In Bakersfield, CA. the little Caesars at 5620 California Ave.#E, is a francise. I am a hard working single mother and at times I have very little money. I happend into this store before and was welcomed with an abundance of rudeness from the owner non-the-less. Anyways, today May 31 my daughters were hungry and I did not have much, but just enough for pizza and hot wings. I only had two dollars and 84 cents in change and a 10 dollar bill, which happend to be the total. As I was making sure I had right amount for my bill, the owner came up to me and said, "I dont have time for your change, and your change is holding up my line." HMMMMMMMMM, well with only three people in line and an invatation to come back, I think I am going to grace her with lots of change..... I hope she will make time for me now. because I am going to buy one to two pizzas a day, for weeks using nothing but dimes and nickels. hahaha and I am going to give that pizza to anyone who is in that line, and inform them of how Little Caesars loves their customers... thank you single working mom

Little Ceasars in Indianapolis on west 38th st. Turns away customers at a certain time and will not make any food for new cutomers......very sad. You all will not get any business from me ever

I had a thought for you at corporate. It is my belief that you encourage your franchisees to purchase the " Spinny Sign " and have them hire any minimum wage monkey to stand on the nearest major street and spin away drawing attention to the business and your current hot slice or pizza offer. I just wanted to interject a thought into this marketing strategy. What if you were to suggest to your franchisees that they hire a person who is trapped in a wheelchair or perhaps one with an otherwise obvious legitimate handicap. I believe a policy of helping the unfortunate by employing the potentially unemployable would really lend great credibility to your brand. This is an opportunity for philanthropy coupled with good marketing. Signed, toptenemployees@gmail.com

If you think it's bad up front, you should see what goes on in the back of the store!!! Worked there for almost a year now, tried repeatedly to get into their manager training program. Repeatedly I have been knocked back by management at the store where I work. I have been sexually harrassed by one of those managers, hours cut for "no" reason, and injured by improperly installed chemical dispensers (with no compensation or proper medical treatment) They have NOT paid those medical bills and final notices for those bills are now coming to my home. The injury I received almost six months ago still affects me. Little Caesar's service sucks because the crew and management are lazy, self centered, and too preoccupied with their phones to serve you. Protect you and yours, stay away from this establishment. Little Caesar's is Unclean, Unfriendly, Unprofessional, Unworthy...

I was refused service because I had my service animal with me. When I tried to explain to the employee it wasn't a dog, which he thought it was, he yelled from the moment I walked in the store, "mam get your dog out of here non stop," and I tried to explain it was a service animal and he had to let us in and he said no I don't because I will get fired. So, I called the police to come settle the dispute and NO I didn't buy anything and never will. I will however file a complaint with the DOJ, for violation of the ADA.

I dont know why but everytime I eat your pizza I get sick ive tried & tried again on different occasions to see if it was just a bad pizza, but no its everytime. You guys need to get your shit together. Im never going back

I went to the little ceasers in Harborcreek ,Pa in the Giant Eagle plaza. I have gone here many times before without any problems. But the other day i went in for a hot and ready. They had alot of customers as usual and all the pizza's were gone which is fine. So i put in an order and paid for it.I'm stressing the fact that i ordered and paid for it. They told me 10 minutes which was fine with me. Then one of the workers kids came in and got two pizza's without paying for them while i was waiting for them. He said he just stopped in , didn't pay for them and left. Am i wrong for thinking and saying this was fxxked up service and got my money back. I want to thank this a-hole for turning me off to little ceasers, i would rather spend the extra money for better customer service and a better pizza, than have to get that service again. Thanks again for turning me away from little ceasers.

Your new TV ad camp airing is such a freak show I know I will never buy anything from you people again. You people are insane, tone deaf and basically stupid. I know I'm just two lousy pizza's a week, but it is two you will never get again. Bye Panamarick

To Whom It May concern Dear Sir. / Madam, I have worked for Little Caesars for about 10 months as an assistant manager at the store 2214 located at 3101 North Andrews Avenue Wilton Manor, Fl 33311. Since that date I never reported any complaint about my supervisor Anna Guthierez who had treated me in a bad ways. Nevertheless, her attitude was so hurtful that cannot report it. As a matter of fact, I was alerted that Anna would come at the store. As I always try to make everything as perfect as I can, I did not care about her coming. When I arrived at the store at about 5:40PM, Manager Aismel asked to clock in and work at the oven station. Usually, on Friday I close as the store assistant manager. But tonight I had to close with Santwice, the co-manager. When I started working, I had to do the inventory. Because the store was busy at that time, the manager said, “Don’t worry about the inventory, and take the oven please. I had worked in the oven until Anna came to ask me to clock out because I did not want to sign a write up for leaving $ 90.00 in the Register # 1. I was very surprise to hear that there was $ 90.00 after I made a drop for $ 30.00 and Santwice later for $ 25.00. Because she did not find anything wrong to reproach me, she accused me for leaving 90.00 dollars in the register. As I did not want to sign her non sense writing up, she asked me to clock out and leave the store. Therefore, I left the store at 10:48PM. She left also the store at the same time. This unfair situation makes me thinking about what she can do tomorrow when I have to work as the assistant manager who closes. Furthermore, the supervisor went home with the writing. As a victim, I would like corporate to investigate this incident which keeps hurting me. I called in vain many times to report this incident. I already appreciate your efforts for an urgent solution which can safely help me work tomorrow and Sunday. Thank you so much. I recently visited the Little Caesars on E98 Brooklyn New York and I must say the service here sucks is horrible management is horrible it's a lot of discrimination going on at that location it was just one teenage boy who came in and ask for a job, they had the now hiring sign and the manager said to him no, where not hiring guys, only girls. Which I thought that was really discrimination, so I then asked him if I can have an application. He gave me a receipt paper and said fill out ur name and my number. Before I can leave out the store, he quickly crumbled my information and put it in the Garbage I would never go back to little Caesars.

Since you see fit to throw a million dollar party for the Obama administration in Detroit (I guess this is called "sucking up") I would like you to know that never again will my hard earned dollars be spent at any of your stores. There must really be something in it for Little Ceasar's for you to be spending that kind of money. We'll see how you respond some day when they come in to your corporate office and inform you "we now own your company because this is now a socialist country.

Andrea 3/3/12 I worked for Little Caesars for a good while and I'll be the first to tell anyone that it is not as easy of a job as it looks. It is hard work and you have to keep yourself under control in that kind of environment. Not only do you have to make a ton of pizzas you also have to keep the hot boxes maintained and stocked with fresh product, along with the side orders of course. Then there is a matter of the customers. Never in all my life have I ever come into contact with such rude people. It is not always going to be Hot and Ready, so go ahead and get that through your skull. When you enter a store, especially on Friday nights, and there is a line of people that have just walked in and everyone of them has ordered at least ten to fifteen pizzas each, expecting Hot and Ready is out of the question. You people need to loss the attitude. Remember, the cashier that you are getting rude with is also the one that is making your food, along with their crew members that are working their fingers to the bone in the back of the store. When you work for this company you and the people you work with are a team and we stick together, so it would not be the brightest of ideas to piss us off. My Comment: So Corporate, you approved this post before it was posted? You just lost a household of customers. Why can't I do 0 stars?

Store in sapulpa ok is HORRIBLE!!!!! Ordered 4 pizzas, girl said it would take 5 minutes. There was a guy in front of me who ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas, workers sent 6 pepperoni pizzas out the door to customers who came in after us and ordered......everyone who had to wait received a free 2 liter but me cause I said something to the girl about the other guy having to wait on his pizzas when they sent the same pizzas out the door with other customers!!!!! They had no pizzas ready and there were no adults there managing these kids. I waited 25 minutes for my 5 minute pizzas, absolutely ridiculous......looks like you just lost another customer!!!!!

Was at Lil Ceasars in Hazleton Pennsylvania (inside K-mart), and I asked why don't the employees handling the food wear gloves like other food stores. They said they don't have to because the food goes in the oven at 600 degrees. 600 degrees or not, I do not feel comfortable eating food that was touched by an employee who just picked his nose or worse yet, an employee who has AIDS who just cut his finger and started poking the pizza dough with his bloody finger or blood leaking out of a bandaid. Needless to say, I walked out.

Worst pizzas in existance. While I do partially blame the workers, I must say some do work very hard. (Particularly the one who helped me get my money back for the uncooked pizza I received. I beleive his name was John.) However, you can see the manager in the back of the store yelling at employees, and swearing at them, just about any other inappropriate action a manager could make. Along with this, there were several employees both Hispanic, Black, and white, standing around doing nothing while their fellow co workers did everything. I was greatly disappointed.

The Little Caesars in Safford, AZ that sits on highway 70, is not managed well at all. Even being an employee I would not buy our pizzas. As an employee I know how this Specific store is being managed. The District Manager, whether he's aware of it or not, is pulling illegal moves. 1.) High school students are putting in 40+ hours per week. 2.) The same under 18 employees use equipment that is dangerous and are not legally allowed to handle. 3.) Hours that had been put in by one of my co-workers had gone "missing" and the paycheck didn't add up (financially). --The last is just a complaint from myself and others. I work a very frustrating schedule. I will have a shift the is scheduled from four to ten when we close (usually don't get out and home until eleven) The following morning I have to be there at eight fourty in the morning. It leaves me very tired and delusional, which in turn, I use offensive language in front of the consumers. I don't want to quit, thought, I do like the work.

I went to the little caesars 1128 oak ridge turnpike oak ridge, tn the night shift is horrible. First and far most is the wait time. It's a Tuesday night at 7 I came in and didn't get out until 7:30 .. I ordered 1sausage pizza.. I was waiting on it and come to find out it was never put in the oven. It sat there until someone finally said something 25 mins later. The staff is young kids all seemed to be on something. there was about 6 staff and I figured the wait would be quick. This is the second time within a week and night shift. The everyone was not wearing gloves. I think someone needs to check that place out. Unexpected visit as a customer.
