too bad I can't give AOL a "0" here!!! I'm sick n tired of seeing Michelle Obama's picture on almost every AOL page! Enough is enough -- SHE is NOT the president!!!! AND of course AOL uses Huffy for nearly all of it's news. Even tho I have other email addresses, I've kept my AOL addresses out of convenience -- many of my clients, friends and family still use my old original addresses, BUT I'm now giving serious consideration to PULLING THE PLUG... b/c of what I've already said previously. I am disgusted with AOL after being a user for over 15 years I am going to switch. I am tired of the Huffington Post as their major news source. Definitely a left biased news organization. I am tired of seeing "crawlers" at the bottom of my screen of Michelle Obama asking to join her husband! Don't you get it that the majority of the US have a center right ideology. bye bye AOL

Service is worse than poor. I have been a customer since my 38 year old kid begged for the IM crap back in the day the CD's were free in the grocery store. The service has continued to decline. There is no service. I have wasted days trying to get the Email to function to the level of send and receive. They have not done a damn thing to resolve the problem they created. G-mail is looking better every day.

Shame on all of you executives" I have been a long-standing AOL email user for about the same number of years, and the more recent extreme left-wing political leanings of AOL, with the addition of the Ariana Huffington's Huffington Post and other left-leaning web-page additions and Obama political ads are nauseating and despicable.

I switched to o2 a year ago and it is much btteer than AOL.The only time access was unavailable was a wet sunday evening and everyone else's was down BT, Tiscali etc.I can't help you on gaming or working at the witching hour. (And I did know what laggy meant!).o2 was an offshoot of BT a few years ago and one of the things they insisted on was a BT landline.I was with BT, o2 is much btteer.Neighbour had AOL rubbish.I hope you find what you are looking for. sorry not to be of more help. i have morgellons disease an have lost 73 lbs in 2 years an doctors do not have any clue how to cure this disease .i am just being shut out .there are a few doctors on the west coast trying to convince CDC.that this disease does exist. i reach out to aol to put me on there computer aol screen to talk about this .i dont know how much time i might have left on earth .because my goverment turns a deaf ear on this disease..PLEASE HELP

Aol needs to stop showing "E Entertainments' collection of people losing their clothes swimming ect. I have been charged 12 months after a cacellation for services not used I have called -got confirmation of credit which never happened Soo Now I have filed a complaint with the attorney general offices in two States If this costs me to set thier practices straight- I am willing to go the route ...!!!! Sir, I am Indian and using AOL for last many years.I have never misused the system now my mails are blocked and instructed me to change pass word but i am unable to change pass word in spite of tried many times.Pl.help me.

Hello , I used the e-mail address that use to work until they decided to lock me out of my account and lied indicating the some suspicious activity was detected. The intersting thing is I did not report anything suspicious nor has there been anything suspicious happening on my end. Called customer service and you guessed it, my call landed me in ASIA somewhere. Then person impersonating Customer Service began to ask me for personal information debit data, all the adresses I ever had....I asked for a supervisor he put me on hold and came back on the line as.....you guessed it the supervisor. They must not know we started that trick in the good ole USA....thats right Made in America. I asked for his supervisor...and he said "Sole Solly" Translated "So Sorry". I agreed with him on that note....because AOL is So Sorry.

Today AOL ripped me off for $70 to change my password. I called to complain and they of course out-sourced me to India and of course nobody could do anything. they told me about a website that i could file a complaint corp.aol.com

WTF ... I have been an aol customer for 20 years now .. I logged onto my account and got a pop up message stating that i was locked out due to suspecious activity and that i needed to change my password .. However when it came to the security questions i set up they asked me the wrong question .. now they tell me i have to call thier 800 number to get corrected.. i called the 800 number and got a recording stating thet there was a 30 minute wait time . well i cannot wait this long because i am on limited funds and pay by the minute for my cell phone useage .. so i used my relatives land line and was on hold for two hours and still no assistance .. just for fun i called at 3 am in the morning and still got the same recording a thirty minute hold at 2am .. Come on really .. So now i am locked out of my aol email and cannot get any responses from job applicants as i am unemployed and looking for a job .. all my worksearch engines such as carreer builders and such are set up under my aol address . So now aol is causing me to miss possible employment offers .. To top this all off . my bill was increased another $20 a month without any notification in the mail and such.. It really sadens me that this AOL stands for America on line .. It seems to me that you are seeing less and less email addresses with AOL . Customer service such as this is a disgrace to the american society and any individuals who run this company or work for this type of company should really evaluate what they are doing .. They are affecting peoples livilyhood.. You can rest assured that i will no longer be using aol and will tell everyone i meet how embaraasing this company is .. Never useing you again .. ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY PC AND I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY STEP DAUGHTER AND HER STEALING OR HAVING HER FATHER SIGN A POA AND HIM WITH DEMENIA AND HAD IT SINCE 2004 AND HER TAKING $3000 OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT AND LEAVING $5.09 IN THE CHECKING ACCOUNT TO LIVE ON FOR A MONTH UNTIL I GOT ANOTHER SS CHECK I THOUGHT SHE WAS DOING SOMEHTING TO MY PC IT COSE ME $169.95 FOR AOL TO WORK ON MY PC FROM THERE OFFICE THEY SAID IT WAS BEING HACKED SO I PAID THE MONEY THAT I COULD NOT AFFORD. THIS WORK FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS AND THEN JUST ABOUT EVERY TIME I SIGNED ON THE ALERT SIGN CAME UP, AND I HAD TO KEEP CHANGING MY PASSWORD AND SECURITY QUESTION WHEN I CALLED SOME MAN ASK ME WHAT MY FATHERS WHOLE NAME WAS. THE NEXT TIME I SIGNED IN THE SECURITY QUESTION CAME UP, AND I ANSWERED IT AND IT WAS WRONG I SHOULD KNOW WHAT MY FATHER MIDDLE NAME WAS BUT IT WAS WRONG, AND I WAS BLOCKED FOR ANOTHER 24 HOURS I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED FOR 24 HOURS NOW FOR A WEEK AND WHEN I SIGN IN SOMETHING IS ALWAYS WRONG PASSWORD OR SECURITY QUESTION, AND THEY WILL NOT LET ME IN AND STAYING ON THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK THEY WANTED ANOTHER $199.95 THIS TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM, AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE OTHER GUY AND THE MONEY, I PAID TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HEAR IT; SHE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, AND THEY ARE ALL FORGING PEOPLE YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND MUST BE OUT. OF THE COUNTRY

First off why not allow the rating "0"? You certainly need to!! AOL has charged my account for something I did not give them permission to and did not use because it does not work because I did not comfirm my billing info. My checking account was still charged the $4.99 and a $35.00 overdraft fee! You can guess AOL's answer to that! Oh well, you can write our corporate office about your complaint, no we can not supply you with a phone number, just an address!! As an AOL customer for many years I will get an answer and my overdraft fee. I intend to facebook this and anything else I have to do to get my money back in my account! I am on a fixed income and I can not afford to let these big companies walk over me and steal my meager funds!! Come on America, don't give up when you are bullies by these big companies! FIGHT BACK, I AM, YOU CAN TOO!!

The first of this week I was having trouble sending E-Mail to my niece. I called AOL and got someone in India (are they all over there) for assistance. I was on the phone for an hour and at no time did he mention my problem. He ran through several several tests for what I don't know. Finally I got tired of it all and he informed me people were trying to get into my computer and was offering a deal for #200 or #300 to solve that problem. I had enough & hung up. Today I tried to get a US phone number and ended up in India TWICE. How do I get some help?

I tried to order a movie from cinemamoon.com,it took them a month to contact me about my order,and had to refund my money,i think that's bad business,very disappointed how it was taking care of,I might leave aol,because they are on your website..hope you watch ,who's selling there products on your website..
