horrible products & service

my daughter bought a pair of boots, when she put them on at home the entire outside seem ripped apart. making them unwearable. she brought term back to the store to be told they would not do anything for her since she wore them & took off the tag. what are we supposed to do with them? & they dont even deserve the 1 star rating but it wouldnt let me continue without it!

Exchanging sale Items

I went into Forever 21 in Las vegas, Fashion Mall.. it came to my attention that they had plus sizes & mens clothes; I went in there fell in loe with everything. got home some of the clothes did not fit. went back to return them couldn't get money back so I said whatever I am going to shop for other things anyway, went in there today 01/03/2013 to exchange my husbands jeans for which I got 30% off, & I got a bigger size went to the register & said I want to exchange for bigger size which had them In my hand..cashier said your balance is $7.00, my response "why? I am exchanging the jeans, they are the same exact thing" this young kid comes and says your balance is $7.00 because the jeans are not on sale anymore. I said "I am not returning I AM EXCHANGING THE JEANS" The young associate "I understand that mam, but there is nothing I can do" worst customer service ever. My friend the other day we went into Charlotte Russe in the outlets, she didn't haveher receipt with her got the pants half off when purchased, and when she went to return them them she got the full regular price back. cash back. never going back to forever 21 again. taking this to corporate.

Complaint

I have not been to the Mission Viejo Store but decided to try it out. I asked a salesgirl if they had vests in which she said they only have one which wasn't what i was looking for but as i looked around, found other ones. If i had taken her word, i would have walked out of the store buying nothing. Instead i spent $120 on items and when the cashier rang my items up, she overcharged me $20. She then said she couldn't give me my $20 back, i would have to recieve it in a refund check by mail in 5-7 days, Are you kidding me?!!!!! I asked her to void out the transaction and redo it, she said their registers aren't able to do that, i can have a store credit or check by mail. Is this a joke?!!!! Not to mention no return policy(the DM said it is because their prices are cheep) What does prices have to do w/anything? I buy inexpensive items in many stores and can return them. My friends and i won't be back. I guess they have enough customers, they don't need us.

bad customer service

On 12/27/12 I went with my daughter she want to buy a lot chose but, employee told me I can't go with her ,told me to wait there I say .she's miner I just want to make sure they fit . then she told me she haft come out site every time put it on and come out and show to me , but, I so another women doing same thing so I ask why she can do but, why not me . that employee say .she have so much clothes . I got miss treated , my daughter was crying at car because I did not want to buy from that store. She come from all way from GA .I had bad experience I never want to go back that store again. I guess 10 clothes is not good it nof for that store.

Horrible customer service

First off forever 21 has ridiculous customer service. The company itself is horrible. All they want is money and they don't care at all about their customers. I had a horrible experience with them and I am done shopping there and I will never shop there again. It started when I bought a pair of boots online . Once I received my package I noticed I didn't really like how the boots looked. So I took it to their f21 store in Lakewood ca. I was aware that it was only store credit and I was fine with that because I like shopping at forever 21. So the lady that did my return gave me balance of $38.45 for store credit on a card. I kept the receipt with the store credit and not even a week later I come back to the store to do some Christmas shopping for my friends. When I was about to pay by bill was $132. I gave them my store credit card and when they scanned it the cashier said i only have 23 cents left on the card. 23 cents?!!!!!!!!!! 23 CENTTTTTS!!!! So of course I talk to the manager and he tells me that it says that I was issued $38 store credit and it was used and now i only have 23 cents left! i was furious because i knew for a fact that i didnt use that money!!!! why would i use up the money and then try to use it again?!!! I keep repeating my self and i demanded for them to show me what was purchased with the card. After going back and forth with him and complaining he tells me that he will call corporate head quarters to find out. So a couple days later the manager calls me saying a red dress and a belt was purchased with it at 7pm on a Thursday night. And they even have proof of security video of someone purchasing the items with the card! I then speak with the department head and he tells me he will investigate further at the store. When I meet up with him all he tells me was that someone must of went into my purse stole the store credit card purchased something and then put it back in my purse! When thinking logically it sounds ridiculous!!! Like seriously?! And they didn't even let me see the video footage!! I did not use that store credit at all and I can swear on everything that I didn't. I believe that it was an inside job that did it and knows the system very well. The department head was just covering up for them. Like honestly would I go through all this trouble just to get $40 from them?! It's stupid. Oh and when i called customet service that night they kept hanging up on me!!!! The company only wants the customers money and that's it. Horrible company and I will never shop there ever again. BEWARE TO WHEN SHOPPING THERE. They will rip you off and steal your money.! I honestly used to love that store but now they make me so mad!!! FOREVER 21 SUCKS. I hope someone will see all these complaints and do something about that company.

Scam!

Everyone who shops Forever 21, knows their return policy. All things on "sale" are final sale. I recently received a THANKS code from Forever 21 for being a customer. Everything I bought was a "regular priced" item. I come to find out, once you apply the code, every thing is now considered "sale" and becomes NON exchangeable even if it doesn't fit. Not even for store credit. Buyers beware if using a code, it will turn your regular priced items into non returnable items. Note: There is no disclaimer on the email of appreciation sent to me for being a customer saying "If you use this coupon, your items will be considered as a FINAL sale" Total scam and shameful! As for biblical writings on the bags and showing the "demonstration of the owners' Christian faith." This company demonstrates cheating people out of there good earned money with their horrible return policies.

Gift cards

I recently purchased a gift card and was not told "all sales final" and after making the mistake and buying one from the wrong store I was told that I was stuck with it... I am 46 years old what the heck am I going to buy at Forever 21 Really Never again will I step foot in this store for anything

Horrible Customer Service

I concur with the above statements regarding the "Return Policy" - especially when it applies to jewelry. Granted I am not within the 'teen' age group, but there are some fashions in the Forever 21 Shop that I like and can wear. I'm a Petite Lady. On 12/1 I purchase a top, bangle bracelet (multiples attached together), necklace and earrings. When I got home and tried on the bracelets, without detaching any of the original tags, etc. I found that they were much to small to fit over my hand and too small for my wrist. Again, I am not a large woman (size 4 / 6) so I don't have oversize hands. I needed to return a pair of leggings that I had also purchased, and I did understand the return policy on merchandise in that one receives a store credit or exchange. HOWEVER, when I tried to return the bracelets (and by the way, the young lady at the register couldn't even fit the bracelet over her hand), I was advised by the 'manager', in a rather matter of fact way, that jewelry was not returnable. Which, by the way wasn't explained at the time of purchase, and again only stated on the cash register receipt after the purchase!! I wasn't even allowed to 'exchange' the bracelets for something that would fit. So, without any further description - the Return / Exchange Policy is totally without merit and I for one will probably hold on to the store credit for the garment I returned, for quite a while before I frequent Forever 21 again!!

Unauthorized Debit

I went in to purchase some cloths and the cashier debitted my card the previous transaction and then mine. After sending my bank statement showing this. 2 weeks later they are still disputing corporate amount returning my funds to my account. They have terrible customer service and I will not be supporting their business again. I willl be seeking an attorney. It is the principle of it. Btw this is the F21 i Stone Crest Mall in GA

No exchange policy

I purchased a pin at Forever 21 in Boca Raton, FL. When I got home, the clasp would not open and the pin part fell off. I went back to the store and was informed "accessories are final sale". I understood, but just wanted to exchange this defective pin for another of the same type. I was handed back my broken pin with the sales girl again saying "accessories are final sale". Their loss, I buy a lot of accessories!

Horrible Return Policy!

So I went there a week and a half ago to buy a dress for an event. With so many cute options I couldn't decide between 2 dresses so I bought them both with my debit card with the intention of returning the one that I didn't want to wear to the event. Today, I tried to return the dress that didn't work out which was about 32 dollars. I had the receipt and tags for it and nothing was wrong with the dress. When I tried to get the money put back on my debit card, the cashier said that they will only give store credit back. I then explained to her that I bought the dress with my debit card, NOT store credit. She then said that it was just the policy and that the policy is on the bottom of the receipt. “Unfortunately, that’s just our policy,” is what she said. However the return policy isn't posted anywhere else in the store. I find it funny that it is ONLY posted on the receipt which prints out AFTER you buy the product. So basically there was no way that I would have known their return policy until after I had purchased the items. I just don’t think it’s fair that I can’t get my MONEY back. Obviously they care more about their bottom line than they care about taking care of their customers, so that will be the last time I go there… “unfortunately.”

Horrible Customer Service

Today, I went to the Forever 21 in Concord Mills Mall located in Charlotte/Concord NC. I asked the manager if I could purchase the boots in the display for my sister, because I wanted them to be a gift for her! (The shoes were no where else in the store besides on the mannequins in the display window.) I kindly asked the manager if she could remove the shoes from the mannequin and allow me to purchase them. The manager said, "Nope, can't do that..sorry. Corporate Policy." and walked away. After that, I called corporate 15 plus times and was hung up on 4 times. The other 11 times, I waited 20+ minutes for assistance before hanging up. I am furious to say the least.

customer service.

i placed and order for my daughter for christmas and your customer service is demanding that i email them a copy of my bank statement for "account verification". I receive a paper bank statement, how exactly do you expect me to email you a copy? never mind the fact that is not information that you should have! your customer service associate was rude and made what he called a "fair assumption" that i had a smart phone, which i do not. they already took the money out of my account and are holding it untill i send the bank statement or they cancel my order, in which case it will take 5-7 days to get my money back?? this is unacceptable and i will never order from them again.

Bad managers

The forever21 in bridgewater has great associates the sales associates are amazing they are all fun caring and always help me out with what I need I really think that's one of the most best forever21's I've been at to be so small they make you want to shop more and more just to see the excitement in them there always laughing and happy that's teamwork! But the managers are very bad I don't like the managers at all I've been shopping there for a couple of years and as the associates change up it gets better and better as the managers change it gets worse and worse! I've been seeing managers yell at there associates for doing one thing and see the manager doing it there selfs I know at Macy's where I work managers help out on the floor they don't just sit and walk the floors! Forever21 managers walk the floor all the time doing nothing and this is all the time when I walk in the store! I've even asked the associates that work there what does there managers do and many of them say nothing it's horrible really! that's not team work before those managers were managers they were sales associates they should be taking all of those teachings and bringing them into management I am very upset at those managers! It's not all of them but most if them do nothing and it's a shame it really is a shame! you treat your workers with respect and you help them especlly if there great! You lose great associates you have no store at the end and you lose your job I've seen it happen many of times! those managers treat those associates bad I've seen them I'm action and as a customer I hate to shop there knowing that those great workers are being treated wrong they are what makes that forever 21 and I told one of the associates there doing a great job!! they offered me flyers with a respectful and fun greeting along with it for Black Friday shopping I love your associates your managers need to start off as sales associates and learn how to be a manager all over again because there not doing a great job at all ! Thank you for your time and I hope this gets fixed!

Horrible Policy

I purchased a chambray top from forever 21 and it was too small so I went and exchanged it for a bigger size. Thinking it would fit I took the tag off and put it on, it cut off the circulation in my arms so I took it off. I kept the tag and tried to exchange it for store credit with the tag and original reciept along with the exchange reciept. I argued with both the store manager and assistant manager before being told there was nothing they could do without the tag being on. I am extremely disappointed in their policy and their innability with ring able to help a customer. The customer is always right. Forever 21 sells cheaply made clothes and because of that they make their return policy so strict, they take your money and do not help you after that. I will not be purchasing any apparent from forever 21 any longer.

***F21 employee almost stole my PHONE!!!*** F21 at Baybrook Mall. I left my phone upstairs in the plus size section and immediately afterwards I went upstairs to look around. When I went back upstairs i was informed by a customer that she had given the phone to a F21 employee with a black beanie on. So we spoke with the employees at the front service counter and they paged their manager who informed them nothing had been turned in. Mind you proper protocol for an employee is report anything missing to the manager. A couple minutes passed and no one was doing anything so we took matters into our own hand. We went back upstairs and asked another employee working in the plus area if there was an employee with a beanie on and she told us yes but she didn't know her name but she got off in like 4 minutes at 7:30. I knew if she had this phone we had to act fast so we got the manager to page her and she was downstairs in the fitting room. We talked with her and she informed us that she had placed the phone at the front service center we initially went to so we had the manager look up there and the phone was still no where to be found. The managers still didn't do anything so we took matters into our own hands again and went back over to the employee with the beanie she told us to follow her and she attempted to tell us she left the phone on top of the service center( which is not proper protocol). when we called her a liar she changed her story and told us to follow her upstairs. My boyfriend follows her upstairs and soon as she gets off the escalator she takes off running and comes back with the phone! My only complaint is with the management because I understand you cannot manage an employees every action but I felt like they didn't put any fire under their feet and they were so unorganized. If we would have waited for them she probably would have left with my phone. The management basically just stood there as we shouted back and forth with the employee that attempted to steal the phone. Anything could have happened and they didn't handle the situation properly at all!

Me and my best friend came into the store and were waiting in line with several hundred dollars of merchandise and after we rung Up and about to pay I asked to keep one hanger for a heavy sweater that I couldn't fold and she told me no I said u would lose a big sale and future customers for one hanger? She replied yes and we went and took our money else where....the manager was very rude I mean really for one hanger?????? Wow ill never shop at forever 21 again..... At the Concord Mills Mall location in Charlotte N.C.

Outstanding Store

I feel Forever 21 offers exactly what this economy needs- trendy cloths at an affordable price. Please stop complaining- This is a HUGE company trying to stay up with the fast paced word of fashion and trends. You get what you pay for and I think the price point is outstanding for what you get!!!!

I am so frustered with the Olympia WA store they are always on there phone and txting what great customer service you dont get!!
