I'm not a complaining customer, but I have a business complaint. Is 7 Eleven a franchise or a monopoly? My husband and I both work for franchisees and we love our jobs. We work in the Kansas City area and his employers own many locations while my employer has one store(according to my husband's monopolizing employers, 7 Eleven offered them this location for free, but they turned it down because it doesn't make enough money)! How vain is that? My boss has a friend who recently applied for a store that had become available. The store was on the list one day and the next day was removed. The prospective franchisee received a letter from corporate stating that "now is not the right time as there are no available franchises in the KC area". Turns out, the monopolizers have bought it as well. In all fairness shouldn't there be a limit on the number of stores the same franchisees can have? I mean you need to give other prospective franchisees a chance to! It's not like nobody else is applying or has equal credentials! Stop playing favorites!! By the way, these guys now say they have an "empire"...all empires eventually fall!!!!

7 eleven store at 505 broad street and 1st avenue regina, sk. the manager javed igbal's behaviour is very bad not only with customers but also with employees. I used to go there to buy somthing or sometimes for gas and i realized that he's very rude. My friend used to work there but because of his behaviour she quit. I want you to take a serious action please. I know when my friend came back from work everyday she was crying because of that manager.I request you please please take some serious action and you can see from last 2 years that how many employees quit that job.

Due to the economy my girlfriend had to get a job at seven eleven. The stories she tells me about rude, alcohol or cigarette addicted, grandiose tarnished individuals and many other dysfunctional traits, it would make anybody defensive, specialy when corporate headquarters human resource department does not protect their employees from abusive behavior from customers. She speaks from experience when she tells me this, one day a corporate employee was in the store and a customer decided to complain simultaneously calling a b*#$h in front of her and the corporate employee did nothing to diffuse the situation (the reason for the complain, she did not sell him cigarettes due to no id, and he swore at her so she told him not to comeback) she was just following company policy. What I'm trying to say is look at the big picture, don't be afraid. If you complaint is something that's habitual the I agree with you, if not then you need to work on opening your mind a lot!!!!!!!!

LAST NIGHT I VISITED A STORE IN ST. PETERSBURG, FL TO BUY A LOTTO TICKET. THE MANAGER WENT TO PUT IT IN THE MACHINE AND I WAS TALKING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER BESIDE ME, WHEN THE MANAGER STARTED MAKING COMMENTS ABOUT OUR CONVERSATION AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS NOT TALKING TO HIM, SO HE STARTED SCREAMING AT ME (I'M IN A WHEELCHAIR)AND JUMPED UP ON THE COUNTER LIKE HE WAS GOING TO COME RIGHT OVER IT. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAD TO GRAB HIM AND PULL HIM BACK AND HE KEPT THREATENING ME. IT SCARED THE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND WE ALL LEFT THE STORE. THE MANAGER WANTED ME TO COME OUT TO THE PARKING LOT TO FIGHT WITH HIM, BUT 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS WENT WITH ME TO MY CAR SO I WOULD BE OK. THIS DOT-HEAD SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY CAPACITY WITH WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC AS HE MAY REALLY HURT SOMEONE. HE WAS JUST OUT OF CONTROL FOR NO REASON. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I WOULD BE AFRAID FOR MY LIFE. I'M SURE THEY HAVE A GUN OR SOMETHING IN THE STORE FOR PROTECTION, BUT WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE??

i visited 2511, linkan hwy, pa. and illegal employee work their. i buy gas and he charge $ 40.00 instead of $ 20.00 .i ask owner but absent owner.and illegal employee show me the gun and told me run away otherwise i will shout.

WOW....reading all the comments on here leads me to believe all 711's have rude, ignorant employees. I had the most horrible experience at a store in IL, Central/147th. I visited the store for blank mega million cards. I was told they were out. I asked if I went home and wrote the numbers down that I wanted t play, could I come back and play them. I was told I could. I did so and went back to the store. I handed the cashier the paper I had with my numbers, and she started screaming at me!! "She said what is this!?! I am not punching in all those numbers!! Do you know how long that will take?!?!?!" I was shocked first of all that I was getting screamed at, second of all that I was a customer being yelled at for something I was told was ok to do. I said I was told by a man earlier that I could do this. She said well he told you that, not me. I said well I wouldn't have taken the time to go home, write all the numbers down and come all the way back here. She snatched the paper out of my hand and said I will do 5 of them, but that's it. She said she don't have time, she hasn't even ate or used the bathroom yet. I told her that was not my problem. I cannot believe an employee is allowed to treat customers as she did me and others that were in the store!! There were some other men in the store playing scratch off tickets and she told them to scratch their tickets outside because she didn't want them in the store. We were paying customers that were talked to and treated like garbage. I dicussed my experience with some of my family members and friends only to find out they were treated the same way I was, by the same girl when they were in this store. I will visit that store again only to discuss my experience with the manager, but never ever will me, my family or friends spend a dime in that store again.

i was in your store today at approx. 1355.fri. dec.31,2010. i was standing in line waiting to purchase my lottery tickets. there was a man infront of me cashing some tickets in. when this man left i was next. another man came up with some snacks and stuff and the women started checking him out. i wasn't to pleased when this happened. there was a man behind the counter and he could tell that i was not a happy camper. he told me that the lady would be with me in a minute.i told him that i was the next in line and that i should be getting waited on. he said that the lottery had no priority and that i would just have to wait until she got done with the snack's man. if lottery people are not important to 7-eleven then they shouldn't have a lottery license. i've been a customer at that 7-eleven for over 30 years. i stop there in the mornings and get my coffee and bananna's. i thought this to be very rude on the managers part. thank-you john w. haggerty. the store was at route 40 and porter road. bear,delaware.

Dear 7-eleven i shop at your store quite often and mostly i get a friend a super big gulp probably 4 times a week and i on a regular basis i buy my cigrettes at the stor of the address6405 minton road.palm bay, florida 32908 Store # 32756,3216740635.The girl had black hair and glasses and a thin face without a name badge.12/8/2010.6:52:19 Well tonite i went to my favorite and only 7 eleven store to get cigretts,redbull,breathsavers as i was being rung up and then i wanted cash back i had to swipe my card again and she said something to me or said something under her voice 9dirty whore) ,just because i had my bra strap showing so what,so i asked in response WHAT!!,she didnt answer and i got my stuff and left i hope you train your employee much better at customer service.Other than this one girl that i will not have her service me again ever i will go to the next available clerk.I will continue to shop there because the store overall is a 10 in my book.Thank you and have a great day.

dear 7 eleven i was so happy when i saw you guys were opening a 7 eleven right around my corner ,but it has been a disapoiting experinses going into i know you guys take pride in every 7 eleven that you guys open like i do because that has been my gas station of preference since i been in school ninth grade now am a college student.well to start off i go over to you guys 7 eleven every morning to buy a sandich which they dont even no how to toast.second of all the stands are empty i went to look for a chicken wrap and it was not even in the stands.,third the lady dosent even no how to sell lottery or charge a persong that's gone pay whit a credit card.Its 7 eleven number (#34476),AND I CANT NOT BELIEVE YOU GUYS LET PEOPLE LIKE THIS REPRESENT YOU COMPANY BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THAT SAME 7 ELEVEN THAT I ONCE HAD THE EXPERINSE OF WALKING IN AND BEING FRIENDLY WHIT EVERYBODY.I seen you in under cover boss and you seen to care about every single 7 eleven you guys open so is time for you to take actions who ever reads this please make your ceo jose pinto aware of whats goig on in this 7 eleven.who ever reads this please answear me to julian1207@yahoo.com

I gave this rating because your store here in Buena vista, Colorado 81211., has hiked the price on the 100"s Pyramid. I was buying the 2 pack deal for 6.37 in past week as I by every day and send others there for theDeals. Today the price was 8.37 the store people said its not them they are told to do this by cooporate. WOW I found Camels, Marlboro to be cheaper and this Pyramid is a cheap cigerrette.Whi are your prices immediatley changed? Customers expect some quality but also intergity with buying the same product. The government has not hiked prices so What is going on here. there is something wrong and can your clerks just change prices to certain customers for get even reasons? Wow if this isso it is a shame and you should take a look at this .Sincerely Jerry

Store number 24291 Intersection of Lamar and Cooper. 1501 N. Cooper; Arlington, Texas. I stopped in your store this morning to get a cup of coffee. I did not realize you could not get hot coffee with your LoanStar card. The manager was extremely defensive and I asked if I could get an ice coffee, which according to rules is acceptalbe. However when I asked he said. NO! Then when I explained that there was a communication problem b/c the 7-11 by my home does allow coffee. He then became irate. TOLD ME 3 TIMES to go to hell. I filed a complaint case number 1011120195. I then called the store to tell the manager to please rmember me b/c I had filed a comlain and he needed to be aware, He said he did not care, and for me to "Shut up, shut up, shut up" He said he owns his business he can treat people the way he wants. I said "but you represent 7-11".He said shut up again and hung up. Please tell me this man will face some type of conversaion or do not use the 7-11 name and reputation. 7-eleven does not investigate criminal record for their employees, my son stop at 7-eleven store in Jermantown, Fairfax, Virginia, and the employee bryan came out with a gun and shut on my car were my son was inside the car fixing the inside mirrow of my car, this guy Bryan shut as crazy, because of the protection of God my son was not killed but all shutting were pointing to kill my son. Police arrested this 7-eleven employee who had precedents records as criminal, he did the same to another customer in other 7-eleven, however, 7-eleven just transfered him to Jermantown store keeping this criminal as employee. Polices did their amazing job arresting this criminal 7-eleven employee now is in jail, but still, when you come in a 7-eleven store you don't know if is a criminal comming in or is already waiting for you behind the counter.....

I was at the 7-eleven @ 511 n Akard st in down town dallas and they were dumping good food away in the trash. I know that there has to be some way that 7-Eleven can save the food that is not being used and give it to the homeless,kid's and family's that need's food. Please stop dumping good food out and HELP feed someone.

I live in the Bradenton, Florida area and my question is: What is your policy on political signs on 7-11 property? Here in Florida we are having a very heated race for the local school board. Does 7-11 get involved in local elections? If not than I feel that the signs must come down.

I visited store # 32927 today (9-1-2010, and was the only car getting gas. The pump did not give me a receipt for my credit card purchase. I went in the store and asked for a duplicate receipt, and the clerk asked me how much was my purchase. I told him it was pump #8 and he kept on asking over and over again what was the amount. This clerk was very rude and should not be allowed to wotk with the public. He should be trained better to deal with the public. As I left the store, he shouted at me, don't come back! This was not only rude, but ignorant too. He should learn how to speak English better too. The reference nmber from the recipt which I got inside the store, not from the pump was 92000 17 086 8 I'm a very, very dissapointed customer! I'll never visit this store again in the future as it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I wrote several E-mails regarding a horrible incident at our local 7 and 11 in Newbury Park, Ca. The customer service department responded with a non answer which made no sense. It appeared to be written by someone with a 5th grade education. Why cant I get a professional to discuss my concerns? I went to 7 eleven at 21 lincoln highway edison nj store 32412 on 7-26-10 at 935 am. Was there 2 weeks prior to that and experienced the same thing from THE SAME RUDE employee.I made my purchase went up to the counter and there were two of them there the one waiting on me looks at me laufs and says in ANOTHER LAUNGAGE something and the other employee looks at me and starts laufing. just so happens i am GAY and have real short hair so i dont hide it, know this happened the week before also. same employer. if you dont want gays in 7 eleven then put a sign up, this was rude beyond beleife, maby put americans in there and you wount have this problem. i will never ever purchase anything from a 7 eleven again, and im makeing sure anyone i know is aware of there feelings about gays.Really rude when they look you right in your face and lauf and then make a comment you dont understand and to someone else and then they both lauf. shame on 7 eleven.
