I rated your resturant a 1 because there was not a zero! Firing a woman for escaping a robber. Shame on you!! I will NEVER GO TO YOUR CRAPPY EMPLOYEE ABUSING RESTURANT AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU!!!
I have a relative that works at Arbys, At certain times when she gets there, they will not let her clock in. They tell her to have a seat in the dining area and when we get busier we will let you clock in. Or send her home. (Example scheduled to work at 4:00, shows up to work, will not let her clock in. Tell her to take a seat in dining room. Several times she has sat there for 1 hour or longer. Finally decide to let her clock in or send her home. So she is there to work at scheduled time, will not let her clock in or go home. She is a teenager and has no vehicle yet. So when they decide after 1 to 1.5 hours of her sitting there they tell her to go home. No car to drive herself home after they have wasted her time. So she has to wait for a ride from a family member or relative to come back and pick her up. Have been times she sat there for three hrs. The big question is if you are scheduled to work at a certain time and you show up to work, how can they tell you not to clock in and you can not leave either. Got to be illegal some how or some way. Michigan labor laws or something.Arbys should not be getting away with this. Tell me what you think or any advice. By the way this is Arbys in Jackson, Michigan. I guess taking advantage of our young teens who are too scared to speak up about it. Would like to hear all opinions
For those teens and young adults who are considering a nice part-time job in high school or college, I would not recommend Arby's. You will be an unhappy camper as an Arby's employee. Choose White Castle or a work study job at the college campus you attend. These places make better and more welcoming alternative environments in place of the Arby's work environment. If you have a hobby or talent you enjoy, for instance, crochet or making yummy baked sweets, make it a little business to make money by selling your creations. You'll be alot more happier when you make your own business using your talents and hobbies instead of working at Arby's. Having a hard time finding a job after college graduation or unsure what job occupation you would like to do? Don't make the same mistake I made by choosing employment at Arby's; you'll just be wasting your time. At Arby's, you'll be responsible for cleaning up after lazy coworkers and a manager that doesn't want to do anything but stand around and talk while you are struggling with trying to drop fries, take orders, and wash dishes they've dirtied up and put in the sink while you wash dishes. And they know what they're doing. Like I said about the manager in the earlier post, she does almost NOTHING the whole time she's working with us when it comes to cleaning up things throughout the whole work shift. No one helps you when you need help, yet, they want you to help them sometimes. Then they get mad at you because you refuse to let them take advantage of you. You'll believe you worked good hours only to get them cut the next day and you find out you made nothing/no hours at all for real. Your happiness will last a very short time when you're an Arby's employee. I had this one manager who was nasty and scratched his crouch and coughed and sneezed and spit in trashcans, and then make peoples' sandwhiches with his grubby hands, agh. While he was there, I made sure to avoid eating at Arby's at every chance I got because I didn't want him making my food. I am actually amazed that no customers reported complaints of feeling ill after eating a sandwhich or fries made by him. Fortunately, he left earlier this year in February, Thank God.
I would like to see a arby's on the south side in Paducah Ky.
My rating is -10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I walked into the store at 2413 Memorial Pkwy NW Huntsville, AL. I stood there for over 10 minutes, AND NO ONE said a word to me. One girl complaining about going home, Another guy filling a drive thru order looked at me 2 times and never said one word!!!!!!!!!!The person making the orders just stood back there hiding. Now I've worked in restaurants & I own my own business for the last 33 years, if I treated my customers that way I wouldn't have a business. I eat in Arby's all over the south and have never been treated that way before. If they just would have said hello and we'll be there in a minute I wouldn't be so mad.
September 5, 2012 I would like to write a complimentary about your Sugar Land, Texas employee, Monica Franco. She made a great personal effort to return my belongings left in your restaurant on State Highway Six in Sugar Land. I feel her management should know of her personal effort to help a customer. Please advise the proper person and address to write to. Thank you, Robert E. Bradbury, Jr. kkb002@windstream.net
I would like a contact icon to click onto. I want to email arby's with a compliment and a suggestion.
Weatherford , Texas ... Food was good but inside is very dirty !! Sprite webs in window seal for very dirty and bathroom or way nasty And all table are dirty and there are only 3 other people in lobby and all workers just standing behind counter not cleaning just talking
Arby's is the worst place in the world to work!!!!!! I am seven months pregnant and Iam forced to work in the hot kitchen and also I have to pick up the heavy beef slicer part, and clean it off, on top of that I only get two hours of work for two days a week and at times Ionly get to eork one hour day. The manager is a woman and she do not care if I am pregnant or not?? Another pregnant girl gets to work the drive through window and the manager said that everyone has to get some trainning in the hot kitchen area and nobody else has came back their to work but me. She will not let me work in the front where it is cooler and the other pregnant girl is alot bigger than me. This is totally not fair to me and somebody is going to get fired and it ant gonna be me.!!!
I work at Arby's in a small town in Florida. It sucks. I have a asshole of a manager who's name is Dave and he is horrible. I cannot wait to get out.
Why would John Kelly from Minnesota allow his Area Supervisor's to sell equipment and keep the cash?
Arby's is a horrible place to work, especially in St. Louis, MO. The pay is lousy and the work environment is disgusting. And one of the assistant managers has a triflin way of running night shifts. She talks to crewmembers and some customers like they did something to her and treats some new employees and customers of a different race better than the rest of us. She sometimes sits in the lobby and talks on her cellphone. She seems to care about no one on the job but herself and is a backbiter. She is like a little stanky high school girl and is fake. I notice that she is only nice to work with when you are helping her but when you are not, she tends to be two-faced and suck-faced at the same time. Working at Arby's is like a slave job. As an employee there, you have to clean nasty restrooms that sometimes have feces and urine left behind in the toilets, giving the bathrooms a rancid smell. I have even became sick cleaning those nasty bathrooms. No one helps you when you need help sometimes. I've had customers who wanted fried foods that were unavailable at the moment like fries and chicken filets that needed to be dropped. I checked the fry station only to find out no one dropped any fried foods for me while I take orders. So I had to do it myself, making customers wait unnessesarily almost a long while. And I have to help coworkers always and they don't help me sometimes. In order to be eligible for dental insurance, you have to work at least 30 hours to get it. I barely work 20 hours now thanks to them being cut. At Arby's, no one cares about you.
The Arby's on brainered road the first time they slid my card the register denied the charge so they slid my card through and it charged me twice instaed of charging me one I am not happy about this. I tried to call the brainered arby's and the woman told me the bring my receipt and she'd fax to home office I'm sorry but that's rediculous
I have not complaints of any kind you do have great food and employees. My request i9s to fine someone in your organizatiaon that work with Arby's in the 80s. I have 8 of the crystal blue base and stem trimmed in gold stem ware that were selling or giving away in the time period mentioned. I would like to know who made them and what the price could be now. Please get this to someone that could possibly help me. Thank You
I did not receive my french fries last time I was at Arby's in Marion,Ohio. On 5/17/12 when I went back to Arby's again I asked NICELY if I could get fries that I didn't receive last time. They were willing to give me more french fries, however when I got home I found a big foamy area on my potato-somebody obviously spit on my baked potato.
I am currently an employee of arbys in salt lake UT and Had a Dr. note excusing me for two days do to a Contagious Infection, When I turned the notes in my Manager Implied that the notes were fake and I needed real ones informing her of What I was diagnosed with and how I was being treated for it, When in all reality That is patient confidentiality So Its illegal for any Doctor to put that on a note. The employees here are very sweet and Do there jobs The way they are supposed to be done but she's still not satisfied, I am not a happy employee as long as I work for her.
I live in Laurel, Maryland and we have an Arby's on Gorman Blvd. I have information that Arby's 10% off for Senior's. This one will not give the 10% off to anyone. There are some of us senior's that do not appreciate this. The owners? They are very nice about when we ask about this. We have decided to not go to this Arby's anymore. Vaughan
I live near the unit on floyd road in austell,ga. It has been closed for a while, can someone tell me why? In addition, When is it slated to reopen. Thanks Pastor Rainey
I am a marketing major in college. Today's discussion in my corporate advertising class focused on why a corporation that spends millions of dollars in advertising allow itself to be dragged into a political fight. Arby's is in a highly competitive restaurant market with nationwide advertising in virtually every market across the country. Instead of focusing on bringing its product awareness to the public, however, Arby's has been dragged into the depths of an effort to destroy a single radio personality, Rush Limbaugh, by pulling its advertisement from that radio show with a huge audience--while continuing to advertise on other far more controversial media. No matter what one's politics happens to be, that move is not only ill-advised, it is also highly detrimental to the brand. Arby's once stellar branding is now associated with one-sided political sources whose agenda are quite the opposite of what most Americans--thus most potential Arby's customers--support.
I have been paying health insurance premiums for 4 years through Arbys medical insurance program and I found out this morning as of Nov 3rd I no longer have health insurance because Arbys sold a year ago and this is the cut they made. UGH my husband had a heart attack less than a year ago at 48 not the news we needed we have no health insurance and will probably be fined under Obamas Health care requirement!!!!!!
