Very Poor customer service. My 3G kindle keyboard had to be returned because it was defective. All I asked for was a replacement 3G kindle. All I received was the run around, almost 4 hours on the phone and chat telling me that the replacement was 3G BUT I need Wi-Fi to get the 3G. Don't want Wi-Fi. Want what I had which was 3G. One agent actually told me that Amazon would like to send me the 3G but they don't have any in stock.

I bought a tablet from amazon. Seven months later I can't turn it on. I've tryed to contact the seller but he simply disapeared. I've asked to amazon to give me some information about the seller (identification, NIN,...) but amazon doesn't answer me about this issue - they repeat always the same "we are not involved directly". amazon?? never again!

After having issues with them they gave me a credit , when I go to order I am told those credits will not work , this is upsetting , so I say so ... A week ago I got an email they closed my account because of this THEY suck they deserve

I have been a long time Amazon shopper. I am very upset that Amazon will not replace my kids Kindle fires. They have a known charging defect and basically told me tuff luck. Very upset! !!

I've been buying from Amazon for several years, and they've never let me down. Any time I'm looking to buy something, the first place I look is Amazon, and they usually have it at the best price too. I just heard a report that Amazon is hiring 7,000 new employees for heir shipping canters and call centers. They also have their call centers in the US! which has gotten very rare lately. I want to thank them for being a great American Company. May there be many more Amazons in our future!

For 1 year with that company here are the 3 orders that I made the Orange box,command and conquer 3 Tiberium wars and saints row 3

Amazon offers free 2-5 business day delivery. AFTER the order has been placed and paid for (sometimes a full day after), Amazon sends an email telling the expected delivery day, which is often several days more than 5 business days. When you contact the vendor, they tell you that Amazon allows an extra 2 days to process the order prior to shipping. Of course, Amazon doesn't tell the consumer that in advance. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! I suggest people either complain loudly or not do business with Amazon.

I had a problem with my new Dell laptop and on the 2nd day I told Amazon I want a refund. They said NO. BEWARE that Amazon does not have to comply with Federal 3 day rescission law.

Purchased something from Amazon and 5 days later still has not left the warehouse...Called them up to get the same old story well you picked free shipping....told them many many other online places have free shipping and they ship within a day or so....WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLD AMAZON.....you have sent me away.....Another thing not only after 5 days it has not even shipped they told me they cant tell me when it will ship but it will be soon...LOL RIGHT...They also then told me that they could not cancelled it in their systems because it is to far into the shippng process.....WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM DO YOU GUYS HAVE!!!!!! ANOTHER CUSTOMER UPSET....DISAPPOINTED AND LEAVING AMAZON

As a customer for years I am very dissatisfied with not having the option to select the shipping carrier. Even when the customer selects two day, the package can still be sent USPS. It is impossible for USPS to get it done. Tracking information is not maintained at regular intervals, and sometimes never. Surely this is a “software” change in the Amazon checkout process. Why subject customers to USPS? Concerned Amazon Customer

At the moment I'm not too happy with Amazon. My daughter applied for full time positio after being a temp. She went to orientation yesterday and did her paperwork. She got to work today only to be told she didn't get the job afterall. They said it was due to her rates but she was never told her rates were down. She was so excited to be a full time employee. Being a single mom is hard with temp work. I'm not sure what games Amazon plays with people but its not cool. I will not give my business to Amazon anymore and I will pass this on to others eho shop your business. Thank you.

Why don't you ever answer your phones...today you are closed?? Wondering why things are changing within Amazon, the way my order came was just so nasty...literally thrown in a box, set of 3 Stackable Rings..two the right size, one the wrong size. Honestly who does your order processing. Christmas ALL four gifts had to be returned, because of these same type of carelessness. No one to answer the phones on Friday ? Unable to send message through CHAT, so do you just run and hide from complaints??

i have been working for more than 3 1/2 hours to figure out how i can become a vendor -- i want amazon to buy my products and sell them... it is a ground floor opportunity in this country ... your websites don't work if you're not an existing vendor...and nobody knows what they're doing... i have been given 5 websites and none work... i have had it...your vendor websites are not user friendly -- don't know understand why it has to be so difficult

Dear Amazon Corporate, I was directed to send an inquiry to kindlewholesale in regards to becoming a reseller of the Kindle products on my website. I did receive a reply the first time I sent my inquiry asking me to send more information. I submitted the information and sent it back immediately. Since then I have sent four requests for them to respond. I have received nothing. Can you or someone help me?

Amazon will not refund money spent on videos that cannot be watched on your system. Whether it be a Laptop, PC, Netbook, etc. Unbox has not worked right for me since July of 2-12. They always have excuses. I want my money back on the videos I purchased but cannot watch on Unbox. Amazon will not refund my money.

Do not use the Trade-In Program it is horrible. I had to make several calls to customer service to track my text books (I paid $550 for these books). The books had been delivered almost two weeks ago and no one at Amazon can tell me where my books are. I finally spoke to a Customer Service Manager who said she will give me a follow up call on Friday--lets just see how this works out. Amazon customer service reps are incompetent, clueless and possess the intellect of a walnut, their response to everything is "it is pending" or " we will need to wait 30 days". Thinking outside of the box is not a key element for Amazon customer service reps.

in order to contact amazon i had to google search contact us, this option was not on the website, they rejected a bad review i sent for their bad customer service and while chatting with someone after finally getting a hold of them, the person disconnected me. nothing was resolved, what kind of customer service is that???

Amazon supports the notorious Internet tax. If it passes and signed into law then I will stop being a customer and I will encourage others to quit Amazon.

I had 6 items in Subscribe & Save. They did not ship. Finally I had to cancel them and re-order them at a higher price. Those items did not arrive even though I have PRIME. One item was shipped thru PRESTIGE. I called Prestige headquarters and they said that amazon had failed to ship 700 orders to them and shorted them. Customers all over NY and PA are not receving their amazon orders. I am finding another online merchant as amazon is failing its customers. Sell your stock folks.

Tried talking to the horrible Amazon customer service for over two months -- they basically let one of their affiliates steal 30 bucks from me (100 dollar item, refunded only 70) I finally decided to call corporate and Carol just saw the simple math, and immediately refunded my money. Very easy and took about 5 mins!
