I shop at a Publix in Lawrenceville Georgia #00833... and frankly i love it.... i can't tell you how not only friendly the workers and staff are, but how very professional .... they really try to help you, they take me to the exact location where the item i'm looking for is located, and then some... i just can't recall all they help they offer.... I don't have enough words to express how professional and friendly their store manager is, Anthony - extremely helpful and will go out of his way to assist, irrespective of what you may need. and my other endearing professional is my Publix Pharmacist, Cindy.... she's always on-the-go to satisfy customers that need their prescriptions "right away" .... goes out of her way to explain what that med is and answer any questions, truly, truly helpful.... I just love my Publix... its my shopping store that offers great sales and reductions that i have learned to take advantage of.... ITS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP ....

Hi, I have a proposal for Publix, would you like to open a store in Nassau Bahamas? For many years Winn Dixie was here my husband worked for them for 29 years he died, the head at that time was a Mr Bradley he was the best but after about five years after the death of my husband he left and Winn Dixie pulled out of the Bahamas it was a great loss. The company was then bought by Bahamian Business men I don't know who but they ran the business to the ground. In 2010 they sold it to another set of Bahamian business men, the head being the Finlaysons, very rich in the Bahamas. In The Bahamas the stores are called City Meat Markets and there are 8 stores or was 8 store up until this week there is only 3 left they closed all the rest. I'm asking you to take one, the one in Lyford Cay, which I think was doing well and there is none other in that area. I am interested in this project but do not have the backing but looking, hence asking you to send someone to have a look at the site in lyford, I think it is worth a look. If interested email me at lifeforyouth.mcsweeney230@gmail.com Look forward to a response. Thank you, Jo

What a recent pleasure was to visit the Publix Store in 5885 Cumming Hwy, Sugar Hill, GA 30518! Customer service offered by the new Assistant Produce Manager was exceptional. He provided help with his department and went out of his way to help me find other items in different departments. It seems this store location has improved its Produce department tremendously from a month ago (7/25/2011).

This has made my day. I wish all posintgs were this good.

Pheonmnael breakdown of the topic, you should write for me too!

I have been a loyal customer to PUBLIX for the past 30 years. I have shopped our store in Port St John (Indiavista Center) since it opened. I have no problem with the personnel, as a matter of fact, Bernice the lady who cooks the wonderful Apron Simple Meals, is delightful. The other personnel are always helpful and kind. They go out of their way when I need to find a product. The reason for this correspondence is to complain about a product that is being discontinued, that we buy every week. We were informed by the deli personnel today that Publix will no longer carry deli sliced Land of Lakes cheese products. They also indicated that BOAR’S HEAD was not selling as well. Evidently PUBLIX has a contract with BOAR’S HEAD. I thought PUBLIX was all about customer service. We have tried BOAR’S HEAD and think the cheese is tasteless compared to Land of Lakes. You don’t carry one product of anything else… why just cheese? I hope you will reconsider this decision. Thank You REM

My family has been an avid shoppers at Publix for years. We live in Fort Myers, off of Daniel's Parkway , 3 miles east of I-75. There are over 5000 homes in our Master planned community- GATEWAY- and the closest Publix is on lee Blvd and St rd 82 in lehigh Acres which is very North of our community and is not a desireable and safe area. The other store is 2-3 miles West on Daniels Pkwy about 2-3 miles the opposite way home to our community. Most homeowners in Gateway feel the same and choose to go to SweetBay down the road from Publix on Lee/colonial. You may want to consider a location east off of Daniels as the New Red Sox Stadium is being built and will attract many visitors. You will also have all the traffic heading home to Gateway, the airport and lehigh Acres. please forward this email to the corporate office or notify me with their email address and phone number. Thank you

To: Customer Survice Publix Corporate Office Publix Coupon Policy at Publix in Summertree Plaza 32765 Eiland Blvd, Zephyrhills Fl Store Manager: Andrew Hall and Assis. Manager Johnathan Carter. This accepts coupons form these nearby competetionrs: Save-A-Lot, Sweetbay, The Fresh Market, Winn-Dixie This Publix Coupon Policy I follow I carried with me every week to do my shopping. Save-A-Lot has a coupon $5.00 off from purchase of $25.00 or more Limit one per person or household. This coupon is very clear, I did my grocery shopping as usual and use 1 coupon or $5.00 purchase for half of my grocery was ok. And I was doing another complete different transaction and the Ass. Manager Johnathan told me I can NOT use another coupon from Save- A-Lot I ask Why? he said one per household and I used one all ready and this was a completly different transaction and Mr. Johnathan went to ask Mr. Andrew Hall because he was close by fixing some bags and he said No for second time to me because I was ther last week as usual doing my grocery shopping at Publix. I see this misunderstanding on ther behave reading this coupon for ther convinience not for CUSTOMER POLICIY and not willing to take the coupon on different transaction. MY second dissapoinment with Mr.Johnathan he was bagging my grocery and he never offer to help me to take it to my car. I never complain but this situation make me fill unwelcomed to Pulix. I started shopping Publix about a year ago at Easley SC then there was the nicest Manager and some nice people in customer service but now the Managers wont even speak to you and if they see you using coupons they act and watch you as if ur tryin to steal. The customer service people are always with their nose in the air and are very rude. Also if they arent gonna have enough in stock or get it next truck then they should let you use a raincheck for more than 30days.Not everyone lives near there.I had a coupons for a item that has took more than 30 days to be in stock when I shopped there had several coupons for it now they wont accept their own raincheck.I wont be shopping at that store if I can help it and its 20 miles to next nearest so Im sure Ingles will appreciate my business!

My husband, a Human Relations Mgr. of Westinghouse Corp. Leaving the Riverside, Jax. Publix, saw someone "stealing a cart". Good citizen went back into store to alert Mgr. of Publix. His reply, "oh that happens every day", not to worry. My husband was dismissed. Stealing is Stealing. Am I to imply that Publix does not care about property stealing. Therefore I must assume, that I may go in and get a steak, and a good bottle of wine. The manager, can not separate stealing of a cart and stealing of steak and wine! Both are property of Publix. The jury would not be out long on this one. Looking for a REPLY, next step our Jacksonville Times Unio. In ALL ways our store is clean, well stocked, employees wonderful and helpful.

Im sorry im a fan of publix and publix products and there store is on of the best . But i have lost faith in Publix after this week i was shopping at my publix on US1 and Baker road in Stuart Florida 34994 and while i was walking through the store i notice an ederly woman walking around the store well i took a closer look and this women had DEFECATED all over herself and her legs and was walking around the store touching all the food and products i was repulsed i even told the store manager about the problem and HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING AT ALL . Personally FECES and PRODUCE dont mix in my book and i know for a fact she had fresh vegetables in her cart so she must have touched the veggies with her bare hands and who knows if she scratch her BUTT OR HER LEGS AND THEN TOUCHED ALL THE FOOD IT WAS A HEALTH VIOLATION AND I DIDNT KNOW PUBLIX HIRED EMPLOYEES WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF ITS CUSTOMERS OR EMPLOYEES i guess people have to get a disease or die of bacterial infection before they care , im gonna get that store shut down for sure !!!!!!!!

I stopped by the Gladiolous store in S Ft Myers and ask to speak to a Manager. I had inquired the previous day of my request and was ask to come back the next day to inquire. The gentleman that assisted me wanted to know what my request was about, so he could inform the Manager. Again, I informed him I wasn't from a charity Organization, but was asking if the store would like to make a contribution of a sheet cake for a lady at a health care facility that was turning 100 years old. The Manager never came out to talk to me. Instead, I was given a green sheet of paper informing me I would have to notify the corporate office on my charity org. letter head what I was requesting. And that my request should be made 4 weeks in advance. I already informed them I was not from a charity organization. I did not think I was being out of line to make such a request. After all the lady did shop at Publix's for 35 years. I have shopped there for 10 years myself. Quite a few people in our mobile home park shop at publix's. If Publix's don't make these kinds of contribution as a community service that is OK. I just think the Manager should of been polite enough to come out and tell me so. Ms Polly will get her Birthday Cake to celebrate her 100 years on July 3, 2011 - but I guess it won't be from Publix's, which I think is kind of sad. I also heard my favorite cashier quit - I was so disappointed to hear that. I think I will try another store my next grocery shopping day.

We have shopped at Publix in Bonita Springs almost exclusively for about 16 years. we appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the freshness of the produce. We are really impressed with the aprons chef, Paul Bastone. He is very friendly and helpful with recipes. The things he prepares are delishious. I have tried several of the recipes. We are pleased with the pharmacy also. The pharmasists are friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. Bill and Linda Gottschalk, Bonita Springs, Florida.

@ Robin Diamond, You need to learn how to spell! I don't think you're a RACIST, I think you're WHITE TRASH that hate to WAIT like everyone else thats in LINE???

To bad there isn't a 0 rating. I wrote something a couple of weeks ago about an injury in Publix. A bag boy put a bottle of champagne in the kittie seat of the grocery cart and it slipped through the hole for the child,s legs Broke it big time. Let's just say if you go into Publix an employee injury you. Tough!! I notice my comments from a couple of weeks ago were not published.

I am a Publix customer and enjoy shopping ether because of their customer service, that is why I was so shocked when on my way to N. Myrtle for a cousins reunion I stopped in the Publix store in Charleston SC to purchase some items,Being from, SC and having lived in Charleston my plans were to spent the night there. to Publix, when checking out the bag boy place a bottle of champagne in the kiddie seat of the cart and the bottle slipped through the holes used for the child's legs. I can't explain that pain, I saw stars. I ask the young boy to get me some ice for the toe, which he did. I went to my car and tried he ice. Iwas in s much pain that I drove my car their door and hoppled in and ask a manager looking person that was up front when the incident happen if he could me me some Tynlenol for the pain, because I couldn't walk to look for it. It took forever, when he returned he had Tylenol PM, he took it in the managers office and there again it was while before they came out. I was told he could not administer the medicine, I explained to him that I was staying over night in Charleston and would take it when I checked into the hotel. I did not sleep that night. I took the Tynlenol and kept my foot packed in ice. When morning finally arrived I keep I had to seek medical attention, because my whole foot was swollen and blue. I went to Dorcor's care in Mt Pleasant, they x-rays my toe and burned a hole in the toe nailto rlease the internal bleeding, gave me a prescription for pain and put a splint on the toe.The Doctor, said she thought it was broken, but a radiologist would have to read the x-rays and call me. I went back to Publix, because I though an accident report should be written, different manager on duty, report was written. I ask him about filling the prescription,he said he would have to fax it to the main, he did and gave me the prescription to me to take to the pharmacy. No sense of concern or considennation that I was in pain. I wouldn't take a prescription pain medicine, so I also purchased a long with my prescription. I couldn't wait any longer. To make a long story short I spent my vacation with my foot elevated and pack in ice. Do walking on the beach for me. On my return trip home I knew that I would need to stop by Dr's Care in Mt. Pleasant and maybe have another hole burned in my nail, they called me while I was enroute and told me it was broken. hey burned another hole in the nail buddy wrapped my toe and placed my foot in a boot. All this time I am driving with an ice pack on my foot, thanks goodness fr little things, it was my left toe. Because my toe looked so bad I took pictures of it. I sent results of the x-rays and pictures of the toe(not pretty). I was told that they would pay medical, because I am 72 I have medicare and a supplemental insurance and there is nothing they can really do for a broken. The bill came to $165.00 I told them I thought that they should reimberse me for vacation expense. They were very rude and said that would not happen. I spent my vacation in pain, because of something one of their employee's did to me, no fault of my own. So if you go into a Publix store be very careful, because if one of their employees should do something to injury, sorry-that's tuff!!!,

Absolutely beyond belief! Becauce of our knowledge of Publix Supermarkets, we thought it would be wonderful for some friends of ours to give it a try for at least PT employment. Unfortunaltley, that was the worst thing that we have done. Yes, they were employed. After 2 yrs. with one, and a few with the other, I absolutely could not believe the information that I have gathered threw these times. Trust me, I tested each situation. What has happened with the Great Jenkins way of life? The founder? Publix is at the point now that you have lost the best mission statement known to business. Your 'shopping is a pleasure' is for the customer, but behind closed doors the employees are miserable, misled, made to feel like they have to put on this act of incompliance, fake freaking smile, just to produce this policy that is exspect
