I really thought I was fortunate to have such a great car deal until I began experiencing warning light issues for my tires. The dealer never documented the resets but I have had it reset about 8 times already. I recently got a recall letter for the air bags and two days ago I was making a right turn and the car started to stall or pull another way... What the heck??!! I drive my kid all the time and other peoples kids...I need out quick...

Why would you try to sell cars by saying they don't look like the cars your trying to sell. Not only that, they do look like Buicks.

We order the replacement ignition switch in late April 2014 and to date it has not been sent to the dealer for installation. Hey Lady CEO get your stuff together or buy my car back.

I bought a 08 cobalt with 19,890 miles since I drove it home nothing but problems with it between ignition every control module going out lights turning on and off all the time they wont do a damn thing about it. will never buy a pos gm product again will switch to ford

I have never had a car or company that is as poor as GM. I have had trouble with my cruze almost from day one. GM from the top right down to the dealer enjoys selling junk. When you try to talk to some one other than those who answer the phone you get no where. I did every thing GM asked me to do. Then when they still could not fix my car, we started over. This was my first new GM, and now my very last.

when you get locked out of your house theres a way in but when you get locked out of your car cause of security system theres nothing we can do I have a 1999 buick lasabre and the security light stays on and wont let the car start I cant afford to take it to the dealer so then what do I do

Although our daughter total the 2009 cobolt and air bags did not deploy; she was able to walk away. The front of the car was unfortunately destroyed, some how never triggered the airbags to deploy. An angel was with her.

We are now having our third yes you read it right our third transmission put in this vehicle that saddest part of all is I am still making payments on it. I say buyer beware cause after the fact I found a lot of complaints about the transmission having problems. Its to bad GM does not step up to the plate and acknowledge they have some serious issues with these transmissions.As a consumer I really got the shaft purchasing this vehicle. I would never ever ever purchase another GM product. or recommend any one to purchase a GM vehicle. I rate this vehicle as poor as you can get,

Just wanted to say I am completely satisfied with our purchase of 2000 Chevy Tahoe. We purchased it July of 2000. The odometer now reads 305,787 miles on original engine and transmission. We replaced water pump, battery, alternator, and radiator in 2013. It has had 2 fuel filters, 1 set of wires and plugs, 3 sets of brake pads, 1 tie-rod replaced and a hub bearing. Needs a little front end work now but nothing major. Still a very solid vehicle. Best car we ever purchased.

I would buy to let you know that I am NOT very satisfied with my 2008 Chevy Silverado it only has 53 thousand miles and the planetary Part of the. transmission went out I have been asking for help since October 1st they could not help me said I would have to pay for the diagnostic test I could not afford to do thatI spoke with several people at your customer service and I've got nowhere my next step is to call the Better Business Bureau and to let others know never to buy Chevy they do not last thank you for your time Jeanette Gonzalez

Time to by a FORD . 2013 Malibu is a lemon and filing reports go no where. CEO cares about the money not the consumer going by the telemarketing personnel. Told me go to the news , channel 7 !

In 1986 I bought my last GM vehicle and had so many problems in the first 12 months of ownership, I sold it and swore never to buy GM again. 28 years later I bought a $40,000 Silverado LT Crew Cab 5.3 L, 4x4 thinking GM has turned the corner and learned how to make quality vehicles. Wrong. 3 months after I purchased the truck and with 5000 miles, the fuel injectors went haywire. Parts are not available locally and GM does not know when they can fix it. Deja vu all over again! Same GM. Same crappy engineering and manufacturing. Never again.

We have had many GM cars since 1962. We have had good service from all of the cars. We have a 1996 Monte Carlo with 267,000 miles purchased as a new car which we currently use as a second car. We also have a 2009 Impala which we plan to replace. However, it seems like you are determined to use the most awful two-tone interiors someone designed after a bad dream. How did the two-tone 2009 Malibu sell with awful two-tone interior? Not well, I would imagine. So, why did you do the same thing to an otherwise beautiful car - the 2014 Impala. And when will you plan to put a beautiful gray interior in the Silver car similar to the 2009 Silver car we have. It's enough to make me consider a different car or van - the Honda van has a beautiful interior!

NOT PERSONAL, JUST AN OBSERVATION: Nine out of ten (yes we have been counting them for a long time, now) cars that we see on the road with a light out is a GM. Most are Chevys but it is obviously a GM problem. When we see a car coming or going with a light missing we laugh and guess that it will be a GM brand vehicle. We are almost always right. What is the Problem? The bulbs, the wiring, or some other? We have two Chevys now and all lights are burning (well except for the instrument panel bright light indicator on the van) but we did have trouble with tail lights on the Malibu and the Impala. Yep, there is a problem with the GM lights!

I will never buy another GM product. My 2007 Silverado has been having an issue with the traction control and the Stabilitrak but no Chevy Dealers and so call technicians can provide me with a logical answer to why my truck is having this issue over and over... Even with a well maintain truck like mine. I check numerous websites and see a lot of dissatisfied customers out there with American built vehicles. Dodge, Ford, and Chevy...I never thought of the day I would buy foreign made truck. Thank you Toyota for tundra.
