I live in CINCINNATI, OHIO and my credit card was recently used at a Michigan location. Mind you I have never been to Michigan and when I called the store to get this taken care of I was told to contact my bank that they could not do anything for me. It is obvious an employee at Forever 21 is stealing peoples credit cards and running them at this store. People do not shop here and do not use your credit card especially. Someone at this store is a crook and the company is doing nothing about it.

i was at the maisonville location in london ontario..as soon as i entered the store the happiest blonde girl approached to say hello..i asked her if she knew where a certain shirt was..she went above and beyond to go get me a size on the next level...then realized there was deodarant on that one..so went back up and came downstairs with an unmarked one..she was so great!! her name is nicole and she made me realize that good customer service is not dead...i hope she gets rewarded
worse store manager
I was today at forever 21 , in Orem Utah at University Mall , the Store Manager Rosanna was not only the worse manager I ever met, but the most rude unprofessional person, I am district Manager for a retail store as well , and I have a store in Orem , im just sharing my worse experience ever in my 20 yrs of retail. Im sure the District Manager would like to know what kind of Manager you have representing you as well Forever 21 .which I believe is a great company , but not smart on who they hire to represent they company .
Montclair, Ca Store
The short haired blonde worker tonight at 8pm was so rude and horrible. I came up to the register after seeing noone was there. She said "I'm already helping someone" and for 5 minutes I stood there as literally noone was at the register. I watched the time. Finally some lady appears and says she will add a bag of pop chips. This employee goes on and on about how she still has 76 cents to spend. The girl wants to end the purchase and leave, but the employee goes on and on about 76 cents. Besides her telling me she's helping someone I stand there waiting with no acknowledgement as another employee ignores me. I just set all my purchases (jewelry) on the counter and left. WORST attitude and customer service ever. Ill never be back! As a sales professional and previous retail sales rep for several years, I don't expect Nordstrom, Bebe or luxury service, but respect and manners would be nice. This employees attitude was disgusting and she should be fired. Watch your tapes.
Queens Center Mall poor people skills and customer service ..
The forever 21 in Queens Center Mall absolutely sucks ! Once while shopping there i had picked up several items from different sections from the store and the clothes were practically spilling out of my hands i looked everywhere for a shopping bag but couldn't find one. I tried to find an associate to help me out but they were either too busy talking to each other or no where to be found. Finally I found a manager and complained but she seemed not to even care. Eventually I left all of the clothing that I was going to buy because I was frustrated !! The company must have lost out on at least $200 from me ...

Will never go to the Forever21 in Northpoint Mall GA again. Went there twice and first time clerk was too busy flirting to assist. The 2nd time, 2 clerks were too busy arguing with patrons and 3rd was just standing around. Another clerk came over to cash out and was very rude and accusing me of "complaining" for telling her I was in line before the other client. What did she expect me to say, "oh, please take everyone else first, I just love standing in line"!!! Talk about putting people on the defense!! Terrible management!
Lacey Beige Skirt
I was at the Mall of America, Minnesota, Forever 21 on 2/18/13. There was a beige lace skirt on a manican that I wanted to purchase. I asked an associate where I could find it in the store and she told me down stairs because it's on sale. I went down stairs and asked another associate about the skirt and was told, "the skirt is on sale so this is a free for all, good luck" and she turned around and walked off. SHE WAS THE STORE MANAGER!!! Thanks for nothing. I left the store and before I walked out I put what was going to be my purchase on a rack....$250 worth of merchandise. It's all about customer service...that's what makes a purchase worth standing in line to pay for. Forever 21 you need some training on customer service.
Disappointed
Forever 21 was one of my favorite stores until today! I had to return a pair of jeans that I loved because they were to big. I looked around for my size and the only pair that they had were the ones on the manacin. So I asked one of the ladies if she could possibly give me those because they were the only small size that they had left that would fit me. She then told me that I could not buy those ones because they just put them on the manacin. I thought that was rediculous that they could not sell them to me because of that silly reason. This took place at easton town center in columbus ohio. Needles to say I will no longer shop at your store anymore!
Why not carry plus sizes in every store?
Today I traveled 45 minutes in a car to the nearest Forever 21, only to be told only two forever 21 stores in my city carry plus sizes. These two stores were an hour drive away from the forever 21 store I was at. Why doesn't all forever 21 locations carry plus size clothes? The company advertises having a wide range of fashionable clothed for plus size girls in women, but only sell them in certain locations. I was ready to be a loyal customer of forever 21 but after today I am not sure I will be. Why should me and hundreds of plus size women and girls in my area have to travel to a certain forever 21 location that is far from our house just to get the clothes you advertise to have? Or we are left ordering online without even trying them on in person? Is it really a hassle to provide plus size clothing in every forever 21 location? This really upsets me. I hope you fix it.
great customer service
i went to Ontario mills mall and the customer service was great everyone was friendly and helpful the only thing i didn't like was i couldn't go in the dressing room with my daughter but nice store and for the price of clothing u get good quality clothing
Disgusting
Horrible customer service, for such a big company you would think they would invest a little more in employees who draw customers back in the store. Never shopping here again, on numerous occasions i had experience with rude cashiers, for no apparent reason. Their attitude is uncalled for, the return policy sucks, as well as the quality of the clothes, definitley WORST customer service.
This has to be the worst company to work for, they sent my son 8 hours away with no pay for weeks, then he he finally was wise enough to quit they withheld his paycheck. Horrible company..The owner should really pay more attention to his employees and how they are running his huge corporation.
Poor customer service and corporate offices
I went to the forever 21 in Horton plaza and asked the cashier to hold my bags for me for a couple of hours since my back hurt dye to my car accident. The cashier lady was extremely rude staying that their policy is not allowed to hold bags for more than 10 min. I told her it was difficult for me to carry the bags up and down the flights of stairs . She said no. I told her she was very rude and that I am going to call corporate offices. I called corporate and they indeed have the same policy. I said I will never shop at forever 21 again. I would rather go somewhere else where people appreciate my business and time. I complain about you guys o. Yelp, Facebook, and tell all my friends to never ever shop at forever 21 again. Poor customer service.
HORRIBLE STORE!
Never in my life have I been to a store this bad. Their exchange policy is stupid and customer service is bad! Even management seems bad. I was listening to a group of people, I think they were getting the 411 on whats going on that day and I think the manager was speaking and all I could get out of that conversation was "We only care about the money so keep on selling!" I don't even think they care about the growth of the employees or care of them at all. I hope this store goes out of business. The employees there deserve better. No wonder they give the most shittiest service, the store itself sucks as one.
This store is not worth your money
I'd rather shop at H&M than at this store. At least we're able to return items there. Why hasn't this store gone bankrupt yet? why are people still working there? I've had my fair share of working there and never again, I don't even want to step foot into that store. I shopped at the one in Waikiki in Hawaii and no one assisted me. I had to wait for someone to come up to me. The cashiers were also rude. I just hate that stupid return policy. This store must go out of business or close down
Holes in clothing
I have purchased many items from F21, and a majority of them have come in the mail with holes in them before I even got to wear them! I am contacting them soon about this.
Horrible
I bought a shirt online. When I got the item it had black splotches on it. I emailed Forever 21 for guidance on how to return it. I didn't feel I should have to pay to ship it back due to the item being ruined. I was told I had to pay for shipping. I sent the item back requesting for an exchange. I called Forever 21 after several weeks because I hadn't heard from them. I was told I wouldn't be getting an exchange or a refund because I worn the item, I took the tags off and I didn't sent it back in time. All of which were lies. I was told that I need to notify them by a certain date to have them return the ruin item or they would discard it. I called and emailed them that I wanted the item back. It has been over a month and still have not gotten back the item. I made several phone calls regarding this. I asked to speak to a supervisor on several occasion and was told someone would call me back. It's been over 2 months still have not heard from a supervisor. I am really disappointed with Forever 21 business practice. I think besides writing our complaints on this website we need to contact the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau or get a class action lawsuit against Forever 21.
Returns
I recently purchased a blouse from the Forever21 online site. I loved the top (red with lace sleeves) and when it came it the mail i was thrilled! As most people do i washed the top before wearing it. I washed it on delicate with some of my other tops, and when it came out of the wash it was ripped to shreds. I called the store and they told me it was my problem?! im out 20 bucks and a shirt! im 16 i mean geez!!!
Horrible customer service!
I purchased a dress before Christmas and never wore it for the event I was attending. I took the dress back to get an in store credit. The manager accused me of wearing the dress and messing with the tag so I was able to return it. I told him I never even touch the dress and if that was the case they sold me a pre worn dress. He was VERY RUDE and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. He ended up giving me the in store credit but pretty much threw the card on the counter and walked away the let the other girl finish ringing me up. When I was walking out he yelled out " Oh and have a great day" very sarcastic. I will never shop at this store ever again and I will be sure to tell ALL my friends and family to do the same.
why all of you guys who left comment always complain!!!!!!!!!!!!! when we give VIP treatment to hundreds of customers and we listen to their stories and we help them find their own style at forever 21 that as an employee we barely receive $10 an hour never gets an appreciation. I'm pretty sure none of you guys have traveled to Europe because if you have you should know that American customer service is what made you think you should be pampered when shopping. However , that's not true. we deal with customers who yell at us ,and throw stuff at us .
