I suggest you train your managers how to deal with unsatisfied customers. In the first place at least give them a chance to tell you WHAT they had a problem with and then take care of it, responsibly. I am talking about store# 1875. I drive on my own time to pick up lunch for our workers. Believe me I will not be back, personally or for the workers. Plenty of fast food in your particular area!

On 6/14/2013 I went to my nearest Arby's restaurant. I was excited because I had not eaten Arby's food in quite some time. The service in the drivethru was adequate. My main complaint/ concern are the amount of meat that was on my sandwich. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. There was barely any meat on the 2 sandwiches so I ended u combining the meats to make 1 sandwich. I purchased quite a few more items for family members. It they had the same complaint about amount of food and need to combine to make one sandwich.

Why do you guys hire a bunch of people and cut the hours of the employees? How dumb! Why don't you stop hiring people and and let the ones who've been there awhile have more hours! Dumb stuff you guys!

On 6/12/13 I took my family to the Arby's on Clifford street in White Settlement TX 76108 ordered beef cheddar meal the sandwich was stone cold my friend ordered the chicken bacon Swiss Sandwich that was stale tasting she sent it back when the server brought the chicken sandwich to our table I asked "wasn't the beef and cheddar supposed to be heated he said yes then walked off didn't respond to me about how he could correct the problem nor told manager so he could correct the problem I ended up feeding beef cheddar to my friends dog

As my family just adores Abry's over any other fast food restaurant, the only complaint is that Chippewa, Pa. is a fast growing city and has all other types of fast food restaurants available BUT Arby's. I have made statements on Facebook's Arby's site how we desire to have an Arby's built here. There isn't another Arby's within 15 + miles. It sure would be nice if one would come into the town soon. ;)

I went to the valparaiso Indiana Arby's and no one waited On me I sat at the drive-thru speaker and no one answered so I call the store and asked if they were Still open and he said yes but never answered the speaker and there was a car at the window theis occurred @ 3:15am very displeased I will tell everyone I know not to Go there

So disappointed to be told tonight that choc molten cake won't be back till summer! Don't remember seeing "limited time" for this item. When I used to order choc turnover, 2 out of 3 tries, I'm told that they're out. Decision-makers for dessert menu must be people with no understanding of chocolate cravings. Or do they not consider sales figures?

Saturday, April 13,2013 my daughter and I had a late lunch in Arby's Ottumwa, Ia location. I always enjoy the roast beef and onion rings with the "horsey sause". Just after starting to eat a tall, dark haired, caucausion girl started to clean the tables and floor and using a two foot long flat head dust mop on the floors. No little broom with a long handled dust pan, just the flat head dust mop. The proceedure used to move the captured debri was push, lift, and shake the mop. In following this routine the debri would become airborne enough to smell dust. When she worked her way within three feet of the table we were eating at, I requested she not shake the mop. Response was" oh, I'm sorry" then went right on with the routine. Who ever taught her to clean a resturant floor needs their head examined. I should have got up and went straight to counter with my complaint. Wish I had.

Well, corporate has done it again; another bright decision. Dropped the cherry turnovers off the menu; supposedly because the cost of cherries has increased. So, to save a buck we are now stuck with chocolate (gawd awful), and apple with so much cinnamon you choke and the apples are not done (still crispy); might as well dip a pealed apple in cinnamon and eat it raw. My family enjoys (enjoyed) a cherry turnover with their meal. So, I guess we will no longer patronize arby's. I'm sure that there are a lot of other customers who share our sentiment. Save a few bucks on cherries and lose a great deal in loss of customers and their money that they would have spent at Arby's. Not sure who conceived this brilliant plan, but I would rank it right up there with Coca-Colas "New Coke"; what a dud. Coke fired the VP that came up with the bad idea. Maybe Arby's should fire the moron who initiated this bad idea and bring back the only good turnover on their menu. SIGNED: A Very Disappointed Customer.

I have to say that I am very disappointed in the fact that you have shut down the closest 4 Arbys to my work in Addison, Texas with no warning. Shouldn't there have been some kind of warning? Maybe a letter or some kind of notice to let the public know you were closing some of the restaurants.

The manager at the greenville ohio arby's needs to keep his hands to himself! Like casually brushing up against them or putting his hand on their back or shoulder and even hugging them! It's disgusting! I was told that he's been reported before and nothing is ever done? Why not?

I'm disgusted with the arby's in greenville. A manager thinks it's ok to shove the employees. Why does he think it's ok to put his hands on the girls? I've heard him say the f-word as he said he hated this job. He's thrown things. He's even smacked the hand of a special needs person for clocking in when it was time for him to clock in. He calls the employees stupid and other names and is rude to them in front of customers and the customers laugh. It's disgusting

Picture this, Martinsburg WV, I take my child to Arbys for a visually appetizing Reuben, curly fries and a Pepsi. We get home I unwrap this beautiful specimen of a sandwich, I bit into it and (NOTHING)! No taste whats so ever, the sourkraut is tasteless and evenmore dissappointing the corned beef is too! it was a total waste of thousand island dressing and rye bread. Please, tell me what happened!

While visiing the Quincy, IL Arby's several disgusting dining experiences came to my attention. The area where the food is cooked was very dirty with food on the floor, area around the deep fryer and complete counter top was loaded with spilled food debris. It was difficult to find a table that had been sanitized. When they did start to clean tables off, the gentlemen that was assigned to the task, first used his towel clean the seats, then with the same towel wiped the tables. The area where the drinks are dispensed was loaded with empty straw wrappers, dirty napkins, and spilled drinks. I love Arby's food, however, I found this location very unsatisfactory. It was Sunday, March 10th, 2013 at approximately 4:00 pm cst.

I really like Arby's food. I like their dollar menu, sandwiches, chicken tenders, and especially their fries. Best fast food restaurant ever!

i would now have to rate arbys returants in wichita falls texas with a 1 because they will hire anything they hire anyone with a record felony record and they allow their employees to take food out of the resturants and not pay for it and allow them to give free food out to their family an their close friends and still get away with it when reported

Went to Arby's is San Leandro Ca on e14st and they were completely out of roast beef. They told me when I was at the window not when I ordered my 2 Arybs max sandwiches and 8 beef and cheddar's. So the way the solved it was gave me turkey instead of roast beef so when i got home the sandwiches had no cheddar and I specifically ask for arby sauce which I got none. I would of taken the food back but kids at home were hungry. Hopefully the call to corporate will make sure they never run out of roastbeef again. Im done with them anyway never again.

I don't know where to put this, but can someone paslee explain to me why Ellis and Mair were out against the Alfredsson line twice in the last 5 minutes of the third, especially the way the other lines were playing at that point?
