the corner of the resteraunt !! Hope thus issue gets addressed!! I am a news anchor and love to eat at most Arbys facilities but thus experience ruined my taste for it!! Everyone makes mistakes and should have the opportunity to correct it!! go to the drive thru for a number two at 4.44 then decide not to have a drink wirh it and they want to charge me 6.89 for it what the hell is up with that???
I do not eat at this restaurant often but the last time I did I notices a very disturbing situation. Our city has trouble with ferrel cats. When going thru the drive thru, I noticed that Arby's was contributing to the problem but is also, extremely unhealthy/ There were housing and food sat outside for these ferrel cats. This is only contributing to our city problem. I am willing to give Arby's a chance to correct this problem before I report it to our City Police Dept. Hi, my name is Martika Campbell and i am an employee at the arbys on west 21st street wichita ks phone number 316-838-2322. I have many complaints the manager latasha is an sorry excuse for a manager this lady gave five(5) hours for a week because she said that she was told that i was ganna quit! i did not say that i was going to quit at all. Another thing at this arbys there is alot of things going on we have managers eating the products without buying them, latosha the manager would even leave sometimes during her shift just to go get her something to eat when there are no other managers there. She does not deserve the title to be a manager at all. There has been day when we have customers n she would be front line saying bitch this bitch that talking about nights she had at the club, she treat certain people certain ways she wouldbe cool with me one sday n then treat me like i was her worse enimie another day. She is pregnant by an employee there his name is zacxee.i applyed for full time and the most hours i have ever had was 19 hours i have 2 kids to support and i hvae rent electric and a phone bill to pay. I am a very good employee i do nothing to anyone but provide very good customer service anything they ask me to do i do it, i stay an top of the duties that i am suppost to. I never talk back or get sassy with anyone because i am a good person and i follow rules, i feel i am getting treated unfair and that she is a very bad person. there has been people calling to check o their applications and she would hang up and their face and think that it is funny. There has been a situation when i have walked in aon her talking about me to another employee but i didnt say anything to her i was upset n feelings was hurt because i dont nothing to no one at all. she gets bread n products from the bread man becaause she say that he likes her, she is using her phone front iine and back n she even be in drive thru reading facebook n her myspace. She is a very mean person. After she found out that i found another temp job she cut my hours even more its just so crazy how someone could be so jelouse i only got a second job because shes not even giving me enough hours to support myself and she knows my case. My last checck for the 6 says i only get paid for 4 hours for two weeks but i had * hours one week n ^ the other i dont understand why i am getting treatd this way someone please respond to this!!!!!!!!!!!
There is a restaurant on Eisenhower in Loveland Co. These young people have a great spirit about them. Too many times people speak up about negative situations relating to your restaurants and I guess correction needs to be made but this is about a good thing. Last week I went through the drive through and after ordering my car stopped running. It was very embarrassing. But a voice came over the loud speaker and asked if I needed any help,I told the voice what had happened and before I knew it 4 people all wearing your uniform helped to push my vehicle out of the drive thru. They were polite and courteous the whole time. When I went inside to pay for my food and get it, I commented on their reaction to my situation and the older woman behind the counter commented that last week they had another situation like mine and they reacted just the same way. Then she asked if I needed to call anyone. The American spirit of courteousness and politeness in American enterprise is thriving in Loveland Co. Thanks for hiring these type of people
