I had purchased a leather sectional from the Miami Store (Birdroad Store) after receiving item many damages were discovered I was placed almost an hour on hold to get to talk to a manager, instead of sending me a new item based on damages , I had to wait instead for an "Inspector" to respond to my house, and then waited for his report to be submitted to the store to see what disposition was gonna take place; aftter 7 days FINALLY an exchange was approved, be aware that the furniture was received already "damaged" I ended up paying $63 dollars for additional delivery charges for the exchange; today after waiting all afternoon for the freaking delivery, I just received a call from them to tell me that unfortunaly the driver was missing one part of the sectional and that delivery had to be scheduled for tomorrow... lets seat and wait now to see what conditions will the new piece be....NEVER AGAIN some people complains about the quality of rooms to go furniture ut when it comes to great customer service n deliveries! they got it!

October 19, 2012 I purchased a bedroom set from the Montgomeryville Pa. store. The delivery service was 4 hours later than scheduled. When I received the set the headboard and end tables were not operable because the sent the same pieces (2 right headboards instead of a right and left. The delivery guys were unable to put the bed together.I called the store to have the manger tell me that he could send a repair an out on Thursday or Friday of next week. My room is empty due to the new furniture being delivered. What kind of customer service is this. I refused the furniture and will be going to th store to get a refund tomorrow. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Atlanta Campcreek Store has poor customer service and the some the furniture was delivered in bad shape.

Extremely terrible service

I had purchased A Soho sectional sofa, the cushions went flat with in 6 months. Value City Store Manager (JIM) said I did not have a claim, the cushions are not covered!! Watch out!! I also bought a mattress sets, that had a 20 yrs warranty, The Store will no cover that either. Deep holes a in the mattress. They Will NOT Replace. what is the warranty is for. we paid to have it!! Please, Contact Value City Furniture in Baltimore Md. Now I have to fight!!! BBB, Fraud of a Warranty!!. I will also turn this into the Federal Justice Dept, they know me, I told Chris I am disabled. AND I NEED MY COUCH AND BETTER,ThEY SAID THIS IS ABUSE!! I did not know that the furniture I bought, I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE!! PLEASE DO NOT USE YOU FURNITURE!! THEY WILL NOT COVER IT IF YOU DO!

I have been dealing with ASF since April of 2012 to get new couch cushions as well as the covers for them for my 1.5 yr old couch. As of now, I have the new cushions, and 4 of 6 covers. I have been given the run around since April about 4-6 week delivery time and other such nonsense. It is nearly October and nothing!!

IN FEB 2012 I PURCHASE A SOFA AND LOVE SEAT , TWO ACENT CHAIRS AND TWO OTTOMAN A LOVE SEAT RECLINER. WELL FIRST ONE ACCENT CHAIR LEGS WERE ON WRONG, SECOND ACCENT CHAIR EVERY TIME YOU STOOD UP MADE A POPING SOUND AS WELL AS THE SOFA BUT WAIT THERE MORE THE LOVE SEAT RECLINER ON RIGHT SIDE BOARDS KEEP COMING UP. THEY FIXS THE LEGS ON ACENT CHAIR PADDED THE OTHER ONE PLUS THE SOFA.PICK UP THE RECLINER LOVE SEAT TO FIX IT BROUGHT IT BACK ABOUT A WEEK LATER .WELL GUESS WHAT WITHIN A WEEK HERE COMES THE BOARDS BACK UP,SO WE EXCHANGE IT FOR TWO SEPARATE ROCKER RECLINER WELL THEY HAD SPOT ALL OVER, IT LOOK LIKE TIGER PAWS CALLED THEY DELIVER TWO MORE SAME THING. SO I TOOK PICTURE AND TOOK TO THE STORE AND SHOW THEM THE MARKS THEY SENT TWO MORE OUT WHEN THEY CAME IN TO PICK UP THE CHAIRS I SHOW THEM THE PROBLEM SO THE DRIVER SAID THEN YOU BETTER LOOK AT THESE BEFORE WE BRING THEN IN GUESS WHAT SAME THING. WENT BACK INTO THE STORE, THE MANAGER SAID I WILL MAKE SURE THEY INSPECT BEFORE BRINGING THEN OUT , THESE HAD MORE SPOT THEN THE OTHER THE SENT A TECH OUT TO STEAM CLEAN THEM DIDNT WORK. SO NOW I AM SWITCHING TO LEATHER ONE I THINK. THEY ARE A HUNDRED DOLLAR MORE EACH WHICH THE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, NOW HE DOWN TO PAYING HALF, NOT GOING TO WORK. HE CAN COME AND PICK UP EVERY PIECE I BOUGHT AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK. OH I LEFT THIS OUT THE SALESMAN BROKE DOWN EACH PIECE WE BOUGHT INSTEAD GIVING US THE SALE PRICE SO HIS COMMISION WOULD BE LARGER ,WE DID GET THAT BACK.THAT WILL BE MY LAST TIME BUYING FROM THEM. EVEN ONE OF THE TEC SAID HE WOULD MAKE THEM TAKE IT ALL BACK.WELL I AM SENDING THIS TO THE COPORATE OFFICE ALSO . THIS STORE IS IN SPRINGDALE OH. MICKIE N

I was recommended by a friend of mine and I purchased a dining room set with warranty, so recently in June, one of the cheap ass chairs' leg broke and I called the same day to report it in the end of June. I was given an appointment on July 4th, I had the day off from work so I accepted this appt, which was on a weekday, a few days prior to the appt, I was called by ASF to reschedule the appt, so I had to take a weekend appt due to my availability, they gave me an appoitment on August 4th and they came out just to assess the problem, despite I told them over the phone that the chair needed a new leg,after they assessed the problem they advised me that it would take 4-6 weeks for the part. Here I am 7 weeks later with no part and no 4th chair to sit in which interrupts my family dinner time when one of us has to sit on the couch. I think this is ridiculous and I WILL NEVER EVERRRR buy any furniture from your store again. 3 months total for the whole process just to get a fricking dining room chair leg fixed.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new mattress from american signature 3 yrs ago with a ten yr warranty. I had my bed inspected because the springs pop while laying completely still and they won't replace because the dips are only 1 and 1/4 in they have to be 1.5 in to get replaced even though the springs are the problem. I was told to continue sleeping on it until the dips were deeper then they would warranty it. What a joke I can't afford the weekly trips to the chiropractor because of this junk bed. I will never buy from this company again.

I Recently purchased a sectional sofa from the Orlando store on Sand Lake road. It was in the clearance section. It seemed nice, it had a couple of nicks but it was fine for what were going to use it for. About a month after we purchased it, I was moving it and found a remote control tucked in one of the crevices. It was from a cable company that I have never done business with. It was obvious to me that this sofa was previously in someone else's house and that it was returned and sold to me. This upset me because I purchased this sofa under the assumption that it was new and just had a couple of nicks from shipping. I called to try to get the history of the sofa and to let them them know what I had found. They immediately went in to a denial mode. The conversations I had with the managers were too long and frustrating to recite, but my favorite explanation I received was that someone in the warehouse may have dropped the remote into the couch. Although they admitted that they have merchandise returned and it can be sold as used, they claimed there was no way to trace the history of the sofa. Throughout all my conversations they kept asking what I wanted, obviously thinking that I was calling for some sort of refund. I repeatedly told them that all I wanted was to find out the history and admit they sold me a used sofa as a new sofa, But, alas, no admission, just a group of employees afraid to lose their job if they admitted any fault. The only good thing that came out of this is that I have a new remote, but I feel bad for the guy in the warehouse that must have lost it.

ASF is HORRRIBLE and their warranty provider- Stainsafe is even worst. I purchased furniture back in 2009 and purchased the 7yr warrranty. As soon as I had an issue with my sectional - cracking\peeling, my claim was denied by Stainsafe....basically stating my furniture was made of split hide leather which is not covered. I contacted the store - MORROW GA location - who agreed the warranty should cover it but did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make it right. I will NEVER purchase anything from ASF again and I will never buy furntiture where Stainsafer is the warranty provider. Consumers be ware.....ASF has Horrible Customer Service and do not back-up their warranties.

We ordered a sofa, chair and a releincr exactly 2 weeks ago today. You can imagine our surprise when they were delivered today with our custom material. They look great and the workmanship was top quality. Thank you for your great service and attention to detail.

You've got to be kidding right?? My cpmnaoy used Affordable Seating for a customer and trust me, the chairs that delivered looked like they were manufactured by rookies. ASF did NOT back up their product or make good on the warranty. Proof was offered by way of pictures AT TIME OF DELIVERY. They did absolutely NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT! It was thousands of dollars down the tube and resulted in a lost customer for us. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! You'll get staples in your butt and really ugly chairs and you will have paid a lot of money (UP FRONT AND IN FULL) for them - that oughta have told us something right there!!

The Fort Myers American Signature.....more like "One ways". That's all they care about is themselves. I bought a couch set in Dec...a month later, the back of one broke and wood was protruding through the back. A repair person came..of course 2 weeks later and said "Yep, it's broken". Hell I could of told you that. They came and took the couch...a week later. Brought a new couch a couple of days later. Some months later the same piece on the back broke.....AGAIN! Not only that, the love seat broke too. AS was called again, came out and advised they will bring both couches back and "try" to make the fix better. We even tried going to the local store and asking for a better set since this kind of couch has defects. We were denied and they stated "let them look at it". After receiving the couches back, you could hear wood moving, rubbing together as you sat on them. Then guess what...for a third time the back broke. Went back to the store and talke death a different manager. Manager says again "let us look at it before we think about a new couch. Um....HELLO....whatever you did before didn't work and now you are voiding YOUR contract and not up holding it. It even says..."if the item can't be repaired to factory specifications, the item will be replaced with the same or comparable merchandise". So since your "factory specifications" keeps breaking and not working on this couch, how about giving my $$ back or a newer couch. I would say newer but I know it will just be as crappy as the next. My next move is the BBB and starting some sort of investigation for close this shitty store. I will NEVER buy from AS again!!

Buyers Beware they are rip offs they lure you in then when there is a problem they say screw u just look at all the reviews that should tell u something about them so keep that in mind !!!!! :( :(

Bed has broken before said they would fix it the fixed it and now its broken again terrible keep trying to fix the same broken bed instaed of REPLACInG my goodness thats what the warrantyis for I want a replacement

I was an employee of American Signature and was treated poorly by the operations mgr at Dale Mabry(tampa Store) I donot agree with the way they treat their employees and the customers.I would not recommend any of the Anmerican Signature stores to anyone. The service is poor and the Mgrs refused to talk with the customers and won't even talk to a driver if they need help. Tampa Store on N Dale Mabry Hwy.

The Ft.Myers store is the worst retail store ever. Bought a mattress there 3 years ago. I am now on my third mattress from them. When i went there to talk to the manager he seemed like he could care less didn't want to help me out at all in compensating me for my troubles. I ended up buying a more expensive mattress so I don't ever have to go back there. They called me to tell me my delivery time for the next day. An hour late i call the store abduction she says that we weren't on the delivery schedule for that day. So after sitting at home all day waiting for my mattress to be delivered it was never coming. Im not on the schedule until 2 days from now. I will never spend any of my money with the store again. The worst experience i have ever had. Save your money and go somewhere else that cares about their customers. This is not the only review i will write about this worthless store.

I purchased a bed from the store in Mt. Laurel NJ and when I got home and went to put it together I quickly realized I was give parts to 2 different beds. When I went back to the store to get the correct pieces I was told that they did not have it in stock (this was after waiting 2wks for it to come in) finally they sent someone out to deliver the correct bed and put it together for me. I thought this incident was just an error on thier part and everyone makes mistakes. However, I purchased a kitchen table from them and when the top started to bubble I was told that it was not covered under warrenty because it was considered water damage. WHAT??? Its a kitchen table you mean I can not put a glass on it while eating my dinner. Their reply "NO you should use a coaster or place mat" When I insisted on their corporate number she told me she would have a manager call me because if I attempt to call the corporate office they will only refer me back to the store. Are you kidding me? And now my couch is having issues that I only bought 30days ago somehow I dont think it is even worth reporting. AMERICAN SIGNATURE FURNITURE DOES NOT BACK UP THIER WARRENTY SO IF YOUR GONNA PURCHASE HERE CONSIDER IT AN "AS IS" PURCHASE!!!!
