104 Reviews For The Walt Disney Company Headquarters & Corporate Office

I do love Walt Disney and Disneyland but the TV shows have just gone downhill! I miss the the old shows like Kim Possible and Thats So Raven! I mean SERIOUSLY:GRAVITY FALLS,GOOD LUCK CHARLIE,and PHINEAS AND FERB!!!!!! I love Mickey Mouse too but the new show MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE does not do Mickey Mouse justice. Once again I love so much about Disney just not the Tv shows.

Hello, I was just wanting to state my opinion. I just spoke to Mattel about the Barbies and they are already doing something about it, I believe you should create a Disney princess that had cancer and beat it. The younger girls need someone to look up to. What little girl doesn't like Disney princesses and Barbie? As I said, Barbie is coming out with "barbies friend" who will have no hair and come with wigs, hats ect. SO I am asking you, will you consider creating a Disney princess that beat cancer for these little girls??

I rented the movie Treasure Buddies and I will never support a Disney movie again. Parents, please be aware that movies that are rated G are not suitable for all children. My 4 year old is having severe nightmares after watching the Disney movie Treasure Buddies. She wakes up at night screaming about the tombs, cats, etc. My child has never had a nightmare prior to watching this movie. I have enjoyed Disney movies in the past for many years now, my older children grew up watching Disney movies. I think this movie should've been rated PG. Please consider making your non animated movies PG instead of G. Thank you.

I just wanted to say that I'm glad that there is a show such as Gravity Falls. Everything about Gravity Falls just seems right, even the intro soundtrack. So, thank you.

DISNEY HEADQUARTERS...WE AGAIN TRIED TO RESOLVE 5 MONTHS LATER AND WERE TOLD BY TOM STAGGS OFFICE THAT YOUR OFFICE PERSONALLY KNOWS OF OUR SITUATION. WE WERE TOLD THIS AFTER WE WERE TRANSFERRED AND A SECRETARY STATED AND LAUGHED BECAUSE I COULD HEAR HER STATE, I AM NOT IN THE MOOD TO TALK TO HER...THEN SHE ANSWERED, I CONFRONTED HER AND SHE APPOLOGIZED. SHE CALLED TOM STAGGS OFFICE AND THEY HAD RISK MANAGEMENT CALL. RISK MANAGEMENT STATED, THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS, BUT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. IF THEY REALLY DID CARE, I BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD HAVE RESOLVED. MR. STAGGS AND BOARD MEMBERS, IF YOU READ THIS..PLEASE EXPLAIN PERSONALLY WHY DISNEY DID SOOOOOO MANY THINGS WRONG AND FEELS IT WAS OK TO RUIN OUR CAKE AND EVENT. I WILL STATE THAT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE AND EXPLAINATION FOR THE PROBLEMS WE HAD JUST TO ORDER A CAKE 5 MONTHS PRECEDING THIS. IF WE HAD KNOWN WE WOULD HAVE HAD THE PROBLEMS WE DID WE WOULD HAVE HAD THE EVENT AT FULTON'S. THEY WOULD HAVE MADE IT MAGICAL. WE WOULD HAVE HAD OUR WEDDING. THEY WOULD HAVE SUPPLIED THE CAKE, AND PLANNED A WONDERFUL CEREMONY, NOT TO MENTION THAT TO USE THE SITE IS ONLY 400.VS DISNEY'S 5800 MIN., FULTON'S IS PERSONABLE AND CARING. TO ALL READING THIS, I AND MY FAMILY WOULD NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM DISNEY OR PLAN A WEDDING OR ENGAGEMENT THERE. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ, READ THE FOLLOWING AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND. Dear Disney Board Members...and Mr. Tom Staggs, Please Personally read...We have tried numerous times AND MANY MEANS to contact you. In a short summary, these are the issues we had with Disney on our trip with no APPROPRIATE response or resolution... First, we had a wedding planned at Disney. We had so many issues, WE COULD NOT POSSIBLY EXPLAIN THEM ALL... I will try to explain some. MOST OF ALL...I can not explain how disappointing things have been. NOT JUST TO US, BUT OUR FAMILY THAT ATTENDED...EVEN OUR GRANDCHILDREN. IT TOOK AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO GET A CAKE ORDERED. AFTER 2 MONTHS, WE FINALLY SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON. WE WERE THEN TOLD..TWO THINGS..1, THE HOOP-DEE-DOO DOES NOT STORE WEDDING CAKES AND WERE CAUTIONED by your head decorator not to get the custard or strawberry filing, that it would cause food poisoning and there was no set means to transport cakes. It would be brought over in someone’s car. We also were told that THE REASON FOR THIS IS THAT it could not set out more than 20 minutes and that there was no space at our dining location to refrigerate. Bottom line is that Disney tried AND DID TAKE AN ORDER FOR A CAKE that would be transported to out Dining Location in someones car. No refrigeration could be guaranteed. We were not told this when we ordered it and after several months of rudeness, and non- responses, we changed the filing. The problem we had is that YOUR head decorator advised us not to order custard filing after the fact or strawberry. It would cause food poisoning if it was left out over 20 minutes. I dealt with customer relations and it did not help. Second after three months of dealing with this issue with no response on promised phone calls and when a call was made, it was laughed upon. I know this because I was supposedly put on hold once and heard the conversation. Finally, I contacted the presidents office Meg Croftin, who by the way was the secretary also very unconcerned and rude. At this time I spoke to the decorator one more time and he stated do not get custard, you are correct.Disney can not accomodate this. We compromised. Filling was now changed. After speaking to Leslie, there was no "set" means by Disney to trasnsport cakes.WE were told there are several locations but all do it different. They are looking into the problem….Leslie offered free tickets which was ok, but we now were at a point of frustration that we cancelled the wedding and now would just do an engagement party and our wedding back home at a later date. Third, for your knowledge this cake was like a wedding cake, not just a 20 cake you buy from the food court. We really did compromise and came to Disney with a great attitude. I will tell you, the cake was delivered to our room and more than met our expectations. WE were so happy. We went to our engagement dinner at Yachtsmen Steak house and honestly it was a disaster from a rude hostess that was agrevated that we had children to cold and overcooked food. Even at that we went back for cake and a toast…ALL THE PREVIOUS WAS BAD ENOUGH, BUT when we arrived BACK AT POP TO OUR ROOM, we were devastated….our cake was destroyed…..we called management which did not arrive for 2 hours….I called Leslie and she never returned my calls…HOWEVER WE WERE INFORMED THAT IT WAS NOTED TO CALL HER IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS.Bottom line is that A careless DISNEY employee, for no other reason to bring a paid for invoice to our room , (not to the other parties in our gathering)put this invoice on our bed but in doing this he or she banged the door so hard it knocked the topper off the cake, destroying it. I cried….I can’t tell you how upsetting this was….our engagement was ruined….This was the final issue after all the rest… Disney this eve laughed it off. They really did not care….Leslie refused to return calls and now assigned this to David, however, David was insincere and he could not even return calls as he promised. WE HAD TO CALL DAVID. IT TOOK HIM THREE DAYS TO RESOLVE THAT AN EMPLOYEE DID ENTER THE ROOM, BUT HE MUST PROTECT HIS CAST MEMBERS. YES,Three days, later, he confirmed that an employee had entered our room and as he called it, the management team offered an ice cream social in place of this cake; OR a Publix cake because DISNEY COULD NOT DO THE CAKE NOW BECAUSE IT was a busy time of year. He also informed us it would not be as good. He felt an ice cream social three days later could replace things. He STATED HE was protecting this employee….For us the event was now over and the trip half over. Finally, the purpose of this trip originally was a wedding, but now it was the engagement...The dinner and cake were OUR celebration...Not space mountain, etc.... We have traveled to Disney for over thirty years. It was a Legacy for our family. If you really believe that we were emotional, you are correct... We were devastated at Disney's treatment over this... We actually are so disgusted with Disney that after going to Disney for 30 years, we will never return... I am writing this to you and all Disney management and employees. I hope they do read this..... I hope you share this with them. I will share this story and encourage anyone to not go to Disney because of this.... It is not about compensation. To those involved, it was about an event we lost. It was our Celebration. Mr. Staggs, I am sending this to your office and hope you read this. Personally there are people in my opinion that should not have jobs over this issue. They lied at our loss. Bottom line is that even with all the problems prior to the trip, a DISNEY employee destroyed this cake which was our celebration. This employee may not have intentionally destroyed the cake, but if this employee does read this, you all should be ashamed and have apologized at the least. Disney should have resolved it that evening. You could not have missed this cake in the window. The room was decorated. This cake was NEVER EATEN. Disney removed it. There were several families here...If it was intentional on Disney's part, it was a sick joke....Our grandchildren are devastated over this. Emotional yes...of course we were and still are... maybe this may not have been important to Disney employees, but to us, this was important and a life event that cannot be replaced. Disney laughed it off. Disney did not care. My one thanks is to the employee decorator that was honest with us. Thank you.

i was touched inappropriately by a mickey mouse impersonator, i am not here to complain about it , in fact i would like to say thank you to the man/woman who gave me such a memorable experience, please look me up on facebook, my name is Amber Pandelias

I have two sons, ages 16 and 18. We have been unable to attend Disneyland simply due to the very high prices. Recently on Facebook there has been a page getting passed around stating that if you suggest 200 friends LIKE the page, you can win 4 tickets to Disneyland. Figuring it was a long shot I tried it anyway. Only to find out that you must subscribe to what I am guessing, are non-Disney affiliated companies. I went no further and figured it was a scam. I have taken a photo shot of the screen and would be glad to send it on to the Disney Companies Customer Relations Dept as I am sure it is really upsetting to many families and is just a scam with someone using Disney's name in an unauthorized fashion.

Really? The Chew, The Revolution???? I no longer watch ABC. I was a loyal viewer, but not anymore. What were you thinking cancelling AMC?

Hello, I want to say that I am highly disappointed in the Princess and Frog movie. I watched it for the first time a few days ago with my children, and I was in dis-belief that WALT DISNEY could even make a movie in that manner. I have been watching the Princesses every since I was a little girl, and I don't remember any of the other Princesses being placed in a real-case scenario. All of the Princesses were in a far away fairy tale, yet Tiana was in New Orleans in the ghetto, working 2 jobs to save up for a restaurant that SHE had to pay for after she married her Prince. She didn't even get to dance with her Prince at a ball or anything. Then Tiana wasn't even a Princess. Her parents were poor and living in poverty, this is what DISNEY thinks how a black girl wants to be labeled as a Princess, and the 1st Black Princess at that. To top everything off, most of the Princesses have their movie named after them...Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty,ect... I now have daughters of my own who enjoys everything with Disney's name on it, yet I don't want them to watch Princess and the Frog or anything else with Disney's name on it for that matter. I just want DISNEY to know that all of the wonderful creators they on their team. # YOU COULD HAVE MADE A BETTER MOVIE THAN TO ONLY SEGREGATE US EVEN MORE# Make a better movie that doesn't make sense, DISNEY makes to much money for that Cheap Setting in animation ### SAD

My family and I stayed at the Aulani Resort in Hawaii for a few days. I invited my parents to join us for dinner at the Makahiki restaurant which is where my family’s disappointment began. The food was terrible and for the price we all were extremely disappointed. When we lived in Las Vegas, we use to eat at buffet style restaurants on regular bases and I can say that there was always three times the amount of food then what Disney Aulani had and it was at least 1/3 of the cost. The chicken was horrendously dry like it was sitting under the heating light for days. The prime rib was also dry and not to mention the carver cut both my mom and I a piece that was thinner than 2 centimeters (what restaurant does that, every time I had prime rib, it was also sliced ½ a inch to a inch thick). The Poi truly did not look like Poi at all but I guess that was your company plan since tourist doesn’t know what Poi should actually look like. My youngest son who is 11 hated the pizza; he took one bite and said the pizza tasted nasty. Now please tell me, what child does not like pizza, especially a child that can eat a whole medium pizza by himself. In all honesty, I think the best tasting dishes that was available for me to eat because I am allergic to sea food was the bake beans, chow fun noodles, and the eggplant tofu. Even the food service staff took forever to come and pick up our dishes from the table so we could go and try something else to eat. It really was a horrible experience. Out of all our Disney experience, this was by far the worst experience ever. I have never experienced anything like this with any of the other Disney experience we took part in.

i want the old tv shows to come on again like rolli pollie ollie , higgletown heroes , cat and dog shows like that because from my point of view thoses shows were a hit in my day i want those shows to cme back on now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This review should have "0" stars. My family and I recently went on a Disney Cruise. The ship, entertainment and service was very good, however, the offshore shopping was a nightmare,. Disney endorsed Diamonds International as a reputable vendor and they gauanteed the jewelry value. When I had the jewelry I purchased appraised, the value was $2,000.00 less then the cost. I can not get in touch with any one at Disney over this matter. Diamonds International is not refunding my purchase. The whole affair is a nightmare. Do not buy any jewelry on board or onshore.

SINCE IT'S VERY OBVIOUS THAT BARACK O'BAMA IS YOUR BOY FOR RE-ELECTION WHY NOT CHANGE YOUR NAME FROM ABC WHICH IS YOUR CHANNEL TO O'BAMA DISNEY ENDORSED CHANNEL. YOU ARE EITHER SLOPPERING ALL OVER HIM OR MICHELLE. WOULD BE NICE( BUT I KNOW A MIRACLE) IF YOU HAD THE GUTS TO BE INPARTIAL SO THAT WE CAN MAKE UP OUR MINDS WHO WE WOULD LIKE TO ELECT AS OUR PRESIDENT BUT THEN I GUESS YOU DON'T THINK WE CAN DO THAT WITHOUT YOUR HELP.

A couple of years ago my little neice had her leg slammed n the ride gate by7 an employee. At first, my neice felt okay, but the next day she was in pain. My sisters attempts to contact disney for help with treatment. It is disappointiing that the crackpot legal experts there, probably advised against helping out those who have been injured. I guess we can chalk that up to our litigious society, but I would not sue if someone gave the kind of help that shows some level of reposibility. Things are definately different from when i was a kid.

I grew up going to Disneyland, so recently I my daughter and myself went to Disney World. WHAT A MISTAKE! Poor customer service, ASSAULTED BY DISNEY EMPLOYEE ON THE BUZZ LIGHTYEAR RIDE! I actually had my knee cap bashed in by a girl not paying any attention that was working the ride. She slammed the bar on me without looking. My screams of pain where ignored and I received apathetic Stepford responses. I stayed at the All Star Music resort and was shaken out of bed by loud motors used by maintence workers at 9 am, after being up late, therefore not getting any sleep. WDW employees told me "they have the right to do that", when I complained. The maid passed my room 5 minutes before I left for the day and did not return to clean the room and when I complained, I was told "thats the way we do things at Disney." The food at The Chrystal place and Tony's made us sick. The door to the Starligt cafe was completely blocked by strollers, and when we pointed it out to a female employee standing right there, she did nothing about the fire hazard I pointed out. I never encountered such bad service at Disneyland. I want to know: Have things really changed that much? Or is this a Florida thing? Our last day at the park was ruined by the attack on my knee. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I put 1 star because you don't list -5 stars. This is a 2-edged sword comment in that you are starting up a new educational show for preschoolers and, as both a school psychologist, retired, and as the Nana of 10 grandkids of my own, IT'S ABOUT TIME! I hope it encourages learning abilities in not only seeing, hearing, but also kinesthetic skills (to name a few). It really helps when they learn something thru all 3, simultaneously, so none of the ways these kids collect info is either encouraged at the expense of all the other ways because the more ways you get info in to your long-term memory, the more likely it will always be there to increase permanent knowledge and, like a file system, be available for making sense of new data. Now to the negative part of my comments. You removed 184, the SOAP NETWORK!!!! Yes, I know. Your recording says you started in in 2000 so, due to different time zones, people addicted could still watch their shows. Well. PUT IT BACK ON THE ROSTER, PLEASE! Thing is, using today as only 1 example among thousands over a yr, when there's some "big" news story - like some dude who broke into a machine shop, fired off his gun at 6 AM, hitting no one, thank God - though no -ne is sure if he was shooting at people or just shooting to scare people. Anyway, ALL DAY LONG, mostly totally excluding the entire soap, they kept broadcasting the same info, pics,as though on a loop, because they had no new info. So I tried to turn to 184 so I wouldn't miss what the entire rest of the world, except for a 30 square mile area of CA, where I live, got to watch. Put the preschool show on # 181, 182, 183, 185, etc., PLEASE! I don't know what happened on Bold and the Beautiful, Y&R, GH and this is FRIDAY! Yes. I know. I hear all you making fun of me being a soap addict. My whole life was spent outdoors training horses, building barns, fencing, doing vet work on my wolf, raising goats and chickens as well as Spanish Arabs and being an endurance rider, etc. That's on top of working in construction- the only female backhoe operator in El Dorado Co., CA. But now I'm disabled and can't do anything that once defined me as a human being. So now I use soaps as an excuse to keep breathing, besides working in my garden when I can or watching the birds and squirrels play, eat the food I put out for them. So PLEASE put 184 back on line. PLEASE. Or I could start a petition or something. My grandkids can help me be creative.

Was at Disney world old key west 2/29/12to3/6/12 we had a one bedroom villa with my husband. When I made my reservation I had asked for something close to a bus stop and on the second floor. I was told by the person taking the reservation that she would put us in building 11or 12 that it was close to the main building and the bus. When we got there we could not have been put further away from it. We walked up to the office which seemed like miles away and requested something closer . They said they could not put us in building 11or 12 that that was for vacation club members only so they moved us to another building closer to a bus stop but on the third floor. I explained that my husband had bad knees and that would not work they said they couldn't do anything about it . Now on to the real problem both the villas where very dirty. The one they put us in on the third floor was so disgusting it made us feel ill. I could not believe how dirty it was. We have stayed in other resorts in Disney world and never had this issue. I went to the office to complain. The manager would not even come over to talk to me,he told the desk person to offer $75 dollars in credit to use while we were there. I told them it was rude not to come over to talk to me they really did not care.Long story short after many complaints and finally getting someone to come look at the filth they offered 2 nights free at old key west again I told them I did not want to stay there again so the person I spoke to said I could stay anywhere I wanted. I got my letter in the mail as promised but it is for old key west again. I have a call into the person that I delt with at old DIRTY west yes you are reading that right that's what I have named it and I have not heard back from him yet . And by the way they came in every day to so call clean and the urine that was on the rim of the toilet and the food that was spilled on the front of the stove was still there when I left among other thing. Things sure are going down hill fast there. I think Walt would not be happy. Next plan is to contact corporate . Had planned on buying into the vacation club but not now. This is very sad as I feel I do not want to go back. I wish I could post the pictures I took of the filth.I do plan on sending them to corporate but I don't think they will care.

This year my mother celebrated her 100 year old birthday on Feb 5. We were visitng my mother and sister in CA. My 2 daughters and their families traveled from PA and MD to help celebrate her birthday. I requested from guest relations for a possible free pass for one day for my mother, thinking it would be good publicity. No can do, because they get a lot of requests for free passes. I did ask how many 100 year olds ask for free passes, never got an answer. I thought our families spent sufficient funds to earn a free pass. What was spent - 2 families stayed at the Disney Hotel for a week each, we bought 8-6 day hopper passes, 2-3 day hopper passes and my sisret's family has 6 annual passes. Then I read the money Disney made last year!!!!!!!!. As far as I am concerned it was very poor customer relations.
